Summerbreze you're right. I did want something, someone better for me. I knew if I had patients and believed that there was somebody better out there for me it would happen.
scarcity creates value. A lot of people want what they can't have and not actually for the right reasons. this partially what causes separation anxiety. We only see the good times and forget the actual bad times, seeing things through rose colored glasses. Not saying that person isn't the one if you believe in that, but for the most part we see them as someone they truly weren't. There are 7 1/2 billion people out there, so chances are there is someone better out there for you than your ex. Not always, but a good chance.

Moving on is a process don't let lose. He/she may have moved on faster than you did, but just wait and accept it. One day you'll realize you are no longer missing the same person who have hurt you and have started to moved on.

Coach Craig Kenneth Hello from Greece! Your videos are a treasure to me, very insightful and give me hope that I still have a chance. It's been two weeks since my ex of a two years relationship broke up with me. I immediately went no contact with him until yesterday that I had to inform him about something that he really had to know. He called me the moment he read the message and sounded very excited, interested and happy to talk to me. It was me who had to end the conversation as he seemed he could talk for as long as he could.This really confused me as the last month of our relationship he was distant and said he needed space so it would be easier for him to get over me. I believe a Skype with you would be extremely helpful, if I have the courage to speak in English and don't freak out in front of you!

I enjoy seeing the positive stories on here about getting an ex back. I see comments that tend to be the opposite, and it could be because the homework isn't done well or people run out of patience (which i completely understand) . We should share more comments about success and encouragement.

This is coming from a guy who was tempted to end it and would be on the floor in my bedroom feeling like I was going to die. I’m much better now. I related a lot to the 2nd story, my anxious attachment and insecurities ruined my last relationship and my current biggest fear is that he will move on and find someone new. I'm trying to not think about stuff like that but it's so hard, I really wanted us to work.
If you ever think your situation is hopeless just think of my story. She broke up with me and her dad threatened me with a restraining order if I ever talked to her again. I didn’t even do anything and she still broke my heart.
I know the feeling and you did everything right. They make things up and you ask for evidence and they have none or it's so vague you have no clue what they're referring to. Heard nothing in two years and dating again and wonder is it worth the time, money and emotions?
Me and my ex had only been together for about 46 days. She said she wasn’t ready for a relationship. It happened about a month ago. We shared some pretty intimate moments. I applied the no contact rule as best I could. She reached out to me one day and I asked to meet up with her and catch up and she agreed. But when the day came she texted me to cancel at the last minute saying she had a ton of homework to do. About 3 weeks later of no contact she posted pictures on Instagram of her cuddling with her supposed new boyfriend. And she’s also posting it on her Snapchat story and it looks a little bit more intense than the relationship we had. I feel like my situation is hopeless... I unfollowed her and continuing no contact
Same thing happend to me...She told me she is not ready fot a relationship but that she still loves me.I was upset at the beginning but then I just agreed and let her go.So now Im in no contact hoping she comes back but I think she will just go with someone else that already was her ex before me so that: "Im not ready for relation" thing is bullshit.3weeks later she has a relationship ?

I can relate to the girl, I get very jealous and anxious when he use to text a girl. I know I need to work on myself but it's hard when he makes me feel so ugly sometimes.
After almost a year, she commented directly on a petty Facebook post I posted referring to the ex as a "Devil Woman". After a year of nothing and she snoops on Facebook to comment on that post?! I caught her talking to other guys in private messaging and she initiated the split saying she could not be faithful amongst other things... Any take what her deal is?

My therapist said he's not thinking about me and I'm not on his radar. Though I admitted that was true it makes me so sad. Then I remembered sometimes therapists give bad counsel cause they aren't trained in breakups. I mean who knows? Not me. So bummed. Ty Craig.
I'm going through the same thing right now I'm sorry you're feeling this way. My ex is posting jealousy-based stuff online each weekend trying to insinuate that she is dating. Also excessively going out each day and spamming instagram with excessive posting. The therapist is going to tell you what's best for your healing and of course your therapist cannot see what's actually in they're mind. The healthier perspective is to assume they don't think of you at all so you can disconnect. I'm telling you this btw while I cannot follow it myself and fighting no contact currently.

This is the second break up, he came back the first time and told me he misses me and really wants to see me, we met and hooked up. He was very happy to see me again. He broke up the day after when we were at a cafe and told me he never caught feelings for me which confused me because the night before, almost crying, told me he doesn't understand his feelings..he doesn't know what he feels for me but all he knows is that he wants to see me.
In 9 days it will be 3months of no contact 😔....
Helen sounds exactly like mine. Couple months very intense, intimate connection I've never felt before. I went no contact for a month then reached out and received a cold response. Then a week ago I got the urge and called her. No answer. So I'm at the point now of no contact forever so we are in this journey together!

I can relate to this although I still hold hope that she will eventually break the no contact process I have started three days ago. It was so confusing for me though as the last time we saw each other, we had mind blowing sex but as soon as I left the house, she texted me telling me it was definitely over and that was the last time I would see her. I figured she was confused and just needed a little persuasion or for me to be more assertive and take a dominant, masculine approach but after being needy and pursuing her for several days, she has now taken to blocking me on social media as well as blocking my number. The last message I sent to her just told her that I loved her and cared for her deeply and that if she ever needed to talk that I would be there for her no matter what. That was three days ago and although I am sick to the pit of my stomach that she will move on, forget about me and find someone else, I haven't broken no contact yet. I plan on leaving it around 2-3 weeks and if she hasn't reached out before, then sending her a dozen red roses for valentines day but I feel that this would be too much of a "grand gesture" type approach. I know this has worked in the past when she has been a little moody and she has always contacted me afterwards to tell me how sorry she was and that she thought the flowers were beautiful and a lovely gesture. Not sure though this time, she dumped me and I want to make her worry to the pit of her stomach that she has lost me. Anyone have any advice?

11 months , almost a year . Never heard from her . Did everything , stayed no contact, worked on my self , im in the best shape i could , never stalked or contacted her since the breakup. I dont know what happen , people sometimes just manipulate you to satisfy their needs , and when they are done with you , they send you off. Its sad .. i dont feel so hurt anymore, still miss her somedays. I feel that she will contact when she is ready … but im not the same anymore, i would talk to her but not with the intention to go back . Dont feel like i should contact her .
I'm at 17 months, we were together for 3 years and engaged for 6 of them. I see success stories with shorter relationships, less commitment and did much worse to each other. I never heard a thing.

My bf if 1 1/2 years (living together for 5 months out of that 1 1/2) broke up this past 2 years. I take care of my 80 year old mother who has dementia. Nov of 2017 my mom sold her house so my mom and I moved in with him into his 1 bedroom apt while we looked for a bigger place to live in. This was his request. 3 people living together in a 1 bedroom apt created such a stressful situation and to add to it, he was stressed out over finances since I couldn’t work due to taking care of my mom. The stress finally led to a major blow up on Tuesday where he pushed me back hard enough for me to fall back against a door and told me to pack up me, mom and out things and move out. So I did. According to his son, he was devastated about pushing me and bec I had moved me and mom out. He supposedly cried while he was at work, cried in the drive home and cried again when he walked into an empty apartment. He sent me two txts the day we broke up, apologizing. And we spoke briefly the next day where he said it was best that things ended bec the stress was so unbearable that it made him do things he wouldn’t do. I said ok, I can respect that. he did ask his son where I was and who I was staying with which his son gave very vague info to appease him. there was no cheating of any kind by the way on either side. I miss him. Is this over?

I saw my ex on the dating where I first met him. So I know when we split he must not have been with anyone. He is looking. I shot him a message telling him to use another pic because the one he used will only attract raunchy women. Oh ya but wait thats what you like. I told him. Lol. Plus he lied about his age. My ex broke up with me and was back with his ex within a week of our brake up. He told me we don’t “fit” and wouldn’t get back together however he didn’t tell me he was back with his ex until a few weeks later after I had already begged and pleaded with him. I have since started no contact after finding advice online but I feel this situation is hopeless and I will never be able to win him back.
