Great tutorial, followed it to the end but had one problem. When everything was fully installed, the illuminate fuse for the glove box light and interior illumination blew. I replaced it with a 15A as the manual suggested adding 5A and started the car but my battery had died from all the tests . After jump starting the car, the led strips, interior illumination and rear running lights still not working. Any recommendations? Did you end up upping your fuse to 15A as well?
No issues for me, still running the original 10A fuse. Maybe try to remove the glove box bulb if you haven't, especially if it's the old halogen one and leave only the wires for the controller connected.

Depends if you want other lights like footwell, door storage, etc. I would go for 10in1 only because the other lights are hardly visible especially with black interior. If you want the LED strips only, just pick 6 in 1.
@@luishernandez7224 So those are crimps for what I imagine is 22-26 AWG wire. I imagine that the crimps are likely already on there, BUT there definitely other wires of attaching those wires to hot and ground if needed. Like you could just burn a hole in the insultation and solder the black and red to the respective ground and 12V lines. Or you can use those awful wire splice connectors(I DO NOT recommend).
@@VIK7ORIOS_WORKSHOP I get that, but I do wanna know the intricacies of the signal switch itself. I have two non functioning modes in it, the DRL on/off, and the Fog light, on/off, as it's in the dash. I was thinking if I could use those for this

@@ActuallyFlo There are 2 options to choose from when buying the kit. You got the cheaper one with only solid colors and no animations. Should've got the "Symphony" one.

did you notice any loss of controls when tapping into rear harnesses? Did you do the same colors from the front in the rear as well?
No issue after installation. I don't remember exactly but you can test to see which one has constant power.
How did you test it before installing ?

@@tonychrome07 Yes, just inserted the pin next to the wire and taped them so they don't move.
what kit did you order for front and back 6 in1, 10 in 1 ,14 in 1 ?? There's a few options on ali express.

The connection and wiring is explained in the video. Controllers communicate with each other via Bluetooth.

Yes. Maybe it's different for your model. You should test for power before connecting them.

Do you know how to switch this up on your indicator? So it will light up with, let's say your DRL lights?
You connect the main controller to your DRL lights and the sub controllers to a constant power.

Yes, you can cut it between every LED.
