PRIDE of BRUGES - FINAL Departure from Hull

- Pride of Bruges' final departure from Hull this evening 25/01/21, the Zeebrugge route finished earlier in the year resulting in the Pride of York laying up in Europoort, the Pride of Bruges stayed on covering the Hull to Rotterdam while the Pride of Hull was having a scheduled drydocking.
I filmed a short clip of the ramp going up while working there on the 19th hoping to add it to this footage but luckily one of my colleagues filmed the same scenario on the actual night capturing the crew waving so it made a better transition from ramp down to sailing so many thanks to Steve for that 👍

Lovely video, brilliantly shot and edited, and such a shame there will be no more direct link to Zeebrugge. I loved Pride of Bruges, and remember her over many years.

DWP should be ashamed of themselves (I doubt it), but its a testament to the build quality of both vessels that they will live on for a few more years yet as the GNV Aries & Antares. Would have been a travesty if they were just beached at Alagia or Alang.
