We used a harbor freight 3 in 1 jumpstart power pack, as a power source, with an 80 watt 12 volt power inverter, plugged into one of the two 12 volt ports on the power pack, to plug in the little fan for my "homemade red neck AC" / AKA swamp cooler ideas found on UA-cam (same concept as your artic air) not sure how long it would've run that though, but it worked until they got the power back on an hour later or so the dog loved it BTW haha. I probably could've checked the battery voltage by hooking up a multi meter to the battery clips on the power pack I think maybe??? Not sure? I may have to see if that will read it that way so as not to run the battery way down inside if we ever need to use it that way again. Just a good to know FYI my husband has also replaced those little batteries inside those power packs with one similar from Amazon in case the battery ever died in one, we had to do that once.

I recharge my power pack after each use, or once a month (whichever comes first).

The most I could do with mine was to have it on my desk blowing on me. Other than that it is useless. Quit running after only a couple weeks. Better off building your own using a box fan.
