@@MercedessourceKent, but you are very much like these lovely old cars, even though they are getting old, they are still going wel , and have plenty miles left 😊
Thanks, that's very informative. I didn't know the trim pieces are clipped in from the top. Did you ever try to figure something out for the rear window of the wagon? Those slide out horizontally. I need to remove mine to get to rust under them. I'd rather try to preserve the trim.
Thank you Kent. We are thousands of miles away and you have helped me many times!
You are very welcome
Please don't ever retire Kent, we love you 😍
Michael, thanks but turning 75 this year I am starting to lose compression...lol

a wagon? Will we see more of the wagon? :)
Hoping to see a thorough inspection of the area the trim hides.
Rust, dirt, how to clean, what needs to be quickly solved, etc.
Yes we will. Some mornings we will have toast and butter.

How to order the tool?
Hi Jason, here is the link to purchase: mercedessource.com/store/w123-special-side-window-bottom-trim-removal-tool-set
Dr. Kent for old Mercedess
I’m terrified to do this on my 84. They’ve never been off
That is why I designed that new tool. To reduce the fear factor. :-)
