I mean, that's pretty much what Jesus was saying to everyone when he started his ministry on Earth. He told the woman at the well that he was the "living water" (not just a symbol for life, but also of holiness and purity. There's a whole cultural significance to it too, but that's a story for another time), and He also told people "I am the way, the truth, and the LIFE." So, I guess our world today is the parallel universe to The Lord of the Rings universe CONFIRMED.

Man as a persian i must say the persian one is sucks
They just messed up the meaning and translated so badly
      The guy says:
My name is Fire ...My name is ....Death
In Persian it pronounces like this:
Naamam hast aatash....Naame man .... Maarge
      But the true translation is:
      Manam Aatash...Manam... Maarg
And the voice actor guy was in no way the suitable choice for dragon we had far far better voice actors for this role
He didn't made the job perfectly
If you want to hear true persian dub you can go check the gladiator movie with persian dub
You will come back to me and say the persian maximus is far better and more epic the original one

  • @emrysbluzat2709

As a french, I love so much french version. Many comments say it sounds as if smaug would seduce someone, and that's why I find it fascinating. That shows Smaug as a vile creature, using his words as a weapon to seduce his foes. And yet, we can hear the evil in his voice. It's a perfect mix, to me, between the brutality and manipulation. And for the other versions, of course, Benedict Cumberbatch, excellent (as usually). German version is terrifying, because it sounds like a demon that was released from hell to destroy everything on its path. Its "the tramp of doom" as it is told in some poems' Tolkien if I don't say rubbish (maybe english speakers will correct me if I'm wrong ^^). I love japanese one, because I love anime and it sounds like a Bijû from Naruto XD and italian sounds really good to, because I have the feeling he is going to kill and burn and bring death as if it was just his daily routine XD
