I mean, that's pretty much what Jesus was saying to everyone when he started his ministry on Earth. He told the woman at the well that he was the "living water" (not just a symbol for life, but also of holiness and purity. There's a whole cultural significance to it too, but that's a story for another time), and He also told people "I am the way, the truth, and the LIFE." If you are wondering why the Persian language sounds ancient its because our language hasn't changed much from 10000 years ago that means if someone from 1000 ago hears this dub he will be able to fully understand it.

Normal countries: get professional voice actors
Lithuania: just use text to speech

that's because we don't actually get professional dubs for movies that aren't animated and made for kids :/ this specific one is a guy who usually voices documentaries just voicing over it for TV (and it's legit for a channel that has 2 actors doing all of the voice overs for all of the movies shown on it lmao)
In poland it is also very common and every film is done by the same guy
@@AwesomeTreee same thing in Latvia. Besides with amount of Actors we have it gets repetitive real fast. Also not always we dub even animated films, first shrek was translated voice over, whilst second was full on dub(exelent one at that)
it's piracy dude.. when I was a kid in early 2000s in russia, you could buy dvds with unlicensed dub like that everywhere, and that's how the movies I watched often sounded like
The fact that the German voice actor of smaug is the same guy who dubs Benedict Cumberbatch in every movie/show despite this beeing a CGI dragon and not actually Cumberbatch just shows how high quality our dubs are.
And the fact that his German voice is just as fitting for a dragon as his original one shows how well we pick our voice actors.
As a french, I love so much french version. Many comments say it sounds as if smaug would seduce someone, and that's why I find it fascinating. That shows Smaug as a vile creature, using his words as a weapon to seduce his foes. And yet, we can hear the evil in his voice. It's a perfect mix, to me, between the brutality and manipulation. And for the other versions, of course, Benedict Cumberbatch, excellent (as usually). German version is terrifying, because it sounds like a demon that was released from hell to destroy everything on its path. Its "the tramp of doom" as it is told in some poems' Tolkien if I don't say rubbish (maybe english speakers will correct me if I'm wrong ^^). I love japanese one, because I love anime and it sounds like a Bijû from Naruto XD and italian sounds really good to, because I have the feeling he is going to kill and burn and bring death as if it was just his daily routine XD
