Bringing a Coaching Mindset to Supervision

Coaching skills are essential to both management (of programs and individuals) and leadership. A coaching mindset supports reflection, awareness, communication, and accountability - all critical skills in managing pro bono and legal aid programs, personnel, and volunteers. This training will present a practical set of key coaching skills and frameworks, with opportunities to practice these skills in small breakout groups during the session.
