Cold Spring Fishing Below the Kinzua Dam (Warren, PA)

Fishing below the Kinzua Dam in Warren, Pennsylvania. Ben landed 3 or 4 small walleye, I landed a big largemouth bass. It was a cold day with off-and-on snow, sleet, and rain. I tried the new muskie rod but didn't have any action with it.

How do you get down there ?

There is an information/recreation center just before the dam. It has a large parking lot. There are several trails that go down to the water and a large trail that follows the waterline. I was just in this in exact spot about a week ago. Best time for fishing there is night though. The big walleye and bass come in close to the shore
