Man I learnt more in the first 5 minutes of the video than i have the past 3 weeks in business lessons. My teacher is really not teaching us properly and i'm really starting to get pissed because now he predicted me an E. Like how the hell do you expect me to do well when all you do every lesson is 'organise your folders its the key to success' and not even explain the content at all. Anyways really appreciate these videos, definitely giving me a better understanding and believe it will improve me.

Hi Sir, could you please summarise kaplan and norton in decision making? So from my understanding, kaplan and norton is not only just a measurement of a business performance but it can also be used in decision making to achieve long term success of a business? So for example, when forming a strategy the business can look into the balanced scorecard and then construct a plan that helps to achieve the performances?

TakingTheBiz thank you, and my final question is could there be a question targeting Brexit. Thanks again for your responses and your informative videos, I have told all of my friends about this channel and they find it very useful too.
A question on Brexit is certainly possible from the point of view of free-trade v protectionism, but at the time the exam paper was written (about a year ago) there was so much uncertainty surrounding the EU that it may have put the examiner off questioning on it as they would have had no idea how the last year would have developed. On the other hand, it was such a hot topic at the time that...
