This video is so amazing! I get to understand properly why Archie Caroll created the pyramid. With this speaker's view i really appreciate on how he well explained things inside the pyramid and i also understand why i need to choose Caroll's CSR pyramid on my essay. Thank you a lot! I know this may seem like a large request but to improve the quality/value of the video you could suggest or give a question yourself at the end of the video regarding the topic you are covering, give 10 seconds with it on screen to allow people to pause the video and do the question themselves, then cut into going through the question and mentioning what would get you marks and what you should avoid doing (if anything), how you should talk or link something together within that question as I find in exams the questions are often misleading and very obscure from what they actually want. This would offer a more interactive section for the video, as it is at the end people could stay for feedback or to test themselves or proceed to another video.
This is just a suggestion for improvement but overall I really like the clear structure you use to explain things in an orderly fashion, great work! Keep it up!

Thanks for the feedback - it's good to know there is demand out there for what I'm planning for next year - I'm just sorry that I can't get it all done in time for students sitting this year's A level papers.

Do you have a video on SWOT or PEST analysis or Mission and Vision, they're all in unit 6 in CIE AL business in strategic analysis
in 2003, Carroll talked about "three domain approach", an alternative to the pyramid of CSR, so what do you think about this ?
Overall I understand what CSR is and know enough knowledge about it but when it comes to applying it to the question, for example the Sainsbury's one on the sample paper, I honestly struggled on how to apply it with the context, any suggestions/ tips I can link it all together in general? Thank you
