It’s what kept me in doing the 20-hour work days! It’s what kept me so devoted to the end product that nothing else in the world mattered during those hours! During those days. During those WEEKS! It’s what kept me in so deep that I would kill for that band for almost 18 years! It was never the money. Heck, if it was just enough to keep the bill collectors away then it was good enough. Yup, this was it. For almost 20 years this was it!!
I fully agree with Mark about Death Magnetic. It’s an album that sounds exactly how it needed to sound. It has a context, and it fits into it that context perfectly.
