At 12:58, The marks on the Cylinder are called HONING MARKS, they are to make sure the cylinder can keep the lub oil on its surface and help with lubrication of the piston rings.

Great content...I need to ask that while you were doing the leak test of intake and exhaust valves by petrol you are doing that on an atmospheric pressure...so valves are not showing any leakage, but while it's functioning is it the same pressure?...and is it better to check that will a compressed air ?
This isn't the perfect way of inspecting the valves but the desi reason behind doing it is that the combustion Chamber holds the compression for a very less time and considering that the petrol is very thin in viscosity... Holding the petrol for long time without leaking through the valve seats is pretty close to holding the compression... That's what the Desi Indian mechanics said when i asked them a while ago and it has been working for them for a long time so i never tried to seek for another proper method as it worked fine for me too till date.
To clean off Carbon from Piston, I once tried the fuel injector cleaner I bought, I used the STP Fuel injector cleaner. Put some solution in a bowl and put the Piston upside down, so that the parts only needed to be clean is submerged, leave it for at least 20min then scrub off the carbon with an old toothbrush.
Consider price before the comparison buddy. There's are far expensive than KTM'S and yes they're better in terms of quality and finish but you're paying the price for that.
Dont let the petrol touch the seals ,especially valve seals if ur not planning to change them or if u check the leakage of valves after changing the seals with new one using petrol,it will definetly become ductile and cause oil burnout

Bro I need a help again This time my NS 200 is having missing problem. In the initial throttle I am having the missing the bike seems to be struggling to run after sometime in the same throttle position it is gaining power and acting normal. After that the bike runs good in 2.5 k to 6 k rpm. From 6 k to 7 k the bike is very badly suffering to run acting like loss of fuel. Last time I asked u that I meddled with the VCR (volume control screw) after your advice im getting decent mileage. But this problem is making me mad. I'm not able to push the bike to it's fullest at all. I would really appreciate a proper guidance for the solution. I'm guessing spark plugs swap or the ignition coil fault or is the carburetor again? Waiting for a reply very soon.
Unfortunately it's the carburettor again brother... Just bear with me a couple of weeks and I'll make a solution video for it so you can properly fix it.

मेरे पास डिस्कवर 150cc है जो 2010 मॉडल है मैंने उसमे पहले टाइमिंग चैन ओर उसका टेंशनर नया डाला पर टाइमिंग चैन की आवाज फिर भी आ रही थी फिर मैंने बाहर मैकेनिक को दिखाया तो उसने बोला कि कभी कभी नया टेंशनर ओर चैन भी खराब आ जाती है तो में एक ओर नया टेंशनर ले आया और लगया फिर भी आवाज नही गयी फिर मुझे लगा कि टाइमिंग चैन खराब होगी तो में दुबारा नई चैन लाया और दुबारा लगी पर आवाज फिर भी आ रही थी फिर में मैकेनिक के पास गया तो उसने जो टेंशनर था उसके ऊपर जो दस नंबर का नट लगा होता है उसको खोल कर उसके अंदर एक गोली डाली और सैटिंग की तो टाइमिंग चैन की आवाज बन्द हो गयी पर मुझे समझ ये नही आया कि जब मैंने सब कुछ नया डाला तो आवाज क्यों आई कोई कुछ बोलता है कोई कुछ एक कुछ मैकेनिक ने तो मुझे इस बार हौंडा की CB शाइन की टाइमिंग चैन डालने को बोला पर मुझे इसकी वजह समझ नही आई आज तक ओर एक यूट्यूब पर ARV brother नाम से चेनल है उन्होंने बोला कि ये दिक्कत आपकी वाल्व गाइड की वजह से भी हो सकती है पर जब मैंने ओरो से पूछा तो उन्होंने बोला कि वाल्व गाइड इतनी जल्दी खराब नही होती मेरी बाइक 47 हजार किलोमीटर चल चुकी है और मैंने हमेशा उसमे इंजन आयल 1500 सो से 2000 पर चेंज करा है

Nothing is similar... Whole engine needs to be replaces alomg with some mounts, wiring, speedometer, suspension and brakes.
