8.Cleaning Oxygen(o2) Sensor
9.Removing Rust from Fuel Tank if any

10.Adjusting Throttle & Clutch Cable Freeplay.
11.Reading & Resetting ECU,Sensor Malfunction Codes

12.Checking Brakes,Brake pads,Electronic Items,Tyre Pressure,etc.
13.Lubricating all moving parts.
14.Inspecting all loose parts,Nuts & Bolts.

Man love this video, no useless chit chat talking, the background music was ok, professionally done, 90% of these instructions are valid for all bikes in the market.
I guess by doing this service by yourself you saved around $500 excluding materials PLUS you're 100% sure it was done so you avoid being scammed by dishonest mechanics!

Being Rc200 owner for the past 2years ihav to say this is the best and most informative video especially for KTM owners . After my initial free service ichanged my mind to avoid service centre guys at any cost 😂😂and did all the services by myself , Ihav completed 10,000kms in the past 2years and have replaced the engine oil & filters 4times + airfilter once ithought my bike was well maintained but thanks to yr video , keep up the good wprk

dude My 2018 rc390 owner's manual has no entries for the fuel filter replacement. Doesn't it need to be replaced? and also about oxygen sensor.

Instead of the possibility of blowing the water into connectors, try spraying a light rubbing alcohol to evaporate any wster on connectors.

How do you dispose the old oil?
Bro pls help me in my new bike i met with accident as a result alloy and race kit, whole the fork stumbs, handlebar replaced. After that the handle feels like inclined to right also feeling pain on my hands. Again the handle bar replaced. Now there is a slite minor inclination on the handlebar position aslo after 70 kmph handle have a slite shaking also feels like loss of stability during corners. if we have a pillion handlebar retuns to the correct possition. Also there is some slite bouncing on the handlebar . Tyre had rough contact with roaf

So I have a 2015 KTM RC 390, starts, idles but when I revv-it it dies, takes a few extra turns to fire then shuts off.. any ideas of what could be causing my bike to act this way??
