Also bro I own a 2015 RC 390 and my front brakes lever feels really spongy some times lever almost touches the grips and sometimes brakes work fine.i did change the brake fluid but still issue exits.Are there any ways to rectify this bro.
Mine has the same issue... Either you replace the front master cylinder major kit or install a new front master cylinder from 2018/19 rc 390 and if you don't know how then stay tuned coz i will be doing it on this 390 too. And thanks for the appreciation brotherm :)
I'm experiencing the same front brake problem on my duke 390 even after replacing the repair kit and master cylinder. I think there is something to do with the abs system. Please research this soon.

Very informative and very useful video, the only thing I would like to suggest is to use a torque wrench(preferably digital) to loosen and tighten the bolts and note the readings somewhere, that way you could be sure all the parts are held together tightly as they should be. Cheers 👍🏼😊

I was just thinking.....if one were to pop in a 2 stroke engine in this frame. A Yamaha Banshee motor!!! Imagine this bike with a 350cc two stroke engine. Twin cylinder!! THAT would be incredible I think

Looks like there's air in the brake system... Make sure you get it bleed properly and use only Dot 4 brake fluid.

Thanks mate... I do have a torque wrench but not the digital one... And i managed to get the service manual for the torque readings.
