brooo I did the rebuild exact the same way you did... even I did the small things like putting little grease on the brake pad clip or pad hardware. also lubed the pad edges which sit on the hardware and calliper. brooo you are just awesome.

Hi from where did you order the minor lot of the front caliper and the kit for the master cylinder? My local ktm dealer is saying they don't sell the kit's. And to replace the caliper.

One question.... How do you get your hands on the official ktm parts😅😅... Like I tried to find for the front suspension seal in the showroom and even aftermarket but it was pain in a**. Forget showroom service they are always out of stock and even if the have the stock they don't give you Unless you get it done from service centers 😭😭😭...

Hi would you be kind enough to help me with the system.
I recently bought this bike and I am having a problem. When I press the rear brake it stuck at lock position it's very hard to move wheel. I have to use a tool to release the disc.
I can see when I press the brake the oil level in the bottles goes down and when I use the tool to retract the piston the oil level goes up in the bottle.
Please can you guide me what can cause the brake to lock the disc?

Bhaskar bhai kuch din pahle hum pulsar 220 k front brake caliper jammed ho raha tha to humne master cylinder kit aur caliper major kit replaced kiya tha. Uske baad vi front caliper jammed ho raha tha. Fir majburi me hum front caliper change kar diya aur problem solved. Lekin bhaskar mujhe avi tak yeh samajh me nehi aya ki oh kis wajai se jammed ho raha tha. Kya iske bare me aap kuch bata sakte hai?

Bhai i had a major bike accident last year so unlucky when it happens my insurance expired a few days ago , and it was a front left side direct hit to car , so i got my bike repair to do it cost effectivly i asked machanic to avoid installation of expensive part whic are like 95+ % fine so i got my chasis head light , speedometer and handelbar replace but since then braking is worsen , like the abs kicks in even if my tyre is not sliding or skiding , so when i turn off abs and breaks my bike goes to right side and tyre make screming sound like card tyre makes with fast turns , can you tell me what could be the problem , my thinking it that its Front T is bend. Plz do share and help me with this 😊👌
