Not a fun song, but educational. He's discussed it in many interviews too, which are better than any media discussions of it I've seen.
To clarify, we used agent Orange to remove ALL FOILAGE. Not just crops. We removed the entire jungle they were hiding in.

This is the first Aesop album my wife really enjoys. Lol his lyrics are getting more accessible as he gets older without any drop in quality and just impressiveness. Whole album is flawless. I seriously think he outdid himself on this one. I like it more than Impossible Kid, Skelethon and even None Shall Pass right now.

Its not just about the progression of technology but its inevitability. He is also talking about how technology was used to solve problems (2.5 million years ago... etc) but how it also brought us problems as well, problems that also get solved with more or better technology. This creates an unstoppable flood that cannot be stopped.
