"Now that is a powerful cat" has a double meaning.
Firstly aimed at the big cats of nature we used technology to escape.
Secondly, the seemingly unstoppable ingenuity of man making him also "A powerful cat"
"If its outta the bag its outta the bag" is a play on "the cats outta the bag" in this case used to describe the pandoras box effect of technological breakthroughs.

Dude has mastered the art of rap and beat making. I was attracted to his voice back in '99. Perfect cadence, syllable placement. His voice is another instrument with the beat. It doesn't get any better. THIS IS HIP-HOP.
