The easiest way is to remove and install is the shroud with the radiator together just did mine only thing you have to watch is the fan wiring just push it out and everything comes out pretty easy .
nice
I just did mine on my 04 6.0. Didn’t need the autozone tool thankfully. The hardest part was getting the fan shroud off.
Did yours need new seals on the transmission lines?
@@patrickwelch620 no. I don’t think so.
I bought same radiator also had the same crack in old one as well 03 6.0
How is it holding up? People on forms are telling me not to install a Mishimoto in a 6.0L?
you filmed all the parts of the video really well
Thanks
My 05 is losing coolant. I found water in the turbo any advice on what's causing this. It also runs hot when I have a load on it
My nephew rocks well done Ryan!!!

Do more 6.0 videos!
Stay tune more comming. Thanks for watching.
Detailed!
Thanks
Never put Teflon tape on that fitting. That fitting seals on the inside mating surfaces. Putting Teflon tape on those threads Will make the male bigger and will prevent the fitting from being drawn in completely and not allowing it to seal properly on the inside mating surface
Thanks for the information….
Wtf? $600? I paid over $800 for mine 😡
Did yours come Damaged?
@@5150MotorSports I actually haven't un packed it. My truck is at my father in laws home. I put the radiator in the rear seat. I'll check tomorrow. Now I'm curious.
@@5150MotorSports just saw it. Yes it's bent on one side. But I just put the guy on anyway. 🤷♂️
