  • It's been awhile since I have updated you guys on my journey. I messed up so much after we moved. I had a hard time getting my motivation back. I am back. YAY!! I will update you all every month. Stick around and I hope I give you some motivation to loss weight if you need to.

    Good job using the treadmill! You've definitely got to find what works for you and that takes time. By the way, you have nice legs!

    You're doing an amazing job; making positive changes towards a healthier life. 9 pounds in 3 weeks is fast. Don't get disappointed on the week you only lost a half pound. That's still progress and hard earned. I'm glad I found you today. We have similar goals and walking/counting steps has changed my life.
