Just as others have mentioned, it does need a dab of oil before you use it ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxSlytCJqozTF7EbdP4LWP-HUXf9WRDJ0e - put a few drops in through the convenient screw cap and you are good to go! I have fished several weeks with a couple of these, and I will be getting more in the future. I put these against my Abu Garcia Pro Max reel, and they actually perform a bit better than the Abu with some of my lighter cranks, and definitely just as good with the rest of my lures. My Abu is a bit more low profile and fits my hand better, but these are definitely not bad at all. You can almost get 3 of these for the price of my Pro Max. My only complaint is the thumb bar sits pretty high compared to my traditional profile Abu. Bring that thumb bar down a little and I’m sold on these all day long.

I was wondering how you take precautions to prevent tick born illnesses like Lyme disease when you go fishing
I constantly check myself while I’m out, immediately shower when I get back and I have someone closely examine my head and other high risk areas post shower. But I should also apply permethrin to my clothing as an effective precaution.
wear pantyhose and socks you can spray with cutter or Off, makes it too hard for them to attach to skin.

I've already caught 2 huge smallmouth out of tiny creeks here in Indiana using the Yoto Worm. I use it with a swim jig I got in my MTB and it kills the smallie game. I definitely recommend this bait.

Good luck man with it my first one was the ugly stik gx2 baitcaster and i birds nested about 100 times but remember dont get frustrated if you birds nest you will get the hang of it
