great tutorial man! I'm 2 wks into training this and I'm way farther than I thought I would be. the bottleneck rn is that my thigh presses too hard into my elbow and it cuts my holds short.
Love the video but it's not quite the pure form of that baki pose. In this pose, Baki has his arm bent not fully extended. The bent arm utilizes more strength than balance for this exercise as compared to the straight arm version

I mean core strength is crutial here. Strong arms? Yes. Balance? yes. But without core strength this is not possible
