I can relate. Typically it’s a black shadowy figure (similar to Sultan’s by the sounds of things), and it’s about that time I come to the point I realize it isn’t real. Terrifying thing for me is every time I’ve had this dream my solution is the same thing: death. I remember a case where it was that black figure and I was running, then I realized it wasn’t real. I turned around, stared at it, let it come right up to my face, and I woke up scared half to death. Other cases I just do something involving a method of… suicide, to escape Might just be a nightmare but it terrifies me to this day.
I have a suggestion. Try to talk to the dark figure, ask it’s intentions. Or if you’re feeling real ballsy, tell it that you’re afraid of it. I had a similar experience a couple of months ago. I could feel someone in my room before I go to bed and I told it that I was scared of them and days later, I wasn’t afraid anymore and I didn’t feel their presence. Hope this is helpful!

I see things sometimes.last time, in the middle of the night I put my glasses on my shelf because I was going to sleep.then a few hours past, and I couldn't even close my eyes.I didn't know why I couldn't sleep.then....I heared a thud.....I turned on my lamp.and my glasses were on the floor.but they were in my glasses case?why is it on the floor?the case is still on the chelf.but for some reason,my reaction was weak,I didn't feel anything. so I just ignored it.I stil couldn't sleep. so of course,I started over thinking.then,I got up to see the time.4:30AM.I went back to my room.I sat up on my bed with my light off.I could see in my room because of the moon light from my window.I was starring at my mirror from across the room just looking of how much of a piece of trash I am.then..I saw a figure In my room at the corner of my eye.i was gonna scream....but I wasn't even scared.then the figure disappeared.and i realized.....I'm too sad to be scared
@@mermaid960 yeah that's true....but I'm always sad because of my family......my dad died when I was 8 and my mom left me when I was 1 years old.I live with my aunt and uncle now and they treat me like a piece of shit.I only have my older sister that cares about me.
I'm not trying to force my belief on anyone but I think it is real, it's not some hallucination bullcrap, it happens to me a lot the demon getting closer with every one of them, staring into my soul, I'm not stressed or sleepy im perfectly fine but it still happens, I'm what some people would call a freak because I always know when something spiritual is around and what ever this is I can since it I can feel whatever it is, its real and it scares me, it like the demon under my bed got bored of being under my bed, but it is real, it can hurt you I have the scars to show, and you can't hide from it. It. Will. Always. Find. You...
I’m so sorry that you experience that. I used to have sleep paralysis for years. The exact same screeching noise and waking within another episode. During the worst one’s, I couldn’t breathe. I’m a religious person so I would constantly pray in them and the screeching would increase, but I got to the point where I get comfortable in the episode praying and they don’t occur as often for me. I hope they get better for you.
I used to have sleep paralysis when I was little. I would be laying there in bed, and have these...creatures, lunge at me trying to grab me. It happened almost every night. I also had a recurring dream, where I'd be dragged under the bed, and I'd be unable to scream or do anything, so I'm just there, slowly being dragged under. This happened everyday until I was in 2nd grade
I think everyone experiences something like that in their weakest form.i did not really have sleep paralysis but when i was alone i would freeze and feel something go trough me,but it dissapeared when i was 8.
I knew that sort of thing would happen so before I started watching I just muted my computer, scrolled down to hide most of the video, skipped to the yellow ad indicators on the timeline so I could get rid of the ads first, and then went back to the beginning of the video and unmuted to start watching.
I feel like the combination of stress and always thinking about sleep paralysis causes it to happen, I mean I've had a friend who had sleep paralysis but nth appeared at first, until he thought to himself that something was suppose to appear to which it did. Yeah his own brain betrayed him there.
@@skyfranx7710 I had it once during a car trip. I fell asleep, and I could still hear them, but I couldnt move. I wanted to talk, but my lips didnt move. Nothing appeared, and luckily I stayed calm.
Some times i get stuck over 20-40 times and when i get up i start hearing and seeing the things that haunt me in real life and its scary and uncomfortable
It could be linked to another sleep related disorder. Might he helpful to talk to that to a therapist or a doctor. Though if you managed to get anti-stress pills I think you already did that... Your fear of sleep is also making it worse, I'm certain about that. I don't think lucid dreaming has much to do with that(sleep paralysis) though? I have lucid dreams at times, and I can mostly control what happens. The most trouble(I had) with lucid dreams is trying to stay asleep despite being very excited to realize you're dreaming. You said you that at times you know you're dreaming in your nightmares. The way I control my dreams is trying to imagine what will happen in the "future". For example, if I want a dog in my lucid dream, I'll imagine myself in the dream with a dog. If I want a certain person to appear, I'll imagine myself talking to them and so on. Maybe you could try imagining you're in another place(say a beach or somewhere nice and quite) or imagine that your house is safe, or that your mother is actually behind the door waiting for you? It's easier said than done, since a lot of times in your dreams you might forget or be too scared to remember and practice advice you've heard in the real world. But it could help. Oh also, as another person said in the comments, you might have Narcolepsy. You should try talking to a doctor.

When there’s something strange In your bedroom Who you gonna call *_-The police and a therapist and everyone so we can help Sultan because this boi needs some help I wanna hug him I must protecc this child-_* *_Ghost Busters...?_*
Hey, Sultan.. I just wanna say.. I also have EVERYTHING that you described. The nightmares, the episodes. It occurred to me to force myself to wake up from a sleep paralysis nightmare, only to wake up in another one, with different hell reality, for multiple times in a row. I ALSO hear the high pitch soundwaves. When I do, I know it's getting there. My body starts feeling heavy and numb, and my visual gets distorted (with eyes closed, but I can still see the astral realm, like you.) AND I also hear the drums. One time, I was having sleep paralysis so disturbing, there were 4 yellow ghosts hanging around my room. I was sleeping on my side, and I heard blasting noise from right behind me, as if someone is punching the shit out of the bed right behind my head. As if I'm one second away from getting my head smashed. I couldn't look behind what's there, but I knew they were all around me. One thing I realized with all the times it happened, is that the demons can't do anything to you but make you afraid. They can only make you fear. That's all it is. Nothing more than pure fear. It's scary as hell but you won't die, no soul will be stolen. When you realize there is actually nothing real to be afraid that will happen to you, it kind of dissipates. You start feeling in control. Also, 2 tips. 1: Do get angry. Anger is a source of power against all fears. Fight it. You can win it. And secondly, is my most important advice. Ask the heavens, the light beings, or God, or any high and positive astral being that you believe in, to help you when you're inside a sleep paralysis and start being afraid. This ALWAYS saves me. It is thanks to this that I realized that prayer has meaning. When I'm down in the hell hole with dark spirits trying to suck my heart out, I ask for help. You don't need a voice for that, just the intention. I immediately rise back up to the surface of the 3D world and wake up. Hope you get a hold of this. You got it man.
Wait holy shit. The thing of floating above your bed and going to the side and the dark thing being under your bed. I had the exact same experience as a child countless times. First I thought it was scary, but the more times it happened, I started to see the dark figure as a friend, or a guardian angel. I also woke up a couple of times on the floor after seeing it but I just brushed it off cause 6 year old Clara here didn't give any fucks. After a couple of times, that stopped happening and I remember actually being sad cause I didn't get to see it anymore. Ok that's my little story.
I love how that was when you were a very small child and didn't know what fear really was And could interpret it as anything Meanwhile Sultan had it at the time where it happened after the rest of his experiences And actually knew what he was dealing with and gave every fuck about what was happening PS I'M NOT TRYING TO MAKE FUN/MAKE ANYONE FEEL GUILTY I just like to clarify that
Same, when I was little I would feel my body floating up but when I finally opened my eyes I would fall onto the floor from the ceiling and my parents would always get mad and say, "IF you don't stop jumping off the bed you could seriously hurt yourself." But I kept what happened to myself because it made me feel different, as if I don't belong with everyone else and I was scared my parents would abandon me.
I also kinda experienced this in my old house, waking up on the right side of my bed seeing dark figures and not beeing able to move and speak but I thought ;"Who the fuck gives a shit? I dont. Must be some terrifying dream" But one time the aura of one peticular figure gave me the chills. Made me feel uncomfortable, scared, fearful for my life. It continued for a long and I was now too scared to sleep in the fear of the scary dark figure but then this another figure, hazy lightish? This figure would hum an old tune, Polish? Everytime this figure hums all the fear disappears. I dont get sleep paralysis anymore. But everytime I sleep I hear a lady humming a soft tune. At the end of the tune she would say :" Sleep well my child. You have nothing to fear. I'll protect you." I told my father about the humming lady(because I didnt have a mother) and he asked me me how the tune went by. I hummed the tune to him and he burst into tears. I was shocked! He told me it was the tune my mother used to hum to my father so could sleep. He pulled out mix tapes of which my mothers voice was recorded. She sounded exactly the same as the lady! That night I tried to confront the lady. I said :"Who are you?" But it only came out in a whisper. Still she heard it and looked at me with gentle eyes and said :" Just a nobody who loves you darling" Then she disappeared. My mother died when I was born. Before she died she hummed the tune to baby me and said :"I'll protect you dear. Even if I'm not here. I'll protect you from the other side. I love you" Keep in mind this isnt my story. This is my friends story, whose name is Emily. Makes me cry, see how strong a mothers love is?!
I haven't had any experience like that but I've had one whit Shawdow people and at first when I first saw it I was shocked to see it by my window out of nowhere but later it kept appearing and I later saw him carrying of my little brother while he was sleeping and I noticed he wasn't a bad spirit and he appears sometimes when I need him or she Idk
This... what happens to you... I could really feel your pain and the fear you are going through... is really scary.. thinking that you’re alone and there’s nothing else but you and your darkness covering every part of your body overwhelmingly. I really almost got to tears ...
Sleep paralysis is terrifying. I have had sleep paralysis only once thankfully ,but that one experience was truly terrifying. Sultan I am sorry that you have sleep paralysis this often.
I believe it’s subconscious of his mind trying to help him by showing him an image of a person he trusts and loves in this case his father. The brain has auto functions if the person is under stress or any kind of discomfort.
although this is late I've had this happen to me as well. sadly it was on the opposite reaction. i went to one of my family members and asked for help and they said they couldn't help me and that "You said you didn't want my help" it was when I was quite young and a random women was saying "let's have fun" which to even young child me that didn't sound like a good idea. but the fact my own mother wouldn't help me broke me, it might be why i never thought my parents cared about me or atleast my mother (my father mostly worked and i never really saw him unless I woke up early) That mixed with later real life things really messed me up on what caring for someone really means and how it is *Supposed* to feel, same with love, etc. Hopefully this hasn't occurred to anyone else.
godspeed, sultan. ive experienced sleep paralysis a few times in my life but it was always when i was waking up and i was always too tired to be concerned about what was happening, but never wad anything i experienced anywhere near this bad. i pray that this endless hell ends for you
Guys, I learned how to get out of sleep paralysis, it involves air, you have to hold your breath until you can't breathe anymore, you let go then you gasp for air and you wake up
There's a better way, first, close your eyes and dont think too hard about reality. Second, think about a place you want to be in and that you dream of being in. Imagine what it would feel like, the air, the feeling in your feet, everything. Third, drift off to dream land and BAM, you are in a LUCID DREAM!
My sleep paralysis is pretty chill, to the point where I just vibe to it for awhile, and then wake up so I can actually go do something. Vibing to bass boosted ice cream truck music and watching shadow kids eat pizza that just spawns around my room.
Honestly you're just like me...I've had these alot. But mine are different, I do hear noises and see things and the things I see actually happen in real life. Like the time I had this figure scratch and hurt my brother and when I woke up he had a scar on his cheek exactly where he got cut in the dream.

Might just be a nightmare but it terrifies me to this day.

Anyone else instantly clicked onto the video when it popped up
Sultan, I'm very sorry for all the nightmares and... Fears, in your dreams, but one day, you will over come this, we all believe in you

Oof the beginning scares me 😂

Yep it did
Wait holy shit.
I love how that was when you were a very small child and didn't know what fear really was
And could interpret it as anything
Meanwhile Sultan had it at the time where it happened after the rest of his experiences
And actually knew what he was dealing with and gave every fuck about what was happening
PS I'M NOT TRYING TO MAKE FUN/MAKE ANYONE FEEL GUILTY
I just like to clarify that
Same, when I was little I would feel my body floating up but when I finally opened my eyes I would fall onto the floor from the ceiling and my parents would always get mad and say, "IF you don't stop jumping off the bed you could seriously hurt yourself." But I kept what happened to myself because it made me feel different, as if I don't belong with everyone else and I was scared my parents would abandon me.
I love you"
Keep in mind this isnt my story. This is my friends story, whose name is Emily. Makes me cry, see how strong a mothers love is?!

Can we all talk about how his dad helped him and how like..sweet it was even though it was not real?
Yes, let's talk about that please
