He’s very very new to this. He’s always asking his listeners questions about Christianity. He’s still learning, let’s give him some grace and lovingly correct him.
One thing striking to me about Russell now, even in that Tarot card video (which I believe he was questioning, not endorsing ), is that he now sits regular cross legged, and no longer in the yogi position like he used to. He gets it and will strengthen with time and study.
Reminds me of these Christian bloggers questionIng the college revival a couple years ago. Don't gotta worry about that now, with all the antisemitic demonstrations 😢
Russell is a very baby Christian. I thank God that most of us don’t have to figure out our salvation in the public eye. I pray for him to be transformed through the renewal of his mind. Let’s pray for him.
EVERY Christian is but a baby to God. NO ONE has perfect knowledge or understanding but God alone. We have access to the mind of Christ, but until we are fully in glory, we will only know and see IN PART. No one should judge another’s walk with Christ. As long as we are claiming Jesus is Lord, we are brothers and sisters in Christ ❤️🔥 God bless! 🦋
@@queenj.8i895 The Bible does tell us to judge others by their fruit. It also tells us to search ourselves and take care of our own issues before approaching others. Whatever issues are brought up, we each will be held to that same standard. They did call out people involved in sin in the New Testament. And today, a big issue with the church is people are not calling out leaders involved in egregious sin.
@@JillCee and the fruits of the spirit are ? Are they things you can see and judge from afar? No. They are things you can only judge when you’re close to someone. Are we close to Russell? No. Is he openly and publicly “living in sin”? Not that we can see. Soooo…. ??
@@queenj.8i895 She shared her perspective-your tone sounds more condemning, actually. It seems you've appointed yourself to a position to comment to others not to comment on others? Policing people's perspectives because they don't exactly align w your own surely isn't the way. And to be clear, yes, many are close to Russel-he's a very public figure. The Bible encourages us to use discernment, but now a days this is labeled "judgment", very cleaver.
@@queenj.8i895 Yeah it is stuff we can see. Read the Bible and it will tell you. We can’t see what is happening in the mind, but we can see through actions. Tarot cards do fall under witchcraft. At least he did ask how Christians viewed Tarot cards and why. So the fact he is searching for God and what scripture says shows the fruit of the Holy Spirit by asking questions. ”The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.“ Galatians 5:19-23 NIV
I've seen so many Christians gossiping about Russell Brand's experience and it upsets me. As far as I'm concerned, we should be doing no more than rejoicing and praying. Perhaps it's different if he's in a leadership role but celebrities should not be considered leaders in the church just because they're public figures. It occurs to me that all these people making judgements don't actually know Russell Brand, know his heart, or even attend church with him for example. I'm so relieved to see you mention that he's still learning, as we all are, and I'm glad to see others in the comments section rejoicing
Wake up lady. It should upset you that he is confusing so many young Christians. If you pay attention to what he says, its all about "I" not about the Gospel. He hasn't got a clue how much damage he is doing and all in the name of desperation for attention.
The Bible tells us to make disciples. Not make converts. It tells of the parable of the sower and the different kinds of soil. It tells not separating the wheat from the tares until the angels do it in the judgement. If someone, especially a celebrity falls, it’s the fault of those who judged instead of praying, and those who criticized instead of disciplining. They must experience a persecution that’s far deeper than anything the rest of us experience, and much of it is from people that call themselves Christians. Pray for him. The world will try to make him into a criminal or a crazy person. First discredit, then eliminate. Just watch.

@taniavigario3932 you have not listened to him. He acknowledges that putting death to self is a main part of following Christ. He's been a Christian for how long? Days? Give him a break. How many young people could he confuse in a few days? Let the Holy Spirit work in their lives and his.
Allie Beth Stuckey, can you get Russell Brand on your show!? I think we would all love that. And hopefully people would pray for him, rather than put him down, if they do have any criticisms
That be awesome! I have not heard a clear profession of his faith in Christ prior to his baptism which is necessary for a true conversion. As Christians we are commanded to give the gospel to the most so this process can happen. That may be the missing link here.
Russell needs to get off his little pedestal and focus who is on the Heavenly Throne. This is all a show to get more followers and to stir up peoples emotions and the really sad thing for him is that he is playing around with the Creator of the Universe to get people to talk about him. I suggest you pray more for this confused man
@@taniavigario3932 my comment did say to pray for him... That goes for any who are lost/seeking. We should want as many people in heaven as possible, but that is up to God... But the Bible does say to pray
Don't be fooled. This is drawing a lot of attention to him and he is riding the wave. He knows people are emotional about what they believe in and now het has got "Christian" followers too that lap up his stories. He is using my God to draw attention to himself. Shocking but nothing really surprises me anymore. Put all your focus on God and His Holy word. Take our focus off people.
I know Russell Brand has been searching. I’ve been following him for a while. I’ll pray for him. He’s a different person than he was. Idk the genuineness of his faith. It’s not a publicity stunt. If he’s a baby Christian in the public eye, he needs prayer. If he’s not there yet, I’ll still pray for him. He’s someone I like and respect. I know a lot of my heart and thinking issues were way off as a new Christian, and we were blessed to come to faith at Grace Community Church in the 1980s, where John MacArthur was and is the senior pastor. We had solid Christians discipling us. So I’ll pray for Russell for spiritual growth and to get rid of anti biblical practices and beliefs if he is still hanging on to them.
This has also been my experience watching Russell Brand. This has been a slow transformation but steady. I think so many Christian viewers were praying and hoping to see him come to Christ. He has my compassion being a new Christian in the public eye. He has been through so much over the last couple of years.
John MacArthur is my go to online minister. He’s rock solid & steady. He gets lots of criticism. All in Christ are going to be criticized & worse so we simply take the heat then march on into to glory. No looking back.
I'm new to you and to Christianity and I'm loving it! I just got baptized this past Sunday! Can you please share your nail color and brand? I love it... it's so natural and classy.
Russell Brand agreed everyone has 'a God shaped hole in their soul'...so he converted to orthodox Catholicism. He agrees with Eucharistic Theology, praying to St Mary and maybe the saints. He got Baptized in the Name of God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit. I heard him this morning and he sounded "Relieved" 'at Peace with himself' and happy to have "turned over a new leaf". Tough Question : Has Russell Brand Truly experienced the One True God or has he experienced 'cathartic religion'?

I grew up Catholic. I have No Axe to grind against Mary as the mother of Jesus Christ. However, she shares NONE of the Attributes of God. So her knowledge of anything ended with her life. She has no crystal ball to follow every moment of every Catholic's life; she doesn't have Omniscience. Only God does. She is NOT transcendent; only God is transcendent. Mary, in her magnificat calls God her Lord and Savior. From what? Her sins. She was a sinner. Possibly she was saved by Grace but I see no biblical record of that. Consequently, NEVER pray to Mary. God shares His Honour and Glory with No one.
Thank you Allie for that reminder that God is going to deal with all this wickedness & depravity. I have felt particularly discouraged recently & overwhelmed as I get knocked down over & over every time I try to get back up:/
Russell is on a journey, and I wish him the best. Bit surprised and disappointed with some of the backlash he has been getting. I'm a Baptist, and hope he ends up there, BUT regardless, I celebrate his newfound spirituality.

Took me 5 years of being sober off hard drugs and alcohol before I gave my life to Christ! It can be a process and the Lord puts us on our own different paths, which become our testimonies. Glory be to God, both my husband and I got clean together, and 5 years after we accepted Christ into our hearts and got baptized and married the same week.
Allie is as biblically balanced as new testament women teachers back in early church time. You are of great importance and value to all listening audience
I think the questions about RB are the result of a few things: 1. Kanye. That didn't go well. 2. RB doing Tarot just before his baptism is a bad optic 3. There's a movement in the new age of christ consciousness, just adding Jesus to a pantheon. Does he understand the difference between new age christ consciousness and Jesus? 4. I've watched Christians so wedd to their politics, that is their first love. I watched Anne Rice walk away because of her devotion to being a Democrat and the attending issues of hom0seggzuality, ab0rti0n, and feminism. Will he forsake liberal pet issues like those and new age things like tarot, yoga, divine feminine, astrology etc? 5. Is RB being discipled or figuring it out on his own? That can work if you are fully surrendered and fully devoted to obeying the Holy Spirit and scripture. If he's got someone unorthodox discipling him, that would be problematic. We have to set all those biases, legit concerns, and worries aside and pray.
The Holy Spirit will convict Russel brand of these new age rituals. I believe that’s why he even asking “how do you perceive it?” He’s questioning it. I’m so grateful no one was to harsh on me when I was first saved and let the Holy Spirit do his work.
It's interesting that he knows Christians have an issue with tarot cards, yoga, and looking for signs or omens. It seems he's questioning whether he should use tarot cards still, etc. Sanctification isn't immediate. The enemy will still try to suck RB back into his old, sinful ways. It took me a long time to come to the realization that yoga dishonored God. A lot of us in the West think it's just a type of exercise that stretches and strengthens the body. It took learning about what yoga means and that many poses honor, worship or "yoke" you to a false god to feel convicted to stop doing yoga. Hopefully he got some correct and good Biblical feedback from his Christian followers about why fortune telling, yoga, etc. are ungodly.
Former yoga teacher and practitioner for 20 years- yoga is demonic. It’s powerful and deceptive- it allows in - do not meditate on NO THING!!! Kundalini is the rising of serpent for enlightenment. The poses or asanas are deity worship. Just Say NOga
When I look around, it's almost like most of us Christians have forgotten that we, too, were once lost and were babies in Christ, new in the LORD and weren't sanctified all at once. Maybe I did it wrong, but I didn't get it all right before I accepted Christ as my savior.
I took note in Russell's latest video in which he speaks at length about his baptism, yet not once says the name, Jesus. Now, speaking in general, those who say "Christ" in place of "Jesus" are still concerned about how they will be judged by others for their faith. "Christ" is a bit more accepted by people, though if you speak of Jesus, then folks tend to worry that you've gone over the edge into fanaticism. After a lifetime of faith, I speak the name of Jesus without reservation, knowing that his name holds great power. I pray that Russell's faith grows to the point that he simply doesn't care what his audience thinks of him. I do love the man and wish the best for him...
@GratiaPrima_ In my experience, anyone who walks closely with Christ, can't help but to speak about "Jesus" all the time. In fact, they say the name Jesus far more than they ever say Christ. Your experience may be different, but as for me, a Christian who rarely says the name Jesus causes me concern...
I'm 31 and I know exactly what you're talking about. I didn't want those two comments to gaslight you. When you say Jesus in place of the word God or Christ people have a reaction. It's generally the same kind of people that say you don't want to be too Christian.@@brianjay9811
I almost never say “Jesus.” Always “Jesus Christ” or “Christ.” What you’ve experienced is what I think you could call cultural. You shouldn’t assume uncharitable things about your brothers and sisters.
I pray that Russell, if he has not already, will come to understand the gospel, that all have sinned and fall short, and no amount of works could ever erase that sin. Only by believing, by having faith in Jesus’ perfect life and death on the cross, are we forgiven of our sins, and able to go to Heaven when we die. No works before, during, or after can save us. Baptism doesn’t save us. Taking communion doesn’t save us. Praying and attending church can’t save us. Only Jesus can. The book of John was written to show us how we can be saved, if anyone wants to dive further into the beautiful clarity of the gospel. Ephesians 2:8-9, is another wonderful passage to read as well. Was encouraged that Russell is reading Galatians, as it talks about the danger of people trying to put us in subjection under legalism and the OT law (aka, good works), trying to convince us that all of that is somehow necessary for forgiveness of sins. So many of the comments I’ve seen around his posts, have tried to do just that. Praise God that we are saved apart from works, so that no human can boast that they saved themselves.
As Christians we spend way too much energy finding reasons to criticize new believers and searching for reasons to doubt their faith. This is exactly what Satan wants us to do to discourage new believers and turn them away when they are still in a place where they are discovering and figuring out what it truly means to follow Christ. I question these so called believers faith more so than the new believer, because this is not what is taught in the word.
I remember hearing this same criticism when Kanye West and Alice Cooper claimed to be Christian! We are called to use discernment as given by the Holy Spirit when rightly judging such things. We should pray for a true conversion, yes. But we still must remember everyone needs to submit to sound teaching and reading of the word. Those things did not take place with west and cooper. Probably not for a lack of trying but we must continue to look at the fruits. Time will tell.
@@thisistheday597 Pray for all those things for Russell Brand. I'm praying he finds good, godly people to lead/disciple him. I wonder if he has a good church to go to.... He says he's reading the Bible and I encourage that too. God's word has power to convict--I know that from experience.... I sure hope to see him in heaven ♥️
Thank you, it hurts me to hear all of the harsh rhetoric towards Russel. He needs to be discipled in love and we pray that the Holy Spirit will teach him.
Why would you want to go listen to Kanye West music if by your own admission the fruit of his life is clearly not of the Lord? I think people don’t understand the influence of a person on the music they create.
I am getting a bit tired of the shows on the authenticity of famous peoples conversions. I know that each discussion should be about 2 or 3 min long. the presenter should state I have no idea if said person is truly a Christ follower. It takes years to see the fruit . Let's wait listen and watch.
I was a “new ager” before being saved, (had tarot, horoscope, medicine cards, etc.) & after accepting Christ I woke up one morning and threw it all in the trash! Felt no attachment to these things I’d had for years, but just felt relief. Praying he seeks grounded teachers & doesn’t rely on how something makes him “feel” to decide on what is True
I am so glad I am not a celebrity that gets scrutinized for everything... Especially my faith and if its genuine. I think us followers of Christ should be really careful about this type of thing. I think you did a good job here, Allie. I wish people who have platforms would just say "congratulations" and then privately pray if you have concerns. The in fighting and judgementalness between followers of Christ is a huge turn off.
Who’s judging and infighting? I think the overwhelming majority of Christians are praying that he grows in truth and grace. We love him, and hope that him being in the limelight won’t spoil his spiritual journey. He is a public person and is literally asking opinions from his “followers.”
@@marydiggins9294 I read through the comments and saw people arguing. I said Allie did a good job here. It clearly wasn't about her. Not only did I see people arguing in the comment section here today but in the video she did with Kat Von D. So many times christians question peoples conversions and bring up their past. It's very common.
@@ValentinaAnastasia yes, I saw them. I'm not sure why the person making the other comment can't admit that SOME christians are harsh and judgemental about new converts and especially celeb ones. I wasn't even speaking about Allie in particular. It's just something that I have observed and felt like addressing.
He has blatantly come out as Catholic as is his wife. He openly prays the rosary. I think what is puzzling is that he chose full submersion as a Catholic.
What I know from writing advice is that if you want people to like a character they must NEVER be mean to an animal. Even if it's just perceived as mean by the reader, there is very little lee-way for readers to like that character, no matter the intentions of the author. It is perceived as worse than being mean to a human; in fiction any meanness to an animal is a death-knell for likeability. So, when I heard about this, I thought that is doesn't matter the facts or the intention of Kristi Knoem, the emotions of people will be the greatest judge.
As I've been going from a true nonbeliever to walking with Christ I've been excited to see several celebrities including Russell Brand, I have always been a fan of his and I was glad to hear his more enlightening times. I have heard him repent his drug use and his depression he is a lovely man and I'm very happy to hear becoming a father has woken him up.
Yoga is a great exercise the asana or stretches were added late into the practice and are just exercise but the breathing and meditation are a form of self worship. I am certified to teach Baptist style yoga and most yoga classes do not separate these things. Ild like to do a christan yoga style stretching class. Tarot is looking to the dead and even though I believe it's complete bunk people are looking for the dead to speak.
The idea I get from Russell is that he is exploring The Christian religion. If he is asking if tarot cards are acceptable in the Christian religion, it would not seem that He has studied much of the Bible or is not under a good teacher of the Bible. I would worry about grabbing different practices from different religions as that doesn't make one a Christian. While baptism is good, as you said, it doesn't make one saved. Having said all this, I hope that Russell dives deeper into Christianity and finds God if he has not already.
I believe he is truly converting. I just hope other christians have patience with him as he eaves his old ways behind. Disciple instead of judge. Pray for Instead of tare down. Coming out of sin is a long walk that we are all on.
In his video he was looking to baptism to wash away his sins. That shows there is not yet an understanding of the gospel. Praying he gets the properly understanding of salvation through faith in Christ.
Baptism does forgive sins. So many verses in the Bible are clear about this! “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Just one of many. The overwhelming majority of Christians worldwide agree on this.

I am hopeful for Russell's true conversion but like the disciples, they too were alert and watching of Paul, to see if he was truly born again. Russell talked more of the "feeling" he received at baptism rather then speaking of Jesus. The Holy Spirit comes by way of true belief not by baptism.
Regarding Russel Brand - I am cautiously watching - it would be wonderful to see another soul saved by God’s grace. But we need to watch for the fruit of salvation. He is very friendly with Jordan Peterson who talks a lot about Christianity but has some very radical and unbiblical views on the subject. Who has been explaining Christianity to Russel? Has he said he actually believes the Gospel? Who does he believe Jesus Christ is? All this is very important. When I was saved I did not know a great deal - but by God’s grace I was afforded solid teaching - and I was aware that things I had not believed about God or Jesus before we’re now, all of a sudden, truths I now did believe. There has to be a change of heart and mind - it doesn’t all happen immediately but the is definitely a change. We need to pray for Russel that it is a real act of God in his soul and not just another exciting road that he is travelling on in his very varied and new age journey.. k
Why are so many Christians so cynical? We pray for people to come to Christ and when they do we question their sincerity. I have no idea where he is spiritually but it’s clear the Holy Spirit is at work in his heart. If you’re looking for doctrinal understanding and perfect biblical interpretation as evidence for his salvation you are requiring something that goes beyond grace through faith. Save some room for spiritual growth. Extend him some grace, after all that how you were saved. In the meantime we wait and see what kind of fruit he produces. Also do a little self check and make sure you’re producing fruit. Hint, theological debates are fun but that’s not fruit. Less talk more action
Allie!! I would love if you did an episode addressing children’s vaccines. I have a 7 week old and I’m doing my own research on what the right thing to do is but it’s so overwhelming!
You could look into The Highwire from Del Bigtree, Children’s Health Defense which Robert F Kennedy Jr. had been an advocate for. Those are just two places to start.
Read Dr. Suzanne Humphries MD's book, "Dissolving Illusions: Disease, Vaccines and the Forgotten History". My 28 year old was harmed by vaccines when he was two. Personally, I would stay FAR AWAY from any shots!!!
When we hear about people coming to salvation, we have to always remember this is a journey of faith. It takes time for us to become mature. God has been working on me and showing me some false things I believed as a young Christian. We need to show each other grace and teach one another - alongside reading the word of God and praying
The immediate feelings of supernatural love and comfort washed over me. Never, NEVER had I experience the knowledge of unconditional love in my life until that happened. Never did I realize I had a Father in heaven that wept with me and caught every tear.
Kristi Noem could have rehomed the dog or had the vet put it down humanely, if it was dangerous. I’m sickened by abortion at any time. But I don’t like stories about a dog killing either. Mark Twain wrote an awful story I stumbled into as a kid. Haunted me for years. When I was a new lawyer I won a motion in limine, to keep out pictures of an injured dog from the sight of a jury. I represented the other homeowner. We stipulated to the injuries. I was able to settle the case. The judge agreed that people get up more upset at injured animals than injured people. Right or wrong. Thousands of Christians are being slaughtered in Nigeria. It’s extremely upsetting. Never the less, if I see an animal get killed, I’m going to be upset by it. We’re Americans. We love our pets. Of course there’s hypocrisy on the side of pro aborts. If you want to win an election, don’t come off as a cold, bad-a- puppy killing woman. I won’t be buying the book. I’m not going to criticize people who are off put by it. I’m off put by it. And if a politician has to compromise on abortion to win, it’s not worth winning. Sam Ericsson of the Christian Legal Society said, “The means are the ends in the making.” It’s compromising on murder.
He is leaning towards Catholicism. He prays the Rosary and has said some other things. However, I am so glad He has found Jesus and seems to really love Him.
I’d love to see him truly saved and his heart regenerated! What a testimony that would be! I’m wondering who is spiritually discipling Russell regarding baptism and salvation? What church? Is this some whacky Bethel baptism or did he go through a proper teaching protocol in a solid church? What shepherding discipleship is going to let him get baptized without understanding that there is no salvation without repentance (metanoia)? Using tarot cards is occultic and clearly a reflection of a poor understanding of turning away from sin! I would think Russell as well as anyone who gets saved would want to tell the world that he has recognized his depravity and sin, and his need for a Savior! That seems more genuine than this potentially dangerously misleading message that baptism alone makes you a Christian. It appears at this point that Russell is making baptism a “spiritual experience” and is trying to synchronize the new age with being a Christian.
I’m trying Allie. I’m trying! But one thing that RB said that really stuck me. He has been a Buddhist and totally new age but he said the One True Savior is the one that has been there all along.
I wonder what Russell's understanding/ stance is on SIN one very important factor in true repentance and salvation. That would clear up a lot as to what's worth further criticism or not. I love what Allie said about being a new believer and giving each other grace as we grow up in Christ. And we all grow at different paces.
It IS odd that Kristi Noem would not guard her speech in such a way as to avoid someone thinking ill of her (after all, she is a politician) but I suspect that she is coming from a farmland mindset that regards dogs as livestock. Any livestock that does not serve its purpose or is somehow a net loss will be done away with. Sure, she could have taken the dog to the pound and let them kill the dog a couple of weeks later (as no one else in the farming community was going to adopt a net loss) but that's not the farming mindset. Farmers are more in touch with reality than all the people who live their life as if McDonalds actually raises their burgers in a greenhouse. Sure, animal life is a part of creation that God loves, but subduing the earth as the Lord commanded us to means that we subdue (or make to serve humanity) all of creation including animals. And don't forget that this is the same God who commanded the Israelites to kill many animals over the course of their lifetimes as a sacrifice for the person's sins.
The dog could have been put down humanely by a vet if it was so dangerous. Having God given dominion over animals - we are to care for them , especially companion animals, and those who plowed the fields provided us with transportation for thousands of years before the Industrial Revolution, and other animals which provide us meat and clothing - they are all to be treated with care. Subduing the earth does not mean abusing helpless creatures which God created for us out of His abundant love to meet our needs. And the command to humanely sacrifice to a lamb at Passover was a type and shadow of Jesus Christ's sacrifice to come for our salvation. There is certainly no God given justification for cruelty! Only a seared conscience would engage in barbarism. And I come from a farming family.
I simply don't know if he's really a Christian or not. With that being said, Russell Brand makes videos attracting a certain audience. Usually, right wing and conspiracy minded folks. His base really grew after the last presidential election. I always got the impression that he saw it as his role to guide these people towards his way of thinking and to galvanize them towards a certain societal goal. I'd watch what he says. "Is there a new way of conceiving of God that will awaken us individually and bring us together collectively against the corrupt institutions?" - Just something he said in the past that caught my attention. Just watch out for the new age stuff creeping into the church, whoever it is. They believe God is to be defined by your personal experience. To them, even "Christ" is defined by their own self. "Christ Consciousness." (self-empowering) "having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof" (2nd Timothy Chapter 3 btw) You better pray for wisdom on how to answer those beliefs. Let's learn the lesson from Kanye's situation and not jump right on board. Because it looks good at first, but then it all falls into a pit. What happens to the people who were inspired by him only to see his sorry state now?
I don’t think it’s true that animals don’t have souls. They don’t have morality in the same way we do and god isn’t judging them the same way he judges us, but if youve been around the same animal long enough they have the beautiful capacity to love. They aren’t the same as a flower, they’re real living beings with souls: innocent souls, which is why before jesus came they would sacrifice lambs. The blood and life of the innocent to cover sin. And that is absolutely biblical! Jesus loves his creation and part of his creation is animals, and yes he gave us dominion but that doesn’t mean they don’t have ANY value. We are supposed to protect animals, not be cruel! I know she wasn’t saying it’s okay to be cruel to animals but comparing them to human babies because they don’t have a “soul” is just totally incorrect and unbiblical!
As for Russell Brand- as Christians, we should love and welcome him, of course pray for him!! However, we need to not lose discernment either!! Judge him by his fruits- not his words. It’s easy to see once people start preaching with their life, not just their lips.
Candace Owen’s signed up for ‘failure’. Yes’m I just called her conversion a ‘failure’ because I do believe it is a wrong decision. But she did marry into a split faith household. I knew she would convert years ago. Just waited for her full transformation lol to come thru and it has. Disappointing but it reveals to me how shaky her foundation was to begin with if she went that direction.
Though Candice was already a Christian, she wants to get closer to God and feels that becoming Catholic will do that for her. I'm not Catholic myself, but she is taking that step to be closer to God. For that I rejoice.

I have not heard about any kind of repentance of sin. All I have heard is a supposed realization that he can't do things on his own. Christianity is much more and deeper than that.
You need to go watch Russell Brand’s actual videos because he definitely talks about sin and the need for Christ to come and die for it and to accept him and his sacrifice on his videos recently. Alley is cutting those parts of the video out to make her point and is not speaking truth … Go watch Russel Brand’s videos
Thank you for this. It's so frustrating when I see Christians online judging new believers so harshly. Happened with Kat Von D too. Justification happens instantaneously but sanctification does not.
If Russell Brand is earnestly seeking the truth (and i think he states he's on a "voyage to truth" on every episode of his show), he will run smack dab into Jesus. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.
I grew up in the Catholic church. I left that behind in my mid 20's. I spiraled into fleshly behaviors which led to sorrow, pain, depression that I repeatedly fell back into....no matter how 'good' i thouggt my heart was. I began searching for help. In all the wrong places. Secular counseling, reading parts of Dianetics, Deepak Chopra, Siddhartha, and various other 'spiritual' and psychological books...anything that i could glean bits of information that might help me, help myself. All the while feeling uncomfortable or in disagreement with what I was reading...that's key.
I've been a Christian for 45 yrs I have been in Bible Study for most of those years and I can say that through The Holy Spirit I am always learning and will continue to learn about Gods Holy World.
Allie, have you reached out for an interview? I'm sure he'd come on. He strikes me as a down-to-earth kind of guy (as much as rich and famous guys can be down-to-earth 🙂).
The Bible condemns sorcery. Some verses call it magical arts, or witchcraft. The Greek word is Pharmakea, which means drug use. It's where we get the word Pharmacy.
Thank you Allie for your accurate commentary on the Kristie controversy. I believe It brings to light , as you said the true state of America's moral demise .
You need to see a subsequent video that he posted. Apparently many people commented on the tarot cards and he received that as correction. He admitted that he is very new at being a Christian. New Christians don’t realize that acknowledging their zodiac sign is even something against God‘s word. At this point, we pray for Russell, and he stay in the word, that he grow in knowledge and that the Holy Spirit convicts him. He also said that the tarot card video was recorded prior to his baptism.
I pray that God has lead Russell to a faithful, loving local Christian community where he will be truly discipled and supported, and that his heart remains open to receive it. I'm still learning... and I'm almost 70!
So a "Good Church" in your opinion meets every SUNday? Have you read the 10 Commandments? Not to be condescending but which day did God Himself write in stone beginning with "Remember .." ???
I am rejoicing at Russell Brand's conversion and will be praying for him. He is a baby Christian, as all of us believers were at one time, only most of us had nowhere near such a huge audience as we took our first steps.
Can someone tell me why Allie said that she doesn't recommend Rick Warren or direct me to a video where she talks about this? Thanks in advance and God bless.
Scripture also says, "Baptism saves you." Merely as a "symbol" it cannot save you. Similarly, your wedding ring does not marry you, nor is it proof you are married. It is actually of pagan origins! Also: How do you know the "thief on the cross" was not Baptized? Are you just assuming he wasn't because he was a thief?
I would never want to sow doubt about someone who has found the true saving grace of God through Christ. Russell is in a very unique position and as believers we should be welcoming and loving of someone who is truly seeking or who has just come to Christ. Luke 15:10 “Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.” There is discernment necessary on the part of all believers to also understand we live in a world of deception as well. Don’t forget to test everything against the word of God. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-22 “16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 19 Do not quench the Spirit. 20 Do not despise prophecies, 21 but test everything; hold fast what is good. 22 Abstain from every form of evil.” I pray Russell surrounds himself with some good Christian men who can disciple him as he grows, he like all of us, will have baggage to deal with and will need help from other believers at times to navigate through these things. Allie Beth you did a great job breaking this situation down.
You mentioned A’Del Natural Cosmetics as a sponsor of your UA-cam channel. For the products you say you use, it would set me back over $500 (Cdn. Funds) to have those few specific products delivered to me. I’m glad you can afford such luxuries. With so many people going through hard times, I wish you mentioned one or two products to try-that way the rent gets paid and people’s children get to eat. Your influence reach is huge. With great success comes great responsibility. As this cosmetic company is a sponsor, I’m fairly certain my comment will hit the virtual trash bin.
Beth like many UA-camrs is sponsored by different companies so she can earn money. Just remember you are not under any obligation to buy and you shouldn't feel guilty that you can't afford to buy it or choose not to buy even if you can afford it. Your life is not her life; you must live your life where you are and make buying purchases that are comfortable for you.
Ummm being mad when someone kills an animal isn’t animal worship, Allie…. We don’t worship animals here in America. If you want to see ACTUAL animal worship, go to India. But just because people have strong convictions on animal welfare doesn’t mean they worship animals. And the fact that you say animals should be put down when they bite people…ummm this dog was a puppy. They teethe just like human babies. So I’m sure it did a lot of biting. My take as someone whose God given passion is animals: there are far too many activists of human rights for me to be concerned more about a person than an animal. We need more people speaking up about animal welfare and rights, and more people willing to stand up against those (like Kristi Noem) who have no regard for them
I agree with you 100% We need more animal activists! What Krisi Noem did was wrong and inhumane. I don't think Allie is a dog owner as she would realise that animals lives are important too, especially dogs who become apart of the family.
@@arlenefisher1164 Exactly! Apparently, Cricket the dog was "untrainable" so Krisi Noem thought shooting the puppy was the answer, instead of getting some training with a dog trainer.
Russell had such a tough upbringing but emerged as a gifted comedian. As he readily admits, he was addicted to fame, money, sex, drugs and goodness knows what else. One day, he met a Catholic woman, he had known before he became famous but hadn't seen for years and they ended up getting married. Russell credits his wife for his newfound Christian awakening and boy, did she take on a huge task - but they've made it through. We should rejoice and bless them both and their 3 young children. God does indeed work in mysterious ways!
In the midst of all the self inflicted chaos and pain circumstances brought me to the point of total surrender. Surrender not to myself. Surrender To God. His Son, the Holy Spirit.
Kristi Noem's bloodthirsty dog went berserk and murdered her neighbors chickens and also went crazy on a hunt. Her dog was untrainable and murderous so she ended it's life. #GoodStewardship
Thank you. When he made this video MOST creator's BASHED him. That was mighty "Christian" of them I thought. Russell had just accepted the Lord & was brave to go public.
Thank you so much for your wisdom and love.

Just watch.

I have listened to Brand's testimony, so to speak, and it seems very genuine.

Allie is as biblically balanced as new testament women teachers back in early church time. You are of great importance and value to all listening audience
I think the questions about RB are the result of a few things:
1. Kanye. That didn't go well.
2. RB doing Tarot just before his baptism is a bad optic
YES DEAR ...AND PRAY, PRAY AND FERVENTLY PRAY FOR OUR BROTHER IN CHRIST RUSSEL
Please have your people talk to Russell’s people! You two would have a wonderful conversation!
What? This is nonsensical.
Jesus is the Christ…. What’s the issue?
This was a needed and awesome discussion Allie. Ty 💕 We will see what comes of this guy in his walk with God as he has time to learn God's ways.
Yes, be happy for a new believer, even if they don't have everything right yet! I sure didn't... And pray, pray, pray for these people!❤
Amen!!! I rejoice for Russell Brand and pray for him to learn and mature in Christ… continue in his steady growth.

💯 agree Allie!!! Let’s pray for one another and learn to love each other 🙏🏻
Praying for Russell Brand! ❤ I've always liked his quirky, fun personality
Me too!!
Love how you describe our culture, you are so on point. God bless you 🕊️
I am getting a bit tired of the shows on the authenticity of famous peoples conversions.
I appreciate you speaking up for the unborn children, my heart is the same.
Some of the comments above this are very harsh and critical of RB.

@@LovelyMrsLong Baptist style yoga? As Christians we should not be practicing yoga. Same goes for tarot cards.
“Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
Just one of many. The overwhelming majority of Christians worldwide agree on this.
Salvation is not received through baptism. Baptism is a public declaration of one’s belief in Jesus Christ & commitment to following Him

I am hopeful for Russell's true conversion but like the disciples, they too were alert and watching of Paul, to see if he was truly born again. Russell talked more of the "feeling" he received at baptism rather then speaking of Jesus. The Holy Spirit comes by way of true belief not by baptism.
I’m so grateful to God for the opportunity to listen to people like Allie via internet 🙏🏻
Look up Weston a price their site has a lot on vaccines …
Look into aluminum adjuvants. Lots of evidence that they are unsafe.
It is obvious Kristi Noem didn't really try with Cricket. She said she "hated" Cricket, so it was very easy for her to kill her for no good reason.
Russell Brand would be a great person to get on your show
He is leaning towards Catholicism.

Agreed
I was raised in a Christian home. I didn’t find God on my own until age 28. It took a year+ to learn more and learn to drop old ways. Give him grace
I simply don't know if he's really a Christian or not.
With that being said, Russell Brand makes videos attracting a certain audience. Usually, right wing and conspiracy minded folks. His base really grew after the
last presidential election. I always got the impression that he saw it as his role to guide these people towards his way of thinking and to galvanize them towards
a certain societal goal.
I'd watch what he says.
"Is there a new way of conceiving of God that will awaken us individually and bring us together collectively against the corrupt institutions?" - Just something he
said in the past that caught my attention.
Just watch out for the new age stuff creeping into the church, whoever it is. They believe God is to be defined by your personal experience. To them, even "Christ"
is defined by their own self. "Christ Consciousness." (self-empowering)
"having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof" (2nd Timothy Chapter 3 btw)
You better pray for wisdom on how to answer those beliefs.
Let's learn the lesson from Kanye's situation and not jump right on board. Because it looks good at first, but then it all falls into a pit. What happens to the people who
were inspired by him only to see his sorry state now?
Amen AB. Nice opening monolog
What is your take on Candace Owen?
Candace Owen’s signed up for ‘failure’. Yes’m I just called her conversion a ‘failure’ because I do believe it is a wrong decision. But she did marry into a split faith household. I knew she would convert years ago. Just waited for her full transformation lol to come thru and it has. Disappointing but it reveals to me how shaky her foundation was to begin with if she went that direction.
I hope she isn’t taking it personally since they had that conversation and all.
Though Candice was already a Christian, she wants to get closer to God and feels that becoming Catholic will do that for her. I'm not Catholic myself, but she is taking that step to be closer to God. For that I rejoice.

Russell is an amazing addition to the kingdom. I'm happy for him.

When in doubt pray about it. He will provide the answer you need. ❤
Also:
How do you know the "thief on the cross" was not Baptized? Are you just assuming he wasn't because he was a thief?
I see Russell Brand as just another corruptor of the faith at this point .. Be wise as serpents people. God Bless!
It’s not “just a symbol” it’s the manifestation of the inward transformation(spirit) physical baptism(flesh)
I would never want to sow doubt about someone who has found the true saving grace of God through Christ. Russell is in a very unique position and as believers we should be welcoming and loving of someone who is truly seeking or who has just come to Christ. Luke 15:10 “Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.”
There is discernment necessary on the part of all believers to also understand we live in a world of deception as well. 22 Abstain from every form of evil.”
I pray Russell surrounds himself with some good Christian men who can disciple him as he grows, he like all of us, will have baggage to deal with and will need help from other believers at times to navigate through these things.
Allie Beth you did a great job breaking this situation down.
You mentioned A’Del Natural Cosmetics as a sponsor of your UA-cam channel. For the products you say you use, it would set me back over $500 (Cdn.
