I grew up Christian, but as a young adult I got super deep into New Age and had a few weird/scary experiences. Something made me google "what does Christianity say about Dolores Canon?" And found a video of Jenn and another ex-psychic turned Christian. Wow It was as though I was reading my own story, I had a massage therapist give me a heap of crystals, and it all happened from there. When I was in college, I wanted to learn how to play piano so I used an app on my phone & was practicing one night. I was stuck on this song & started feeling a little eery but ignored it. I started getting into the bridge of this song & there was like a weight in my bedroom & then I heard “stop playing the song”. I stopped for a moment & could feel this darkness around me but I shook it off & figured I was just freaking myself out because I was home alone. So I started playing it again & this heavy weight & this tangible darkness started to get worse & then I heard it again “stop playing the song”. I stopped & was telling myself I was being dramatic but I also couldn’t shake how heavy I felt. So I started playing again & then it was like a yell, “STOP PLAYING THE SONG NOW”. So I stopped & immediately fell on my knees & then I heard “PRAY” & I started praying like my life depended on it. Commanding spirits to leave in Jesus Name, giving all power & authority & praise to Jesus. I prayed for about 45 minutes straight before I really felt comfortable to stop & the darkness had completely left my room & I was at peace again. I then heard that same voice say “look up the song” & wouldn’t you know it, it was a Hindu song & the part I was at was a prayer to Ganesh, a Hindu god. THIS is just another example of innocently engaging in an activity that one would think is harmless, but you’re actually opening yourself up to demonic oppression. I thank God everyday for His persistent protection over me that day, the enemy will draw near so fast. If you give him an inch, he will take 10 miles.
Yoh that's honestly scary. Reminds me of how I really liked a song by Beyonce, where's I didn't experience an attack like yours, I woke up one morning convicted by Holy Spirit about how bitter I was becoming. I stopped listening to that song and It was hard to let go of secular music but one day I fasted and never struggled again. That made me realise how music isn't "just music".
@@Twalzz amen! I have actually had similar experiences with music too. A lot of secular music is laced with “back-masking” that sends messaging to your subconscious brain. Example: Jay-Z has a song that, if played backwards, says “murder, murder Jesus 666”. Absolutely horrible & influences so many without them knowing it. 😩

Our daughter moved away from home in USA pand moved to Japan. There, she got into cards reading and came out as a gay to us on one of her visits. Since she cut us off from all communications with us because we don't agree with her lifestyle. Please pray with us so God can lead her out of her destructive life. I am a fifteen year old girl, who has read all five books like ten times! ❤I stopped reading them about a year ago, because I was convicted that I was reading them more than my Bible. The Twilight books were so addictive for me. I remember feeling depressed a lot while I read New Moon. I now realize that they were not good for my walk with the Lord. The Twilight books were written very well, and they captivated my emotions. No matter how much I loved the story of Twilight, in the end Jesus is all that will ever matter.❤

I left the New Age world this past year. My curiosity began when my mother became terminally ill. I was seeking God, but looking in all the wrong places. I taught yoga, mediated, used mantras, vision boards, tarot cards, crystals, and the like. I was seeking God, but had no idea that I was letting demons in. I began reading a book by a Buddhist monk about the rosary last fall. Since I had been baptized Catholic and had my 1st Communion, I knew the rosary, so I started to pray it. I said it everyday and began to listen to the Gospel and research the Catholic faith. The veil fell away from my eyes. I was confirmed in the Catholic church this past Easter Vigil and am 100% on fire for the Lord. I am so happy to be a Christian and celebrate all of my Protestant sisters and brothers. I really don’t understand why they can’t be a mixture of the two. I’m so tired of hearing “it’s not in The Bible.” First of all, there are books missing from The Bible. Secondly, we don’t even have the original source material; it’s been translated and rewritten into multiple versions. Just think of using Google translate from English to Russian to Chinese. It’s not going to be the same message. Thirdly, The Bible was constructed centuries ago; we're literally in a new age and no one’s updated it with the changing of the world. Look at how language changes over time and the dictionary is continually being updated to reflect the evolution of our spoken word. Why can’t mediumship be a gift from God? Maybe we need connection to the other side to make peace sometimes with sudden and/or traumatic losses. The demonic spirits go after children at a young age. I recall spending the night with my grandmother at age 3 or 4. She lived in an old farmhouse that housed 5 generations. The house was definitely "haunted" My grandmother visited psychics. I awoke at 3 am terrified. Grandma had this scary laugh. There was smoke in the bedroom and these frog like entities with large eyes kept jumping up to the side of the bed. Crying I begged her to make them go away. I never spent another night in that house. My grandfather who was not a Christian, as far as we knew, died of a heart attack in the house. My grandmother immediately moved out into our home. I began having nightmares about my grandfather standing on one side of the driveway and I stood across. It looked like him except for his eyes. He kept telling me to "cross over" I never would. In hs I developed anxiety and an eating disorder. I began seeing a Christian psychologist when I started college. He told me that was a demon and I needed to move out of our house. He pleaded the blood of Jesus over this demon. After having the same reoccurring dream for yrs. I never once had it again during the past 30 yrs.. I am a Born Again Christian as well as my grandmother when she passed at age 93. Ironically, I was given a gift that my mother also has.

I used to dabble in witchcraft and all of the psychic crap when I was a kid, as much as a kid can do. I remember, though, that the Lord must've impressed upon me how evil it all was because even before I became a Christian, one day I scratched out all of the pages in a book about this stuff along with my sister with black marker. I felt it was evil. The Lord saved me, about a year or so later.
Regarding your discussion topic on people saying I claim my healing, etc. What about the verse in Mark 11:24? - Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. I do not believe in manifestation, but believing is real to me. Whatever God's will is. The difference is that God will resolve it in His way, not my way. I just think everyone needs to understand this concept.
In complete agreement as well with Mark 11:24 . God never intended for us to get sick. Sickness does NOT come from God. For example, if someone is sick and decides to believe in Jesus healing him or her on his timing not theirs, then you best believe Jesus will heal them and use them as a testimony for his glory. I have been healed many times by his grace because I believed he would heal me. Then I made sure to give my testimony to as many people as possible for his kingdom and glory. Please do not mis lead Gods children. Healing still exists today for those who choose to believe.

Sadly I was with you both until she condemned wanting supernatural experiences with God and miracles.... around 25:30. God still does miracles and supernatural experiences. Wanting to experience God and wanting to see miracles is not a sin. I am disappointed. This is distinct from name it and claim it. It should be obvious to Christians. I mean, prayer in itself is supernatural. God is Spirit. When we pray, we are addressing God in the spirit realm from the natural realm through the Holy Spirit. To condemn Christians for wanting supernatural life with God and the various ways that might look is just ridiculous. Supernatural realm= spiritual realm. We are commanded to be led by the Spirit and worship God in Spirit. Sometimes this includes miracles. God still does them. The Christian life is meant to be a supernatural life. But a pure and holy spiritual life and seeking God alone and not demons.

As a child and teen I felt kinda the same way about how she felt about doing my sacrament and growing up in a Catholic home. But as an adult I am tremendously thankful for what my parents did. If I would have heard this video a few years ago, I would have thought this woman is an absolute liar about what she's saying... But after getting addicted to drugs, I started to get attacked by these things... Scratch marks, sleep paralysis, objects levatating and being thrown across the room, Knocks on walls, coins (dimes) appearing out of nowhere, appearing even in my shoes I was wearing... But I know now that she is 100 percent telling the truth on this... Everything she's saying is exactly my experience with them as well. I was also told by a lady in the street who claimed she worked with "angels' and that she knew my dreams... And so she says: "You dreamed about playing golf with a a frisbee last night"... And I was like "what on earth? How did you know that?!?!".... This stuff IS REAL FOLKS!!! STAY PRAYED UP! Thanks to Jesus, I was delivered from these demons. I’m a Christian with a new age past. 100% agree we absolutely should not do yoga. I find Taylor swifts newer albums and performances to be VERY openly spiritual and new agey. I grew up on her but I can’t bear to hear it anymore. Also Allie, love your outfit.
What is your suggestion then for women who want to meet together and stretch? The term “yoga” is associated with stretching and obviously there’s different types of yoga. This is the same problem the term “Christian” now has because it’s associated with moronic hypocrites. Sure there’s some (who am I kidding, many) individuals that fit this category but of course the ‘real Believers’ rightfully are insulted by this association. It’s just not wise to say, “No yoga for you!” Most Americans as lazy and fat and getting them to do a stretching routine with other people who want to better themselves is much better than saying, “Hey you should start working out with all of that excess weight!” You need to stretch out all of the tightness first and then progress to the next step of going to the gym regularly. It’s the first step in physical discipline and it’s not as overwhelming as the entire gym scene. This is coming from a super independent, hyper analytical woman who questions everything and begrudgingly understands that most people want to attach themselves to groups or agendas to not feel alone. I don’t care about yoga and don’t want to be its cheerleader but I’ve seen the benefits of the whole group-stretch routine and don’t like when people act like this whole “throw the baby out with the bath water” solution is the best.

Even the most Americanized yoga classes have spiritual components, which are easier to see when you come from that back ground. It is true the poses were created for worship. There’s a million different ways to stretch and workout.
It’s not mere “naming and claiming”. It’s understanding the promises that are in the scriptures and having the assurance that we are so loved, and that we have hope, authority and power in Christ. And in that love and victory we have in Christ, we can have healing, and provision in all areas in our lives. ❤
I had a coworker tell me about a dream with my best friend who had died and initially I felt so special like God had sent me a message but then it dawned on me after looking up scripture that she was acting as a medium and I did a deep dive on familiar spirits and was so grossed out! Soon after that, my other friend told me about an "angel reading" she did and how helpful it was. It was all very interesting like Satan trying to bait me. But the best thing I did was go to the Bible scriptures and it was so clear that it's all an abomination and displeasing to God.
I hope you are able to talk with your best friend and tell her about scripture. "I was raised culturally Catholic, so church was not an obligation." Unfortunately, this is what most Catholics think, or they think going to mass is an obligation but are too distracted to attend. I was born Catholic and I stopped and avoided going to church for a long time because I thought it's not an obligation and it's not important. As I learn more about the Catholic church and its traditions, I realized that going to church is essential, an obligation to participate to the sacrifice to the Lord. I am now starting to return to my Catholic faith, learning so much about how beautiful it is, and discovering many kinds of devotions so people can withstand spiritual warfare in this world. Most importantly, I realized how sacred and amazing the Eucharist is, when I understood what it is. I suggest Allie also invite Fr. Carlos Martins or Fr. Vincent Lampert to know more about this topic as they are priests and exorcists with years of experiences.

We ask Our Lady to pray for us because we know that her intercession is very important. She's the best role model for us Christians. I personally try to pray the rosary every day. It gives so much graces to the people who pray it. I would suggest watching Fr. Chris Alar's Explaining the Faith series about Sola Scriptura and Mary in UA-cam.

Wow, everything she said is true. I unfortunately had close family memebers who would go to Fortune telling and Santeria/ white magic to find out about the future. This was supposedly coming from a place of good and from good spirits. My family memeber told me that the “good witch” told her, that a young person very close to us would die, that we were moving to a new house very soon, that I would not marry my current bf, but a man of a specific profession. Well, sadly all of this came true. Within about 3 months without any prior plans of moving, my parents were told by a friend of a property with acreage in a desirable location , so we moved. Within 3 months of that move my teenage brother died in a car accident, and the rest that was predicted happened. It was really frightening to have all this happen and knew it was not from a place of God. People don’t believe me when I tell this story but it happened. Now my family and I turned away from all that evil and accepted Jesus into our lives. However, I have cousins that are into energy healing and crystals, reiki, all new age stuff. They claim to be able to heal and can read peoples energy. They say that’s it’s good because before their practice they “ask God for permission” I’ve tried telling them It’s not something from God and they should not dable in those things because it will open into something bad but they don’t listen.

I hope you don't think you turned to new age because you were raised Catholic. I also was raised Catholic and am still Catholic at 73. Like Jenn said, new age has taken bits and pieces from every religion. Some who call themselves Catholic, have mixed some Catholic beliefs with witchcraft and voodoo, but that is definitely not the Catholic faith. It's because Catholics are spiritually starving because they are usually not born again. They tend to 'suppliement' Catholicism with paganism because their empty religion leaves them wanting more. I was brought up Roman Catholic and I can tell you that most Catholics don't know the Lord at all. The Catholic Jesus isn't Jesus at all as he appeared to me once whilst doing witchcraft. I don't know specifically who that idol is dressed in red in Catholic Churches but it isn't Jesus. The red and blue in Catholic Churches are from the Kaballah so there is already a lot of paganism in Catholicism. That is why they worship Mary and call her 'Queen of heaven' because she is a stand in for Semiramis. The Bible says that worship of the Queen of Heaven brings God to anger. Yet this is who the Catholics worship all the time. They worship Mary but it isn't the same Mary of the Bible but a stand in for pagan godess. There are no d Goddesses though but demons behind idols craving worship.
You have some way to go yet. Through your baptism in the Catholic Church God chose that for you. I performed new age practices and spell casting in my 30s. I was raised Christian but was fascinated by the spiritual realm. I have physic abilities passed down from my grandmother & great grandmother. It turned out to be disastrous for me. I got involved with a demon filled man, had 2 miscarriages, was attacked by evil spirits with severe anxiety attacks. I got involved in a church & bible study. One day while I was being prayed over, a fellow member said he saw tons of black things jumping off of me. He said they looked like hundreds of fleas jumping off of me as soon as they laid hands on me. I felt like I could breathe again. I gave away my idols, crystal balls, tarot cards & all things connected to new age practices. I still deal with spiritual attacks now & again but I'm strong in the Lord & can pray them away. I'm forever thankful for Father God's blessings and love and Jesus Christ my savior.
I was raised by a nominally Catholic father and a new age mother. I wasn’t taught to read or study the Bible and when you’re not the new age stuff is just easier and sounds good. (Cause you’re able to believe in God and still do whatever you want.) In the past year I’ve started reading the Bible, joined a church that teaches the Bible and I’ve felt very convicted to get rid of my crystals, sage ect. Even yoga which I was studying to become a teacher of. I now see how many lies exist in the new age and how much of it has actually infiltrated the church that has people believing Jesus is a socialist and falling for “toxic empathy” as Alley calls it. Christians really need to study their bibles otherwise you will be lied to eventually.
It’s a good thing that the Catholic Church teaches the Bible. After all, you can thank Catholic monks who tirelessly compiled the Bible in the third century. I’m glad I left Protestantism for Catholicism. When I read my Bible, I found the Sacraments, the Rosary (in Luke), and wanted to be a part of the Church which has survived the longest and has Apostolic succession. In the Catholic Church, we hear the Gospel every single day at Mass. Not just on Sundays! But every single day! And that's why, in the Lord's prayer, we say, "...give us this day our daily bread..." because our "Daily Bread" is Jesus in the Eucharist who we receive at Mass.

This is creepy. There were 2 relatives in my family who could tell fortunes. They both passed before I was born. Also my grandfather had a bit of it because he could read coffee grounds. And what he saw came true. He didn’t like to do it, because being Catholic it was not something he was supposed to do. Even though he was Catholic he knew Jesus was Lord. He died when I was 10. Also my mom believed in astrology and it wasn’t looked on as being dangerous. We used the ouiji board. I don’t know how I feel about “generational curses” because it’s mentioned in the OT, but I suffered from anxiety and fear and depression as a young teenager. OH, and the cherry on top- I got into Hinduism at 15. What could go wrong?😅 But the Lord saved me from all that at 18.
Catholics know Jesus is Lord. Catholic Church and Faith was founded by Jesus. Protestantism was invented until 1500 years later. Our Bible canon was compiled by the Catholic Church over 1000 before protestantismo was invented by a catholic priest in Germany.

When I became Christian my roommate got me into Terry Saville Foy and vision boards. It made me think of Jesus as utilitarian and a wish giver - so detrimental to what God needs me to do for HIM in this life, not what God can do for me! There is no reverence in vision boards. I had a sweet coworker who I’m still friends with who’d lost her father rather suddenly after a devastating diagnosis of aggressive cancer. She was very much into using mediums to communicate with him (or what she thought was him). I never knew how to respond to that because I knew she was grieving terribly and it gave her what she thought is peace and comfort. I didn’t want to tell her “it’s not real” or “it’s not him” when she’s grieving, because at the time even though I knew it’s a sin, I thought it could be him, but not in a good way. Knowing they’re demons might be helpful to respond to those who think they’re communicating with loved ones who died.
Exactly. The spirits that grieving people contact are demonic entities known as "familiar spirits". Familiar spirits were around the deceased person 24/7 throughout their lifetime, which is why these spirits know everything about the person, know their memories, and can imitate the person to a T, including speaking in the person's voice through a medium. When a medium "channels" a deceased person, guess what? That medium has just let a demonic spirit possess their body.
We absolutely can declare promises that are straight from the Bible. You can not please God without faith. Although I live in a fallen world and there are lies all around me, I will choose to have faith in what God's word says bc it's truth.
I think the issue is when people claim we're promised money or comfort, in spite of the apostles own experiences and prophets as well as Jesus' life and words. Absolutely proclaim and have faith in the promises of our deliverance and salvation, but don't expect a pain free, happy all the time, free from poverty and suffering kind of life. That wouldn't be biblically accurate.

If we're truly following God and we're in his word and prayer every day, we will follow his principles and learn from all the wisdom that is in the Word. Only once in my life did I ever consult a psychic. Oh yes, I sat down at the booths at the fairs (the advice they give is so generalized it could apply to anyone) but only once did I go to a psychic. I felt as though someone was choking me. I could barely breath or think. I asked my question: “What does my future hold?” The advice she gave SOUNDED good (get out of the U.S. Navy and join a certain Church) but it left a terribly bad taste in my mouth. I went back onboard my ship and put in a request chit to re-enlist. I then went to a Sailor who was strong in the gospel. He was aghast at what I did. We prayed together and all of my fears went away. That was the beginning of my redemption. I’ve been Baptized and I have a Sense of Peace I never had before.

Thank you for this interview. I have become aware of so much now from hearing Jen speak. My church even hosted "Christian yoga" which I participated in. I am appalled. We do need to be made aware of the subtle ways the enemy of our soul deceives us and take a stand even if it is unpopular.

I’m not worshipping anyone when I’m stretching my lower back by doing “Downward Dog.” I don’t actually know any other poses because I’m not a fan of how rushed the sequence is and therefore don’t participate but stretching as a group or alone is helpful physically.
@ThePaperBagEmpress I have not yet read it, but the book "Yoga Body: The Origins of Modern Posture Practice" by Mark Singleton asserts yoga has its roots in Indian Nationalism and spiritual aspirations of European bodybuilding and gymnastics rather than Ancient Indian Yoga tradition. Spiritual aspirations gives me pause. I swapped running for Yoga in my 40s to stop pounding my body, stretch, and build muscle. The Dvds I had were just exercise. I liked it so much I signed up for a Yoga teacher training class not knowing Yoga is a philosophy with 8 limbs, with asanas being one of the limbs. I have repented of the idolatry and false worship I partnered with and stopped practicing. A few years later I am now doing my own strength and stretch without the idolatry. Up dog, down dog, bridge, have been around in calisthenics in the US prior to the Yoga rage. Burpees are high speed sun salutations. I might tend to disagree every so called posture in Yoga is worshipping a false god, but I do refrain from breathing exercises, chanting, and emptying the mind meditation. I meditate on the Word of God in song, prayer, and thought, stay away from secular music (ever notice how quickly a song played in a retail store gets stuck in your head?) I personally would avoid Yoga classes, as they tend to have a prayer about speaking your own truth and other new age nonsense. I think it is a Roman's 14 issue. I don't think we need to be legalistic over specific stretches.
@@ThePaperBagEmpressI feel the same. Yoga stretches feel so good for my body. Although I have stopped a 1-2-1 yoga instructor as she said some sort of Buddhist prayer. Now it’s just stretches to help correct my posture. I can’t see how that’s a problem

I could see this in the 80s, 90s, 00s, but it’s not wise, and frankly disheartening, to make statements that are not backed by Scripture. Can you imagine someone who has participated in such for decades without spirituality, let’s say behaving fully atheistically but mentally/theoretically agnostic, again I emphasize the “worship” being on oneself and not some demonic or ancient entity, and then suddenly feels compelled by the Holy Spirit to go to church, genuinely curious about this Christianity thing, and/or she/he goes on social media and watches a video like this…?!? It’s almost like Shamerican Christians want to make it harder to enter the kingdom of heaven even more than it already is! There’s no foresight in behavior, there’s no critical thinking. There’s literally less to back up their arguments on their preferences and opinions regarding this than tattoos! This is why I continuously feel rejected by the Christian community because I ask why? “Because I said so” doesn’t work with a fully adult brain with ~120 IQ. Books like ‘Evidence That Demands A Verdict’ and ‘Case For Christ’ are great for my non-Christian friends because they are intelligent but if I was going to tell them this standpoint on yoga when approaching the topic of demonic realm, which they are aware of my suffering and oppression from since I was 13 years old, they would look at me like I’ve lost my mind. It’s so disheartening and I truly feel like the majority of these women are in a fake/pseudo-Christian or in C.S. Lewis’ terms “bad Christian” bubble where you think everyone around you is going to Heaven and it turns into groupthink. The audacity to be concerned with yoga or Taylor Swift? Why are you fixated on a non-Christian who is behaving accordingly? Are you not self-aware enough that the United States was never a Christian nation and has never behaved according to Christian doctrine. Simply on the standpoint a nation is filled with millions of individuals each with a single soul. Nobody is coming with me when I die. It’s an individual’s journey. It’s frankly idiotic behavior if your intention is to bring someone over from the realm of darkness. Think about what happened to Jenn: Holy Spirit causes her to cry out in the name of Jesus and then her acquaintance friend gently tells her about her own experience with Jesus. She doesn’t come in, guns blazing, stating dogmatically that Jenn needs to stop her Medium lifestyle immediately. I’ve been around mostly non-Christians for the last 17-18 years and they are hurting, mostly sad, some angry INDIVIDUALS who are baffled when I tell them that I believe Christ is God BECAUSE I’m kind and I sit and listen to them. “You’re not like them because you’re not mean and judgmental.” I never affirm their behavior but I’m aware that I’m not a good Christian. But come on. This isn’t difficult. All you have to do is think about how you would feel if you were in their shoes.

@@lovinglifefreely She said that they are “worship poses.” This is ridiculous. I am not bending over and bowing to anyone when stretching my lower back. It says in Scripture if something makes you feel uncomfortable, then it is wise to not do it but making up stuff to satisfy that feeling is not good. There are clear parameters with the crystals and the sage stuff in Leviticus and Numbers but nothing about stretching. I think that Christian community should advocate critical thinking and reading Scripture not stating opinions like they are facts or worse doctrine. I don’t care if yoga gets wiped from the planet but it’s the principle of what’s being done that really bothers me. At its extreme, this is why Copernicus was tortured by the Catholic church because he said that the Sun, not Earth was the center of the galaxy. I’m not saying you’re going to out and torture people who are practicing yoga but it’s the mentality that this is against Biblical teachings that, again makes me frustrated.

I have several powerful testimonies from the Lord Jesus, however I've been very depressed for years, and backslidden, and this woman of God gave me alot of truth, and I know the Holy Spirit prompted me to watch this video!! I believe I became deceived as well, God gave me a dream as a young 12 year old girl, definitely the Holy Spirit, and I woke up telling my mother that Jesus Christ wanted me to give my heart to Him, and follow Him and leave everything for the Gospel! Years later, as a teenager, I got involved in light occult stuff, not really doing anything like Ouija boards or anything, but seeing the movie, The Exorcist, as a young girl, buying the album, and then being seduced and pulled into dark thoughts, and the supernatural things, although I never practiced occult things, I did start to do drugs as a teenager, and eventually through my 19th year, and into my 20s, got saved, started to go to a non denominational Christian church, although drugs kept pulling me away, in 1990, God dealt with me over Palm Sunday evening, and through a Holy Spirit encounter, not demonic, my friend who attended a Christian church, was praying and fasting for me, and I met a very godly woman on a school trip with my daughter, and afterwards, she prayed for me, and a demon came out, literally, not like a Hollywood movie, just a few second encounter where I SAW THE DEMON, where it walked on a spiritual place, Jesus called it dry places in Scripture, and what it looked like. It was like a blind fold came off my eyes, totally, and when I opened the Bible, I saw God Almighty's Glory on the pages!!! I walked with the Lord for awhile, however something kept bothering me, like a demon that didn't want to let go, and although I had some victory, it wasn't complete. Listening to this woman's testimony, I started renouncing anything I could think of, and am sure God is going to continue to work to bring me spiritual growth, and anything that doesn't need to be there will have to go! Funny, when I heard this woman say that oppression is like someone holding your head under water, with their foot on your neck, that's what I've been experiencing, EXACTLY!! I once heard her say that deliverance ministry is not helpful or essential when Jesus told us that we have the authority against satan and his demons and we are supposed to cast out demons and heal people. My adult daughter is a Seer Prophet and can see in the spirit realm. Let me put it this way - Jenn still need deliverance.

A spirit medium is communing with demons. A demon will give a person just enough accuracy to keep you coming back for more. A true prophet will be one hundred percent accurate. We have gifts given to us by the Spirit but our focus is to bring people into the kingdom by those gifts and works the Lord gives us not be wrapped up in prophecy. And found a video of Jenn and another ex-psychic turned Christian. After watching the video I felt compelled to throw away my crystals and angel cards, etc. The next day I bought a Bible and eventually started going to church.

There are beautiful journaling Bible editions and beautiful Bible supplies (washi tapes, highlighters, tabs, stickers…). But it can be done within any Bible. When I was in college, I wanted to learn how to play piano so I used an app on my phone & was practicing one night. I was stuck on this song & started feeling a little eery but ignored it.
I started getting into the bridge of this song & there was like a weight in my bedroom & then I heard “stop playing the song”. I stopped for a moment & could feel this darkness around me but I shook it off & figured I was just freaking myself out because I was home alone. So I started playing it again & this heavy weight & this tangible darkness started to get worse & then I heard it again “stop playing the song”. I stopped & was telling myself I was being dramatic but I also couldn’t shake how heavy I felt. So I started playing again & then it was like a yell, “STOP PLAYING THE SONG NOW”. So I stopped & immediately fell on my knees & then I heard “PRAY” & I started praying like my life depended on it. Commanding spirits to leave in Jesus Name, giving all power & authority & praise to Jesus. I prayed for about 45 minutes straight before I really felt comfortable to stop & the darkness had completely left my room & I was at peace again. I then heard that same voice say “look up the song” & wouldn’t you know it, it was a Hindu song & the part I was at was a prayer to Ganesh, a Hindu god.
THIS is just another example of innocently engaging in an activity that one would think is harmless, but you’re actually opening yourself up to demonic oppression. I thank God everyday for His persistent protection over me that day, the enemy will draw near so fast. If you give him an inch, he will take 10 miles.
Yoh that's honestly scary. Reminds me of how I really liked a song by Beyonce, where's I didn't experience an attack like yours, I woke up one morning convicted by Holy Spirit about how bitter I was becoming. I stopped listening to that song and It was hard to let go of secular music but one day I fasted and never struggled again. That made me realise how music isn't "just music".

Example: Jay-Z has a song that, if played backwards, says “murder, murder Jesus 666”. Absolutely horrible & influences so many without them knowing it. 😩

I love what she says about grief.. I lost my dad when I was 19 and spent the next six or so years wanting desperately to talk to him. We even went to see a famous psychic that came to our town. Praise Jesus that I turned from that when I did.
My aunt did this after my dad died. She told my mom and me that her medium was talking to him. It still breaks my heart. She is completely lost and denies Christ as the Son of God after being raised by very faithful parents and being a pastor's wife for 3 decades 😢. I pray for her every day.

i had my first sleep paralysis episode in 2017 and my dead cousin visited me in her child form (She died at 28 years old) she was ten years older then me so i dont have many memories of her in a child lake state. well i made this song still on my youtube named "n fire" spent an hour writing it, worked all night mixing and mastering it/ making a lyrical breakdown video and thats when my cousin visited me. i was so happy to see her. she wouldnt say a word, then her face started to melt like the scream mask. she turned around and opened a window where hundreds of black cats started jumping through. i was deep in the new age and called on jesus for the first time ever and i was instantly snapped back to reality! but like a fool i thought nothing of it for a couple years after and still kept doing the new age weirdness. but right away i knew that wasnt my cousin. from there on no more communicating with the dead for me haha

Our daughter moved away from home in USA pand moved to Japan. There, she got into cards reading and came out as a gay to us on one of her visits. Since she cut us off from all communications with us because we don't agree with her lifestyle.

I am a fifteen year old girl, who has read all five books like ten times! ❤I stopped reading them about a year ago, because I was convicted that I was reading them more than my Bible. The Twilight books were so addictive for me. I remember feeling depressed a lot while I read New Moon. I now realize that they were not good for my walk with the Lord. The Twilight books were written very well, and they captivated my emotions. No matter how much I loved the story of Twilight, in the end Jesus is all that will ever matter.❤

I left the New Age world this past year. My curiosity began when my mother became terminally ill. I was seeking God, but looking in all the wrong places. I taught yoga, mediated, used mantras, vision boards, tarot cards, crystals, and the like. I was seeking God, but had no idea that I was letting demons in. I began reading a book by a Buddhist monk about the rosary last fall. Since I had been baptized Catholic and had my 1st Communion, I knew the rosary, so I started to pray it. I said it everyday and began to listen to the Gospel and research the Catholic faith. The veil fell away from my eyes. I was confirmed in the Catholic church this past Easter Vigil and am 100% on fire for the Lord. I am so happy to be a Christian and celebrate all of my Protestant sisters and brothers. Christ is King! Praise be to God.

Secondly, we don’t even have the original source material; it’s been translated and rewritten into multiple versions. Just think of using Google translate from English to Russian to Chinese. It’s not going to be the same message. Thirdly, The Bible was constructed centuries ago; we're literally in a new age and no one’s updated it with the changing of the world. The demonic spirits go after children at a young age. I recall spending the night with my grandmother at age 3 or 4. She lived in an old farmhouse that housed 5 generations. The house was definitely "haunted" My grandmother visited psychics. I awoke at 3 am terrified. Grandma had this scary laugh. There was smoke in the bedroom and these frog like entities with large eyes kept jumping up to the side of the bed. Crying I begged her to make them go away. I never spent another night in that house. My grandfather who was not a Christian, as far as we knew, died of a heart attack in the house. My grandmother immediately moved out into our home. I began having nightmares about my grandfather standing on one side of the driveway and I stood across. It looked like him except for his eyes. He kept telling me to "cross over" I never would. In hs I developed anxiety and an eating disorder. I began seeing a Christian psychologist when I started college. He told me that was a demon and I needed to move out of our house. He pleaded the blood of Jesus over this demon. After having the same reoccurring dream for yrs. I never once had it again during the past 30 yrs.. I am a Born Again Christian as well as my grandmother when she passed at age 93. Ironically, I was given a gift that my mother also has.

I used to dabble in witchcraft and all of the psychic crap when I was a kid, as much as a kid can do. I remember, though, that the Lord must've impressed upon me how evil it all was because even before I became a Christian, one day I scratched out all of the pages in a book about this stuff along with my sister with black marker. In complete agreement as well with Mark 11:24 . God never intended for us to get sick. Sickness does NOT come from God. For example, if someone is sick and decides to believe in Jesus healing him or her on his timing not theirs, then you best believe Jesus will heal them and use them as a testimony for his glory. I have been healed many times by his grace because I believed he would heal me. Then I made sure to give my testimony to as many people as possible for his kingdom and glory. What is your suggestion then for women who want to meet together and stretch? The term “yoga” is associated with stretching and obviously there’s different types of yoga. This is the same problem the term “Christian” now has because it’s associated with moronic hypocrites. Sure there’s some (who am I kidding, many) individuals that fit this category but of course the ‘real Believers’ rightfully are insulted by this association.
It’s just not wise to say, “No yoga for you!” Most Americans as lazy and fat and getting them to do a stretching routine with other people who want to better themselves is much better than saying, “Hey you should start working out with all of that excess weight!” You need to stretch out all of the tightness first and then progress to the next step of going to the gym regularly. It’s the first step in physical discipline and it’s not as overwhelming as the entire gym scene.
This is coming from a super independent, hyper analytical woman who questions everything and begrudgingly understands that most people want to attach themselves to groups or agendas to not feel alone. I don’t care about yoga and don’t want to be its cheerleader but I’ve seen the benefits of the whole group-stretch routine and don’t like when people act like this whole “throw the baby out with the bath water” solution is the best.

I had a coworker tell me about a dream with my best friend who had died and initially I felt so special like God had sent me a message but then it dawned on me after looking up scripture that she was acting as a medium and I did a deep dive on familiar spirits and was so grossed out! Soon after that, my other friend told me about an "angel reading" she did and how helpful it was. It was all very interesting like Satan trying to bait me. As I learn more about the Catholic church and its traditions, I realized that going to church is essential, an obligation to participate to the sacrifice to the Lord. I am now starting to return to my Catholic faith, learning so much about how beautiful it is, and discovering many kinds of devotions so people can withstand spiritual warfare in this world. Most importantly, I realized how sacred and amazing the Eucharist is, when I understood what it is.

Wow, everything she said is true. I unfortunately had close family memebers who would go to Fortune telling and Santeria/ white magic to find out about the future. This was supposedly coming from a place of good and from good spirits. My family memeber told me that the “good witch” told her, that a young person very close to us would die, that we were moving to a new house very soon, that I would not marry my current bf, but a man of a specific profession. Well, sadly all of this came true. Within about 3 months without any prior plans of moving, my parents were told by a friend of a property with acreage in a desirable location , so we moved. Within 3 months of that move my teenage brother died in a car accident, and the rest that was predicted happened. It was really frightening to have all this happen and knew it was not from a place of God. People don’t believe me when I tell this story but it happened. Now my family and I turned away from all that evil and accepted Jesus into our lives. However, I have cousins that are into energy healing and crystals, reiki, all new age stuff. They claim to be able to heal and can read peoples energy. They say that’s it’s good because before their practice they “ask God for permission”
I’ve tried telling them It’s not something from God and they should not dable in those things because it will open into something bad but they don’t listen.

I hope you don't think you turned to new age because you were raised Catholic. I also was raised Catholic and am still Catholic at 73. Like Jenn said, new age has taken bits and pieces from every religion. Some who call themselves Catholic, have mixed some Catholic beliefs with witchcraft and voodoo, but that is definitely not the Catholic faith. It's because Catholics are spiritually starving because they are usually not born again. They tend to 'suppliement' Catholicism with paganism because their empty religion leaves them wanting more. I was brought up Roman Catholic and I can tell you that most Catholics don't know the Lord at all. The Catholic Jesus isn't Jesus at all as he appeared to me once whilst doing witchcraft. I don't know specifically who that idol is dressed in red in Catholic Churches but it isn't Jesus. The red and blue in Catholic Churches are from the Kaballah so there is already a lot of paganism in Catholicism. That is why they worship Mary and call her 'Queen of heaven' because she is a stand in for Semiramis. The Bible says that worship of the Queen of Heaven brings God to anger. I performed new age practices and spell casting in my 30s. I was raised Christian but was fascinated by the spiritual realm. I have physic abilities passed down from my grandmother & great grandmother. It turned out to be disastrous for me. I got involved with a demon filled man, had 2 miscarriages, was attacked by evil spirits with severe anxiety attacks. I got involved in a church & bible study. One day while I was being prayed over, a fellow member said he saw tons of black things jumping off of me. He said they looked like hundreds of fleas jumping off of me as soon as they laid hands on me. I felt like I could breathe again. I gave away my idols, crystal balls, tarot cards & all things connected to new age practices. I still deal with spiritual attacks now & again but I'm strong in the Lord & can pray them away. I was raised by a nominally Catholic father and a new age mother. I wasn’t taught to read or study the Bible and when you’re not the new age stuff is just easier and sounds good. (Cause you’re able to believe in God and still do whatever you want.) In the past year I’ve started reading the Bible, joined a church that teaches the Bible and I’ve felt very convicted to get rid of my crystals, sage ect. Even yoga which I was studying to become a teacher of. I now see how many lies exist in the new age and how much of it has actually infiltrated the church that has people believing Jesus is a socialist and falling for “toxic empathy” as Alley calls it. Christians really need to study their bibles otherwise you will be lied to eventually.
It’s a good thing that the Catholic Church teaches the Bible. After all, you can thank Catholic monks who tirelessly compiled the Bible in the third century. I’m glad I left Protestantism for Catholicism. When I read my Bible, I found the Sacraments, the Rosary (in Luke), and wanted to be a part of the Church which has survived the longest and has Apostolic succession. This is creepy. There were 2 relatives in my family who could tell fortunes. They both passed before I was born. Also my grandfather had a bit of it because he could read coffee grounds. And what he saw came true. He didn’t like to do it, because being Catholic it was not something he was supposed to do. Even though he was Catholic he knew Jesus was Lord. He died when I was 10. Also my mom believed in astrology and it wasn’t looked on as being dangerous. We used the ouiji board. I don’t know how I feel about “generational curses” because it’s mentioned in the OT, but I suffered from anxiety and fear and depression as a young teenager. OH, and the cherry on top- I got into Hinduism at 15. What could go wrong?😅 But the Lord saved me from all that at 18.

I had a sweet coworker who I’m still friends with who’d lost her father rather suddenly after a devastating diagnosis of aggressive cancer. She was very much into using mediums to communicate with him (or what she thought was him). I never knew how to respond to that because I knew she was grieving terribly and it gave her what she thought is peace and comfort. I didn’t want to tell her “it’s not real” or “it’s not him” when she’s grieving, because at the time even though I knew it’s a sin, I thought it could be him, but not in a good way. Knowing they’re demons might be helpful to respond to those who think they’re communicating with loved ones who died.

Familiar spirits were around the deceased person 24/7 throughout their lifetime, which is why these spirits know everything about the person, know their memories, and can imitate the person to a T, including speaking in the person's voice through a medium. The perverted prosperity Gospel has sent people to expect the opposite extreme. The Lord provides for us. He introduced himself as Jehovah Jireh. He cares for his children and he will provide. If we're truly following God and we're in his word and prayer every day, we will follow his principles and learn from all the wisdom that is in the Word. Only once in my life did I ever consult a psychic. Oh yes, I sat down at the booths at the fairs (the advice they give is so generalized it could apply to anyone) but only once did I go to a psychic. I felt as though someone was choking me. I could barely breath or think. I asked my question: “What does my future hold?” The advice she gave SOUNDED good (get out of the U.S. Navy and join a certain Church) but it left a terribly bad taste in my mouth. I went back onboard my ship and put in a request chit to re-enlist. I then went to a Sailor who was strong in the gospel. He was aghast at what I did. We prayed together and all of my fears went away. That was the beginning of my redemption. I’ve been Baptized and I have a Sense of Peace I never had before.

How? Please explain? Why is stretching in those positions so terrible? I’m not worshipping anyone when I’m stretching my lower back by doing “Downward Dog.” I don’t actually know any other poses because I’m not a fan of how rushed the sequence is and therefore don’t participate but stretching as a group or alone is helpful physically.
@ThePaperBagEmpress I have not yet read it, but the book "Yoga Body: The Origins of Modern Posture Practice" by Mark Singleton asserts yoga has its roots in Indian Nationalism and spiritual aspirations of European bodybuilding and gymnastics rather than Ancient Indian Yoga tradition. Spiritual aspirations gives me pause. I swapped running for Yoga in my 40s to stop pounding my body, stretch, and build muscle. The Dvds I had were just exercise. I liked it so much I signed up for a Yoga teacher training class not knowing Yoga is a philosophy with 8 limbs, with asanas being one of the limbs. I have repented of the idolatry and false worship I partnered with and stopped practicing. A few years later I am now doing my own strength and stretch without the idolatry. Up dog, down dog, bridge, have been around in calisthenics in the US prior to the Yoga rage. Burpees are high speed sun salutations. I might tend to disagree every so called posture in Yoga is worshipping a false god, but I do refrain from breathing exercises, chanting, and emptying the mind meditation. I meditate on the Word of God in song, prayer, and thought, stay away from secular music (ever notice how quickly a song played in a retail store gets stuck in your head?) I personally would avoid Yoga classes, as they tend to have a prayer about speaking your own truth and other new age nonsense. I think it is a Roman's 14 issue. I don't think we need to be legalistic over specific stretches.

I could see this in the 80s, 90s, 00s, but it’s not wise, and frankly disheartening, to make statements that are not backed by Scripture. Can you imagine someone who has participated in such for decades without spirituality, let’s say behaving fully atheistically but mentally/theoretically agnostic, again I emphasize the “worship” being on oneself and not some demonic or ancient entity, and then suddenly feels compelled by the Holy Spirit to go to church, genuinely curious about this Christianity thing, and/or she/he goes on social media and watches a video like this…?!? It’s almost like Shamerican Christians want to make it harder to enter the kingdom of heaven even more than it already is! There’s no foresight in behavior, there’s no critical thinking. There’s literally less to back up their arguments on their preferences and opinions regarding this than tattoos! This is why I continuously feel rejected by the Christian community because I ask why? “Because I said so” doesn’t work with a fully adult brain with ~120 IQ. Books like ‘Evidence That Demands A Verdict’ and ‘Case For Christ’ are great for my non-Christian friends because they are intelligent but if I was going to tell them this standpoint on yoga when approaching the topic of demonic realm, which they are aware of my suffering and oppression from since I was 13 years old, they would look at me like I’ve lost my mind. It’s so disheartening and I truly feel like the majority of these women are in a fake/pseudo-Christian or in C.S. Lewis’ terms “bad Christian” bubble where you think everyone around you is going to Heaven and it turns into groupthink. The audacity to be concerned with yoga or Taylor Swift? Why are you fixated on a non-Christian who is behaving accordingly? Are you not self-aware enough that the United States was never a Christian nation and has never behaved according to Christian doctrine. Simply on the standpoint a nation is filled with millions of individuals each with a single soul. Nobody is coming with me when I die. It’s an individual’s journey. It’s frankly idiotic behavior if your intention is to bring someone over from the realm of darkness. Think about what happened to Jenn: Holy Spirit causes her to cry out in the name of Jesus and then her acquaintance friend gently tells her about her own experience with Jesus. She doesn’t come in, guns blazing, stating dogmatically that Jenn needs to stop her Medium lifestyle immediately. I’ve been around mostly non-Christians for the last 17-18 years and they are hurting, mostly sad, some angry INDIVIDUALS who are baffled when I tell them that I believe Christ is God BECAUSE I’m kind and I sit and listen to them. “You’re not like them because you’re not mean and judgmental.” I never affirm their behavior but I’m aware that I’m not a good Christian. But come on. This isn’t difficult. All you have to do is think about how you would feel if you were in their shoes.

@@lovinglifefreely She said that they are “worship poses.” This is ridiculous. I am not bending over and bowing to anyone when stretching my lower back. It says in Scripture if something makes you feel uncomfortable, then it is wise to not do it but making up stuff to satisfy that feeling is not good. There are clear parameters with the crystals and the sage stuff in Leviticus and Numbers but nothing about stretching. I think that Christian community should advocate critical thinking and reading Scripture not stating opinions like they are facts or worse doctrine. I don’t care if yoga gets wiped from the planet but it’s the principle of what’s being done that really bothers me. At its extreme, this is why Copernicus was tortured by the Catholic church because he said that the Sun, not Earth was the center of the galaxy. I’m not saying you’re going to out and torture people who are practicing yoga but it’s the mentality that this is against Biblical teachings that, again makes me frustrated.

Allie, this show was exactly what I needed!! I have several powerful testimonies from the Lord Jesus, however I've been very depressed for years, and backslidden, and this woman of God gave me alot of truth, and I know the Holy Spirit prompted me to watch this video!! I believe I became deceived as well, God gave me a dream as a young 12 year old girl, definitely the Holy Spirit, and I woke up telling my mother that Jesus Christ wanted me to give my heart to Him, and follow Him and leave everything for the Gospel! Years later, as a teenager, I got involved in light occult stuff, not really doing anything like Ouija boards or anything, but seeing the movie, The Exorcist, as a young girl, buying the album, and then being seduced and pulled into dark thoughts, and the supernatural things, although I never practiced occult things, I did start to do drugs as a teenager, and eventually through my 19th year, and into my 20s, got saved, started to go to a non denominational Christian church, although drugs kept pulling me away, in 1990, God dealt with me over Palm Sunday evening, and through a Holy Spirit encounter, not demonic, my friend who attended a Christian church, was praying and fasting for me, and I met a very godly woman on a school trip with my daughter, and afterwards, she prayed for me, and a demon came out, literally, not like a Hollywood movie, just a few second encounter where I SAW THE DEMON, where it walked on a spiritual place, Jesus called it dry places in Scripture, and what it looked like. It was like a blind fold came off my eyes, totally, and when I opened the Bible, I saw God Almighty's Glory on the pages!!! I walked with the Lord for awhile, however something kept bothering me, like a demon that didn't want to let go, and although I had some victory, it wasn't complete. Listening to this woman's testimony, I started renouncing anything I could think of, and am sure God is going to continue to work to bring me spiritual growth, and anything that doesn't need to be there will have to go! Funny, when I heard this woman say that oppression is like someone holding your head under water, with their foot on your neck, that's what I've been experiencing, EXACTLY!! Thank you for giving her a platform to share her testimony, and I want to go to her website or contact her by email, maybe read one of her books!! God bless you, Sisters!

What Jenn said is true about believers want more! I encounter this all the time on line! The Gospel is enough!
IMO, she seems to be a cessationist. I once heard her say that deliverance ministry is not helpful or essential when Jesus told us that we have the authority against satan and his demons and we are supposed to cast out demons and heal people. My adult daughter is a Seer Prophet and can see in the spirit realm. Let me put it this way - Jenn still need deliverance.
@@Jesusandcoffee3382 Yes Luke 10:19 says this and in whose name do we have that authority? We don't have authority on our own. When you watch any of these fakers all they can do is talk about themselves and give the idea that they are all powerful.
A good rule of thumb is stick to the word of God it was given to us for a reason.
As for your daughter , did she ever once do 1 John 4:1? And how would she accomplish 1 John 4:1 ? A spirit medium is communing with demons. A demon will give a person just enough accuracy to keep you coming back for more.
A true prophet will be one hundred percent accurate. Jesus tells us this in Matthew 7 when He says a good tree can not bear bad fruit!
The fact that you can't recognize that Jenn has been delivered and walks closely with the Lord tells me you have been deceived. This is the age of super deception and it can happen to anyone. During covid I was in 2 small groups that were teaching heresy , I was deceived but the Lord in His mercy, delivered me out of it.
We have gifts given to us by the Spirit but our focus is to bring people into the kingdom by those gifts and works the Lord gives us not be wrapped up in prophecy.
If God wants me to know something then I go to His word, He speaks to me just fine there.
Just this morning Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is the tree of life and he who is wise captures and wins souls! This was given to us from the beginning.
