Originally released as part of the 2009 Air Jordan DMP 1 Retro High 60+ Pack alongside a Bred colorway, this Boston Celtics-inspired colorway celebrates Michael Jordan’s 63 point haul against the Boston Celtics in April 1986. The shoe combines white, black, and Varsity Green on the upper with black toe color blocking, a Wings logo on the ankle, Jumpman Air branding on the tongue, and a Jumpman logo on the heel.

Both shoes are 🔥, but I do like the green on the 2009 pair a whole lot more. Just looks darker then this year's pair. This year's pair is still a must cop though. Great video.
Fully agree! Would’ve been my top 3 for 2023 if the shade of green was the same as the 09 pair. The materials and textures just look so much better on these so def copping (hopefully for retail)

The dmp pack jordan 1s were literally indestructible! Especially the breds.
The dark green celtics is good for winter time and the lighter one for summer time! But I will definitely buy the 2023 pair.

I had the pack bought from an outlet in 2009, I was 15 years old. Beat the crap out of the green, unfortunately for some reason I threw them away since they were so beat up I regret it so much so I am happy to get something similar to them. I still have the bred 1 though thankfully super beat and leather quality was terrible.
I can’t wait for these to release. I’m definitely copping.

I found a lucky green pair at our local finish line. Man, I was so tempted to get it because I don't have any jordan retro highs. But if I'm gonna get my 1st jordan 1 highs, it will be the lost and founds and I'm saving up money to get it even if I'm paying resale.

The tone of Lucky Green is really, really nice.
I think this Lucky Green just looks way better, Shoe from 2009 is older but shoe from 2023 better overall imo.

The DMP jordan 1 Celtics were my first jordan 1 I ever got and I was in middle school when they dropped. My brother got the Breds and I got the Celtics and I wore the living shit out of that shoe lmao. I do gotta say that the 2023 is better imo because the 2009s are panda dunk trash leather, outdated retro style, and the green is more vibrant and feels so solid in the new silhoutte. The details behind the tongue on the 2009 was cool but still just an awkward looking shoe with how similar the were to mids and the farthest from the OG highs. I love my 2009s but the 2023 is a much more complete sneaker and a must cop for sure
My first pair of jordan 1 Ordered today, I think those shoes and those spiderman shoes are the most dope jordan 1 in 23. $225 in 2009 is the same as 318$ dollar in 2023. In other words Nike haven't raise their price that much, inflation on the other hand....

The 2009 pair reminds me of a AJ1 Mid detailing and maybe even the mid construction too lol - new pair is nicer but I would paint the toe box emerald green to customize the same way as the Pine Green colorblocking.
