I remember seeing this house before, the pool house had more pictures of clowns then. I thought that you were the one who showed it to us, I don't think it was anyone else. Great job showing it 😊
Ethan, we appreciate your pain in bringing us these videos. I hate clowns too. Also, I wonder if it was the firefighters who smashed the windows to get at the fire.🔥 It's a beautiful property, what a shame. I hope that everyone got out ok.
The best part of the video is the beautiful colors of fall. Gorgeous 😊 beautiful location to have a home. It's sad that it burned, and it looks like a lot of stuff was ruined. Thank you for sharing Ethan 😊
Hi Ethan. I saw this home before, but it wasn’t burned. How awful! Got to love the beauty of autumn. We are so lucky to have the beauty of fall living where we do. I’m across the border in western New York & the colors this year were exceptional. Thanks for getting through those nasty thorns. Ouch🎃🙋🏻♀️🇺🇸
If interested... The small clown pic above the blue float was Emmett Kelly. A famous clown of the late 40s early 50s. I believe his home town was Tombstone, Az.
Creepy clown pictures. Now I won’t be able to sleep.🤨 In some areas I lived, the town/ city ordinance would require a house as such be demolished, especially if it was an eye sore. Thanks for sharing.
Nice. Hey, ok, your one friend here, Terry, seems like a solid dude brother. Not nearly as immature as some others I’ve watched ruin your videos before. Thanks for sharing! This place looks like it woulda been hella cozy back in the day.
Happy Halloween 🎃👻🎃 Ethan .lets dive into this episode with you .i think this going to be amazing .we had a couple of inches of snow too here in Wis. Canada an Wisconsin is so beautiful in the fall 🍁🍂🍁
The price of the tire seems very cheap now but it wasn't in the seventys, most hourly wage was a dollar an hour, coffee was 89cents a pop iund and candy bars were a dime for what you get these days for over a dollar, and a bag of potatoes chips were a nickel.I could eat pop ,candy bar and chips for a quarter.A small hamburger was also a quarter.👍🤗❤️🇺🇸
Duh, Ethan, the big window would cost more to replace 😊..... glad you got someone with you..... I love all the woods outside.... The expedition to the pool was very entertaining 😅..... you two make a good team!
I remember seeing this one before, but it is was a really cool house! I can only imagine it was awesome before the fire. I'm guessing the missing mirror in the bathroom was a smoked glass one 😁.. Clowns 😬 The property is beautiful! Fun explore! 😎✌️
Cool house. I wish it could be restored but I would probably destroy the pool house and it’s creepy inhabitants that adorn the walls. Art should be pleasant to gaze upon, not something so nightmare inducing. The owners must have liked them enough as there were so many. This video is coming back to me. I remember the treacherous walk to the pool. The beautiful colors of the foliage just can’t be reproduced. What a gorgeous peaceful setting. Sad to see how wrecked the poor house is. I try to imagine what it was like in its prime. The view would have been amazing in the snowy season as well. Thanks for sharing this Ethan. Take care be well and stay safe!
I don't know anyone who likes clowns! Creepy! And that narrow bathroom is common in Germany. One apartment we lived in had a bathroom so narrow that my knees pressed against the wall in front of me when sitting on the toilet and I'm short, just 5'4". My 6'5" hubby really hated it! Lol
I always wonder what frightened the people who are creeped out by clowns. They must have been traumatized by some one dressed up like a clown. Or saw too many horror pictures, or was really freaked out bt the movie IT. Something planted that fear into them. Dunno. Thank you Ethan for another interesting explore. God's blessings to you, and stay safe. ❤
Ugh! Clowns, spiders and basements! I hate all of them!! That house was cool!! That pool hasn’t been used in years I’d say. Sad to see the place just decaying. What a beautiful place to live though. Would love to know the story on that one!!
Y’all are nuts. That place was unusual. I really like that era of houses more than I used to thanks to you showing so many of them. Shame it suffered so.
The doors look like fifties doors to me. The house probably predates the seventies because they quit putting down hardwood floors then because people were covering them with carpet anyway. That sculpted carpet was popular in the sixties.
Ethan how do you find these incredible homes.this must be hard work also the expense time and tracking these homes in the middle of nowhere. We do appreciate your hard work and time in showing these homes. JESUS CHRIST KEEP YOU ALL SAFE IN HIS GREAT UNCONDITIONAL LOVE FOR ALL OF YOU ✝️✝️✝️ i for got the walking to reach outside buildings and stickers that tear you up. GREAT JOB ETHAN.
Very creepy, indeed. Places where everything is left, even watching from afar, makes the whole situation seem like a criminal, shady process is in the works.
Happy Halloween Ethan. I've seen this house before. Shame it burned. I don't like clowns either. Those pictures where scary. Pretty fall colors. Hi to Terry.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Feuchtfröhlich in Canada, something German words. Direct translation: moist and cheerful in Canada. The moist stands for the alcohol wetting your throat and cheerful, getting blissfully funny the more alcohol gets into your bloodstream. Guess it is a souvenir from some sort of Octoberfest in Canada.
I hate clowns! When i was a little girl around 5 my sisters and i went trick or treating with our dad. A clown grabbed me and try to kidnap me and i was able to get the clown to drop me and i ran away. I now hate clowns and trick or treating. I go now where on that night and its been 40 years. I thank Jesus that he helped me to get away.

Thought the same thing about him doing this one before
I agree, l have seen it before.
You do so much to show these home's. Thank you.
Ethan, we appreciate your pain in bringing us these videos. I hate clowns too. Also, I wonder if it was the firefighters who smashed the windows to get at the fire.🔥 It's a beautiful property, what a shame. I hope that everyone got out ok.
Another epic adventure! Sounds good to me ,thank you Ethan 💜
The trees are so beautiful especially the orange and yellow ones!
Ethan I’m impressed. I was just about to say that’s sculpted carpet in the bedroom but you beat me to it. We had that kind of carpet in the late 70,s
The best part of the video is the beautiful colors of fall. Gorgeous 😊 beautiful location to have a home. It's sad that it burned, and it looks like a lot of stuff was ruined.

If interested... The small clown pic above the blue float was Emmett Kelly. A famous clown of the late 40s early 50s. I believe his home town was Tombstone, Az.

Be careful Ethan and Terry!! That property looks very overgrown with lots of obstacles!! That home probably was gorgeous back in the day!!
Thank you for sharing

Thank you for the Halloween upload! This house was a very cool location. I think 70's era homes are my favourite.
The Emmett Kelly clown picture brings back memories for me! Love the house!
I hate clowns too. I can see why kids are afraid of them. Nice house. I'm also afraid of fires. Must have been scary for the people who lived there!!!
Happy Halloween Ethan be safe🎃🎃🎃
Beautiful location. You know they saw wildlife on a daily basis!

That tree was beautiful that you showed out the window. You would wonder how they got that hot tub down there in that space. Ouch!!!!
Thank you for this video, I know 26.00 for a tire sounds cheap but you were probably only making 3.00 an hour.
This pool and your difficulty getting to the pool house seems vaguely familiar. Have you shown this one before?
I really like the retro light at 4:05. I'm also wondering if that pool was in the shape of an arrow ... ➡️ ??
Y’all are nuts. That place was unusual. I really like that era of houses more than I used to thanks to you showing so many of them. Shame it suffered so.
many, in the 70's, did carpet over hardwood. How stupid. Wall to wall became thee thing. My parents did that.
Very few homes built in tge 70s had hardwood floors, it was shaggy or sculpted everywhere. And vinyl floors in the kitchen and bathrooms.
That place was hard to get at thanks for going now epic Explorer
You really sacrificed for this video Ethan!! Thx we appreciate your pain. And I hate clowns too!! Creep me out. Shame that place had such fire.
Hi Ethan nice video
That house she be bulldozed its a wrap for it! To far gone from being refurbish
Happy Halloween Ethan 🎃....the pain you go through to bring us these videos....Nice find thanks Ethan stay safe well and happy 💋
That’s where I need to live. In the middle of nowhere ❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤❤ awesome 👍🏾
Love it and your friend terry also like to follow him

Happy Halloween Ethan 🎃🦇👻🕸🍂🐈⬛🕷
Good explore!
those planters as u say...... may of been a place to put wood .
Omg Ethan, I absolutely hate clowns 🤡😳😬❤your content 🤗👏🇵🇷
"Curse of the Creepy Crowns!" Could they be responsible or all the burrs and thorns???
Interesting that a pool float is inflated.
Thanks!
Looks like it was a really nice house at one time
Those planter things were fifties features.
WE HAD THE SHIP WALLPAPER. It's late 60s.
Beautiful fall colors! And Ethan I share your dislike of clowns!
It's a shame that beautiful 🏠 had a 🔥
People traumatized like myself from the Clown doll from the motion picture masterpiece “Poltergeist” (1982)!!!
A lot of people are saying they think this house has been posted in another video. I’d love to see it if so! Could someone drop a link?
Great video but you should get a drone and avoid the thorns. I know it might be better actually recording it but that looks painful lol
Thanks for battling the nasty biting bushes…lol…..
Oh yeah, that carpet is younger than the rooms. The rooms are like late 60s - early 70s. The carpet is probably 80s.
I don’t like clowns either. Wow one tire $26, so interesting how time changes.

Happy Halloween 🎃
$26 in mid 70s would be 200ish today
somebody has been there before because i remember the clown references.
❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍👍

Firemen would be the sourse of the water.
❤🇬🇧
I cannot believe you don't like clowns
I f you put the unknown word on camera or in the description some one can translate.
