His performance in front of the press didn't exactly inspire thought in that line, either.

My grandmother had dementia and the nurses in the home would often remind people that their residents would confuse past memories as present day ones because their mind was no longer able to store new ones. I'm also no doctor but when I look at Biden I see someone clearly suffering from dementia.
I took care of my grandma as she got dementia and witnessed the steady decline. Anyone who has been around people with it can see it in Biden clear as day. It's really messed up that this has been allowed to go so far!
Yeah, the newest memories are usually the first ones to go with dementia patients and then the ability to store new ones radically goes down. Now sure, dementia patients often can recognize nurses that work with them daily, but that's about it. After that, even old memories start going away. I remember a patient that had Alzheimer's who used to cry about where her sons are and how she wants to be there for her small sons (who by now were in their fifties) while not remembering that she beat those kids in their teens so bad that none of them want anything to do with her.

Whilst I only "identify" as both a Medical doctor and a "Body Language expert," I am in reality overly familiar with the grotesque and heinous affects of cognitive illness as my father passed in 2018 from the onslaught of two, count em, two wasting diseases, both Parkinson's disease and a specific kind of Dementia called Lewy Body disease. Over the course of 7 years I watched my best friend and Giga-chad, mega- Dad go from life-crusher to bed ridden and dead and in the meantime I took the time to get to know our enemy with precision and clarity. Anyone can go and research the symptoms for yourself, but suffice it to say, every single one of the components to the demon of malady that I observed for the descent of my father is clearly on display in whatever passes for The President of the United States these days:
Slurred speech: It sounds like the person is slightly drunk, not only misplacing words, but mispronouncing and also consistently "schluurring" their speech habit, like Nancy on a Tuesday morning during an MSNBC interview.
Staggered gate: Sufferers reduce the size of their steps, walking noticeably like how a toddler moves. Little itty bitty steps on hard legs that don't bend at the knee. Stairs become a challenge.
Freezing: This is different than "standing still." All my Force-kin (not foreskin) FORCE-KIN, know what it's like to be pooped from a long day of slaving in the mines and one simply stands still, not being overly active to save precious calories until shower and bedtime, Freezing is different than standing still. Agree that one should not just diagnose Biden with dementia without a full exam.....however, I work in a dementia ward and.......most of the old dudes in there exhibit extremely similar behavior to Biden.
