Seeing you food videos we planned trip to Bangalore and Mysore and visited all the eateries with kids. Worst experience ever. Hotel RRR Mysore waiting as people are dying for food. Same with Mahesh Prasad and all the other places. People don’t even wait for you to finish the food. Please come to Gujarat and see how the culinary food experience is all about.
I met Vishnu Shankar few years back to discuss a concept close to my heart ..." A fully automated unmanned QSR format " to serve south Indian breakfast 24x7 in metro cities .... I was looking to meet a young and dynamic entrepreneur who could think out of the box. The interaction with him was nice. Great to see Mr Amanna excited and thrilled to see the scale at which savories and sweets are being produced.... I also recommend a visit to Almond House kitchen in Hyderabad.
Kripal the numbers you are mentioning is mind boggling 🙂 A2B has their restaurants with the sweet shop. 4 tons of Kaju Katli and other savories 10 tons and many varieties keeping up with Technology and also ensuring the people behind this are still ensuring they are employed thus keeping the human touch. Awaiting the next episode and thanks to Vishnu and Team for showcasing the process and this gives more confidence to customers who will now know the ingredients and its source of the sweets 🙂 WOW 180 products 🙂Amazing

Indian version of “Willy wonka and the Choclate Factory” , what I felt after u said as kid in toy factory. Luv’d the way he cldnt answer to your whole cashew vs broken question. But you got his back by answering with th a valid point. (Cant be adulterated when not broken). Such a monstorus and advanced workshop which makes other sweet shop workshops like ‘White house vs Out House’ ( Size wise)
Tamilnadu is a state well known for all sorts of authentic sweets and snacks and savouries. A2B is one among the umpteen no. of manufacturers of mouth watering sweets & savouries, whose products would make our tongue wagging.
Wow this is like being in heaven 😍 I too have a sweet tooth and the way you describe the sweets and your reaction after tasting them will make anyone's mouth water irrespective of whether they like sweets or not 😀
Neat clean and hygiene, properly dressed staff, working with gloves, untouched with bear hands, tasty end product - all these factors enhance respect for the brand. Owners deserve all the praise for maintaining standards.
What a delightful tour!! Love your commentary Kripal ji! Being an ardent fan of jangiri..and craving for authentic jangiri( nothing even close to it in Perth, Australia)..your tour has left me drooling! Waiting for part b!!!❤
Kripal, your description of the sweets will surely make the sweets also feel shy 😅. They will say "Oh look how Kripal is wonderfully describing me with so much love and affection" 😀😄😎
Wow 😮I was blown away just watching - imagine if I had the privilege too, to taste each and every awesome sweet. A sweet factory that has love ❤️ for their employees too - air-con vents directly under employees head … it’s that fab ? Hats 🧢 off to the employer for having consideration and love for their employees.
I live in California and A2B restaurant is right across my house. Beautiful south Indian food for an expat. Beats the Saravana Bhavan in this area by a mile and more
In its literal sense, this is one of the 'sweet'est videos :) Mr.Amana - my wife and I are big fans of your videos. Our India visits are always memorable and your videos have a lion's share in that :) Keep up the good work Sir! Best wishes from the UK.
This is one place where I relished all varieties nd still lingers in my mouth.. Thanq for this wonderful video.. Tomorrow I'm on my way to A2B to beat my temptation after seeing this video
OMG what a sweetie vlog... Excellent 👍👍👍 A2B savouries... First time i have seen a fully AC factory making 180 types of sweets 👌... Gr8 ... Loved it 👌⭐✨ 🔆
Good to know AAB is sticking to original taste. I got introduced to chat for the first time via the original AAB outlet in Adyar, Chennai. That time they were such a small shop.
@@jayalakshmim9567 In d2c without compromising quality the same product can be given in lesser price. Example if they sell sweets in shop(currently what they're doing)they have to give margin for rent, current, salary etc these all makes cost higher. If they start website and start selling d2c directly from Chennai easily they can sell at less price.
So happy to see how the machines are customized to meet the requirements to make pure desi sweets. I doubt whether it is an AC unit or AHU (It provides filtered, conditioned air, and the number of cycles of air is exchanged per hours.) It keeps the room air microbial load less also due to the air exchanges.
Excellent video with true authentic script on the product. You bring out the reality of the product with elements of chemistry. Great work. Well done. AB can only be what it is because of consistency in quality and humility towards all. 👍👍
No doubt Aadhar Anantha Bhavan is one the best sweet manufactoring outlet in India Very happy to see the technique in manufacturing by automatic machines The only thing is the programme would have been Tamil our traditional If the company want to make to exhibit International level the same would have been given in Tamil for the South Indian viewers
Is there anything more pleasurable than to spend such a sweet time in a sweets making factory tasting different and popular sweets that are the favorites of people like me who have a sweet tooth. Thanks for this sweet video.
India has the biggest variety of foods and snacks in the world. The recently opened A2B restaurant in Illinois’ Naperville- Aurora draws huge crowds of not only Indians but also Americans and Mexicans, daily.

It's a nice journey through making of sweets in Adyar Anand Bhavan at Ambattur. I feel it would have been better if you both would be wearing mask as it's a food processing unit and sweets enter the market.
