As a big fan of both Led Zeppelin and Evanescence, I gotta say that this is one hell of a great cover. I'm sure Robert Plant and the lads would be very proud to hear it sung so beautifully.

57 year old child of the 60’s and teen of the 70’s, so I remember when Led Zepplin put this song out. I loved it then and still love it now. Amy’s version of it makes me love it, and her, even more.
Sadly the kids today don’t know the greatness of Led Zeppelin. It’s rap or pop singers who rely on auto tune and lip sync live who are more famous for what they say on Twitter and then call themselves artists. 🤦🏼♂️

Not to disrespect Zeppelin, but I have been listening to this song for over 40 years. I just heard her sing it for the first time, and I realize, it has been waiting for her, I won't ever be able to hear it any other way. What she can do with music effects your soul, effects it so profoundly that it is irreparable. So beautiful.
Her voice is great and gives Plant a run for his money I agree but the music isn't a patch on Page and Jones. Nowhere near. Sorry.

I was a teenager, and had every Led Zeppelin record (in those days). My mum never told me to “turn it down”. I grew up with this music, but I think I appreciate it more now as a very much older person. This is such a beautiful song… I loved listening to Robert Plant & his voice singing this song. This is the first time I have heard Any Lee cover this song. Wow.. just wow. I think there’s a reason no one has sung this song successfully since Robert Plant… no one could until Amy Lee. What an experience.
