You do not as Takemikazuchi’s dna effect is triggered when a digimon is played and since Takemikazuchi is now a new digimon, via dna, the attack fizzles as Digimon that declared the attack is no longer there.
The discard and draw is good, not to mention that way you can make use of dexdorugamon so you can use it to get rid of small bodies or go in for early safe chips at security. Then there's the reboot on dex which just allows you to use takemikazuchi as a big blocker.
Doruga pure draw and discard wont whiff kazuchi. Doruga into Sollooga into summon tyranno. Make it possible to taunt opp big body. Tyranno block. And solooga get to evo to fenrir for free on opp turn
I completely agree with the "Banned" (or should be banned) on Bowmon. I think we're at a point where Analog Youth should probably be banned too or at least restricted. Even with those hits, the ability of that deck to choose what it trashes on effects enables an unstoppable OTK. Bandai restricted promo GranKuwagamon for a far more difficult to pull off OTK, so not sure why they think this is okay.

Why use dorugamon as the lvl 4 for this deck? I've seen it in other lists, and I don't know the reason why

Dorugamon can also force your opponent's digimon to attack at the start of main. So you can make you opponents turn awkward for them sometimes.
