This is one of the best songs Pearl Jam ever wrote. From the first time I heard it when Ten first went into my CD player and where this song took me, it still has the same effect on me now and I'm 42. For any song to have an effect on someone so great for so many years is a true credit to what great songwriters are. PJ from the start always cared about their fans. I saw them on the vitalogy tour and they kept the ticket prices low and came on stage on time. I'm so greatful I got to see them. Thank you for sharing this.

I'm 61 years young and just discovered them this last year.
...thank god for UA-cam ;)
Wow, Mike McCready, you are a genius. This song is just beautiful. One of my favorite PJ songs.
Pearl Jam the best band ever!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't question it!

So beautiful
when bands made music
Go ahead dog
When there was music in general
You haven't ventured very far into UA-cam wormholes if that's your opinion. I find great bands I've never heard of at least once a week.
@@joshgibson9732 please drop some names. I'm in need of some new bands to listen to
When bands could actually make money writing and recording albums
This is one of the best songs Pearl Jam ever wrote. From the first time I heard it when Ten first went into my CD player and where this song took me, it still has the same effect on me now and I'm 42. For any song to have an effect on someone so great for so many years is a true credit to what great songwriters are. PJ from the start always cared about their fans. I saw them on the vitalogy tour and they kept the ticket prices low and came on stage on time. I'm so greatful I got to see them. Thank you for sharing this.
That fucking bass in the beginning!!
Que raridade ver isso !!!! Pqp... Pearl Jam forever !!!!!🎸👊🏻🎶🎵
This is one of my favorite songs ever, like top 3 of every song I've ever heard
The direction of the eye
So misleading
The defection of the soul
Nauseously quick
I don't question
Our existence
I just question
Our modern needs
I will walk, with my hands bound
I will walk, with my face blood
I will walk, with my shadow flag
Into your garden
Garden of stone
After all is done
And we're still alone
I won't be taken
Yet I'll go
With my hands bound
I will walk, with my face blood
I will walk, with my shadow flag
Into your garden
Garden of stone
I don't show
I don't share
I don't need
What you have to give, yeah
I will walk, with my hands bound
I will walk, with my face blood
I will walk, with my shadow flag
Into your garden

I don't care

One of their most underrated songs ever. Masterpiece!
I'm going to see them next week and odds are spectacular they'll play this and I can't wait. It's a spiritual experience.
Update: They opened with this at my concert in OKC and I cried like a baby.
If only I had a time machine.
Que voz é essa vc novinho que lindo..vc é inteligente fazer essas musicas e princialmente essas letras..ok ..gosto..Obrigada...🙏👋👍
essa música é perfeita ♥️
This is the best live version of Garden I have ever heard. They are still awesome, but they do not play it like this anymore.
He is beautiful😁😁😁 I'll always love him and his music💕😉 and this song is so underrated and unappreciated!
Brings me back to the MTV days......simpler times
A true masterpiece
This video rocks my world!! Prime PJ!! Listen to those vocals ❤❤❤
Saw them in March of 92 in Cincy...wow. I was a young punk kid, not realizing i was watching an epic band. Wish I could go back, and re-watch that concert. PJ is a constant in my life, listening to a song or 2 of theirs while at work. Can't compare them to anyone, by far, the best band around...year 24 of being a fan..keep rockin guys.
I love this song too Diane Kennedy!
OMG i forgot how much i loved these guys
This great bass , the sweet guitar , the drums and the magic vocals of Eddie ...all here together !
I do not know what I would do if Pearl jam wasn't in my life
One of the best albums ever!!!!!
When i heard this album it changed my life, when i FELT this song it made my eyes water, it gave me chills & gave me a few other things...
50 on Tuesday and there from the beginning. Seen and heard it all but this one still gives me chills. Forever blessed to have travelled this far with this wonderful group of people. Last show was August 5 2016 at Fenway Park for my son's 20th birthday and first show. can only hope to see him and them again soon ! Be Well! Peace and love
Just curious. Did your son enjoy the show? Pearl Jam is my favorite band. Eddie Vedder is my favorite singer. Your son is lucky to have a dad to take him to see these masters of music. : )
Oceans-Porch-Garden-Deep-Release Me were the B-side tracks on Ten and they are all some of my all time favorite PJ songs. Some of my favorite songs period.
dave abbruzzese made this song so much better
specially during McCready's solos, which are usually very uneasy to follow
+Dima Guitar while doing his thing, I think Mike is following only Mike
Matt Cameron is an extraordinary drummer. He does it very well with PJ right now. But Dave Abruzzese made EVERY Pearl Jam song so much better.
Enrique Gordillo truer than the truth!
always felt, noDave no unplugged
Years go by, and every once in a while I end up on this video. The emotional clarity Eddie presents along with the band is extremely insightful on so many levels, it heals and burns at the same time.
Masterpiece.
