I highly recommend a weight vest for increasing pull strength. You'll be flying once you take it off
I train without a weighted vest most of the time to keep it natural. But of course using a vest will fasten your muscle growth!
Do only do pullups on training day? Or do you so some other excercises, too?
I do Pull ups on Pull Day…So I train Push, Pull, Legs, break & again
