    hi, thanks for posting, i tried this recipe but left it out for 6 and 8 days as the alcohol content was too little at 4 days. however there is a sulphur (eggy) smell after the 6th day. is there any way to prevent this? thanks

    The drink seems to be very sweet after the 4 days.. is that usual?

      Try adding another 3 more days (7 days) The longer you preserve it the gassy it gets. For 1kg sugar you can actually preserve it up until 7 days. The longer you preserve it the less sweeter it gets.

    Hi, how long can the enzymes drink store in fridge?

    • @YeongGrace
      @YeongGrace  3 роки тому +3

      So far that I know, There's no time limit. It doesn't have "expiry date".

    During the 4-day fermentation process, the drink is not refrigerated?

    • @YeongGrace
      @YeongGrace  2 роки тому

      Yes, no need to refrigerate during the fermentation & leave it in a ventilated room.
      PS: for 1kg of sugar you can leave it up to 7 days (according to level of sweet you prefer) 4 days might be too sweet for some people.

      The enzyme drink? You can consider it like a process of making wine. Reminder to keep it in bottles & refrigerate it. It's good for digestion. Usually drink it after a meal.

    Hello, does anyone have a good idea for my problem.
    -while I am waiting for my gastrointestinal procedure appointment, my body won't pass fiber.
    I am afraid to eat fruit because I am addicted to sugar. And afraid to buy sugar because I am addicted to sugar.
    To help my digestion, I would like to take an enzyme. But I dont trust supplements. I will have to extract my own enzymes.
    My goal will be to not taste sugar at all but still ingest the enzyme.
    Any ideas?

      To make enzyme you need sugar because sugar is the food source fo the probiotic/good backteris to produce the enzyme... without it your fermentation would not be succesfull...

    That's a lot of sugar in the drink... will bacteria grow in it?

    • @YeongGrace
      @YeongGrace  2 роки тому +1

      1KG sugar is the ratio for 6 liters of water. By putting sugar (contain glucose) and fruits (contain fructose) together, it helps fermentation process, for producing ethanol and carbon dioxide. If you're concern about bacteria, it is advised to use Filtered water and make sure everything including the fruits are clean/sanitized before the making process.

      @@KuroReisho Not sure, but, People does say that enzyme helps with plants growth, gives it nutrient, & help with soil's organic matter. One thing for sure is, using organic enzyme for plants would be safe for the environment compared to using chemicals yeah?
