- You can also use a good fabric glue to make these as well. Just make sure you follow the manufacturer directions for drying time. They're so easy to make! Enjoy and Happy Crafting!

Mina Mimi Hello...a placemat is a rectangular piece of fabric that you place underneath a plate on a table while eating. It's supposed to protect the surface of the table but it has become a more decorative element nowadays.

You don't have to have a sewing machine...you can use fabric glue of a glue gun. Try it!
