Please excuse my ignorance, I just assumed he wouldn’t be allowed in the women’s ward because I would think most women in there would not be wearing their hijab. Clearly Chantal’s door was open in her video, so maybe he wasn’t allowed in that ward to protect the other women from being seen without their hijabs on? Dont get me wrong, I’m not trying to side with Chantal, she’s an animal abusing POS in my eyes…. I just thought that’s why salah wouldn’t be allowed in there. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.

I'm currently on dyalisis, and her whole explanation of her medication is not adding up.
Eighter she was diagnosed with ckd,renal failure
Or congestive heart failure.
I behaved the same way before it was too late for me,meaning I was trying to heal myself and reverse the kidney failure.
Nothing I did was sufficient and I found myself with severe edema and major breathing issues stemming from the prior congestive heart failure diagnosis I was in denial about.
It took me having to be hospitalized with nooother options except to face my reality that I needed dyalisis because of the low functioning of my kidneys combined with the heart failure.
So now it's been 18 months since I had to decide if I wanted to live or die 💔
Despite my uncooperative attitude in the beginning of it all,I'm grateful I chose to save my life by doing as the doctors said I needed to do to feel better.
Dyalisis is not fun,i just got home from a treatment tonight,and during my session I started cramping so bad the my whole right foot started to bend backwards
It was and is painfully my truth now and if Chantal thinks she is annoyed by her own doing,we'll all I can say is she ain't seen nothing yet.
I thank God I don't have diabetes otherwise I know it would be a 1000 times worse.
She has no clue what's comming and that's what passes me off

Sending you good vibes. I believe that we really are our own worst enemy at some point in our lives, and finally being mature enough to admit that our own actions got us to a place we don't want to be is both humbling and liberating. Chantal's denial and refusal to take accountability for what she's still doing at this point in her life is shocking and speaks volumes about her level of maturity and sanity. Not making fun of mental illness at all, I think all or most of us have issues to varying degrees at some point. .
I hope she reads your comment but I think she'd convince herself that her situation is different, and everyone is just jealous and hating on her. As angry as she makes me I'd like to see her make a serious effort before it's too late.

(It hit me like a Mac truck, and I wasn't even close to obese.)
I have been blessed by God. All my adult life I have averaged from 230 to 330. At 40 years old I decided it was time to grow up and lose weight. But I was healthy and had a serious ED. So I kept eating. In 2003 I had a crippling fall. I got real sedentary, like Chantal. For 20 years I averaged 400 pounds and sat around all day. She actually had more outside walking than me. I had to use a walker or 2 canes. Yes, I was in my late 50s, early 60s...but FOOD kept me going in my head. In 2022, I finally saw the light. It was April 9 2022, and I barely made it to the bathroom after watching Chantal shovel food into her mouth. I just started eating less. 1,200 calories a day. I couldn't exercise and had completely lost my balance. But as of today, I lost 195 pounds so far, and am 205 pounds. I am headed for 150. I've always been active outside before I was 40 years old, and have always been blessed with good health and low blood sugar. Only thing is my tonsils out at 6 and my gall bladder out at 26. I ut myself today after the video, and tried to feel what the Narcissist FB is feeling. She "may" have hit her "I'M SCARED TO DEATH" moment. When my ex was kept in thr ER with a count of 350, he was there for a week and we BOTH hadto attend the "Diabetus School" before he could go home. PLUS they had to have us give him a shot so they could see if we "properly" could do it! I'm amazed that they just sent her home with units of Insulin and needles! She wasn't in the hospital long enough to be trained. Does she know HOW to fill a needle without air bubbles? They must be doing things different in Kuwait than in America.
And a note, I was watching Maryam Harbowi BEFORE everyone caught her! She is a doll and she has said that she doesn't have her old videos anymore. She said people asked her to put some up. Maybe she has pictures to put up. I don't know about her husband. He seems real and she does seem to want to be with him. So I guess we wait and see.

She's on 15 units of insulin. It's 5 for every 150lbs. So that means she's really 450lbs. Like we could t already tell she gained a massive amount of weight.
Where would you find this information? Every result on google says it's your body weight divided by 4.. So in Chantal's case that would be 112 units...
So by your own logic 301lbs would also take 15 units...
@lk7366 That may be a very generalized 'guideline' for starting insulin with the average diabetic but it definitely isn't a rule set in stone. I was started at 20 units and weigh less than FB and now I'm up to 85 units x 2 (special circumstances, brain tumor and difficulty processing meds). My Mom also used it, 22 units and she is under 200lbs. I think it's based on more factors such as current sugar levels and meds already being taken and how well they worked, or didn't work.

Each persons diabetes is different. There are many guidelines to follow (and you should for your own healths sake) but not every rule applies to each person.
But injecting 15 units for someone with a working pancreas is a lot.
Additionally: Chantal does not move, her diet contains way too much fat (apart from waaaaaaaay to many carbs), stresses herself out over the stupidest things etc..
Not really good conditions to maintain low numbers and there are too many functions in a humans body responsible for glucose production.
Random note. Have been misdiagnosed with type 2 several years ago. So I changed my diet to keep my numbers low. Didn't help, I am actually type 1, so after a year and a change of physician, finally could start the correct treatment. Movement and muscle mass makes management of that sugar monster a lot easier. At least I could extremely reduce my insulin intake (and feel better than before my actual diagnosis - but that's a matter of personal priorities).

I was once prescribed Forxiga. One of its side effects is urinary tract infections. I had one nearly every month, so I asked my doctor to take me off it. Another side effect is intense genital itching. I look forward to fatty moaning about side effects 🤣
If she even bothers taking the meds. She has a horrible history of wasting time in hospitals.
T2D here...that Farxiga removes extra sugar through your urine....with thr amount of carbs and sugar she eats SHE IS BURNING UP HER KIDNEYS at a high rate.....the extra sugar keeps you yeasty....I hated farxiga....you HAVE to watch what she eats!

@bludaizee24 Thanks honey, I love my neighbors. My husband is on the road a lot, and when I have issues such as this, they all step up. One of my neighbors took my younger children for the night and probably tomorrow, too. They put out a movie projector (didn't know they still made those) when I looked across the street earlier they are all in their trampoline with pillows and I assume snacks playing a movie on the side of their house. Their kids are all grown and gone, so they love having my kids over. And I get to rest.

I take A LOT of insulin as a LADA diabetic. Short acting every time im about to eat and long acting right before bed. Plus pills like farxiga (preventative) and metformin plus ozempic shot as well. I'm only 152 pounds. All my blood labs are good and controlled. I'm just chuckling at these theories because I'd be a whale by the calculation of 5 units per 150pounds lmao. Maybe type 2 diabetes dosing is different but it still got a laugh out of me. With farxiga she better drink lots of water as advised by doctors to avoid potential side effects.

@mygirls6255 Now that you mention that.. I got a meal in a box in the ER waiting area!! I completely forgot about that until now but it came with a sandwich, a drink and some cookies.. I think? Not very fancy but given the situation, I was just happy to have food at that point!! I was transferred to another hospital in the middle of the night and could only check-in through the E.R. which was overflowing so I literally spent the entire time laying on the ambulance gurney and the poor EMS folks had to wait with me until I was signed over hours later!

@@alterego2978 East Tennessee, my son is a diabetic, while he’s in the E R already hooked to an insulin drip, he sometimes requires food and they bring him a sandwich in a box, he has been known to spend as long as 24 hours waiting for a transfer to a larger hospital. He’s always seen immediately because he’s always transported by EMS. I know I have rambled on I’m sorry

Rehoming her dog because SHE chose to change religions is mind boggling to me. She should have done research to get properly informed about the religion and how to work around keeping her dog.
I am a huge softy for all animals and would and have done everything in my power to help ones in need. My mom adopted a cats 6 years ago. They weren’t honest with her about him. He was feral and terrified. He had endured abuse in some form and I’m absolutely certain that he had been adopted and returned by many people who couldn’t be bothered to help him. He was very aggressive towards me mom and she was scared of him. Despite that, she still tried to help him and keep him. She has been dealing with multiple serious health issues and was no longer able to keep him. The only option she had was to bring him back to the shelter. My hubby and I had just lost both our cats and hadn’t planned of getting another one until much later. But once we found out that she couldn’t keep him, we took him in. The poor boy pooped in the cage while we were bringing him home. As soon as we got him home, we cleaned him up and he ran and hid in the basement. We just let him be and gave him space and time to adjust. We made sure to have food and water and would go and sit downstairs for several hours at a time so he could get used to us. It took him several weeks before he finally came upstairs. He was still aggressive and had his feral moments. But we refused to give up on him or bring him back to a shelter. With hard work, lots of love and patience, he’s learned to trust us and he knows he’s loved. He just needed the right family and home.
We also rescue wild animals if we come across any in need that can be helped. If they can’t be helped but are still alive, we bring them to the wildlife refuge so they can be euthanized so they don’t have to suffer any longer.
There is no coming back from this. There’s only trying to prolong it as long as possible before it just can’t be anymore. I don’t know how else to say that, but I’m sure my point will be understood. She’s always been delusional, but she’s very delusional if she thinks she can reverse any of this.
There was a good point over on Sin & Sass. The docs could just putting bandaids on the problems thinking she's going to go home for real treatment.

Very fitting considering her “husband's” issues. Even if they weren’t accused, this music would be considered VERY “haram”.

It's weird that she wouldn't think of going back to Canada.. just to be around Smee and Uncle/Aunt Phil... for emotional support at least. In Canada, she'd be on her own and probably less compliant so she probably is better off in Kuwait with Salad.. he is probably the only motivation she has to do anything for her health!

This song is called Sonne, in German it literally means sun. This song is about the sun, so there's no reason this song in particular wouldn't be inappropriate. There's also no swearing in this song.

Lantus is a long acting insulin and taken once a day. Dosage starts at 1/3 of insulin requirements and then adjusted based on A1C and metabolic needs. It is NOT dosed by weight alone.

Im closer to 50 than 40 and have only taken this much when i had pneumonia years ago. It sucked. I couldnt live like this. Would do anything and everything to prevent this kind of so called life. Any issues i have are ones i was born with so I'll deal with them accordingly but not looking to add to them.
Frenchie, my mom was on dialysis for years and I think Chantal is on her way there. My mom was born with small kidneys (never knew until she got super sick). Combined with not going to the doctor, smoking, not eating well she had to be on it and she was miserable, had to go on disability because dialysis took 6-8 hours of her day doing it from home. This therefore caused hypertension and put a lot of stress on her heart and other organs which lead to diastolic heart failure. My mom had to prep the bags, make sure they were stored correctly, and always make sure that her skin and port areas were always clean. If Chantal goes down this road she is so screwed, but I think she just took the first turn onto it. She’s doomed
She got hospital money from her family and went to a cheap local clinic and got some scripts, this is all for her families benefit

How can you think your reality is anywhere near normal Chantal?
I know I’m in the US and not Kuwait, however I just gave birth last week and my hospital food came in to-go containers on the labor and delivery floor. However, on the postpartum floor, the food came on a tray. However, I was able to “order” my food. I got to choose what I ate.
I doubt she will go to the diabetes classes. At most, she will do one. Remember, she always knows everything. Gorl is TikTok educated
I Was homeless with my dog, they offered me a place but they said no dogs.... i said no thank you find me a place i am allowed a dog and i will take it, i moved into a flat 5 months later, that was 10 years ago, now i have my dog a family and a house, nothing could split us up, I LOVE YOUR PASSION for what's right ffg

I truly believe she thinks her massive health issues will be here ticket to stay in Kuwait and not have to border hop. But I think her health problems will be a big red flag on her visa renewal paperwork, especially if she's non-compliant with the healthcare providers, and we know she won't follow their instructions
If she’s entering on a tourist visa, I don’t think there are any questions about her health. Those only come into play for other types of visas.
If she's actually paying out of pocket for her care it might not matter but she'll probably end up getting dropped by all her providers anyway for her perpetual noncompliance.
How in the world, is she going to keep all those meds straight, let alone, take all as prescribed!! 😮😳
I have stage D heart failure ❤ and im on Jardiance 10mg. Its used for diabetes and heart failure. Also other heart medications. I take furosemide 40mg 2x twice aday. And one more water tablet. And yes when i have fluid overload as they say i lost 11kg in 5 days in fluid. Crazy.
I wouldn’t give up anyone in my family for ANY religion.
Regarding giving away your dog so you can take the shihada (probably spelled that wrong!)... umm, if you had the dog to begin with, I'm going to assume you wanted it and loved it.. so a) how well do you think you will be judged in God's/Allah's eyes for giving away a LIVING creature.. just discarding them for your own 'gains'? And b) why couldn't you just wait til the dog passes naturally before taking the shihada (apologies if I've misspelled it again!)?? It's not like you are forbidden from living as a Muslim person until you take the final prayer.. you can fully live the life, follow the rituals and ingrain yourself in the culture.. I doubt anyone would know if you weren't fully blessed or ask you for proof that you reverted!! 🙄🤷🏻♀️

Not that I wanna defend her at all and I fully believe she is over 400lbs but for the dosing of Lantus that she is using, I think the dosing is just basic starting guidelines for the average new diabetic because I started at 20 units (while hospitalized and closely monitored) and now use 85 x 2.. I mean, I know I also have different circumstances (sick with a brain tumor and also do not process meds properly) but I just mean to say that the dosing doesn't rely solely on weight and will usually change/increase over time... because if it were only by weight, I'd have to weigh a few tonnes probably! My Mom also used Lantus until recently and was using 22 units but she is under 200lbs! So just wanted to comment for anyone that hasn't had experience with this insulin so there are actual facts floating around vs her mangled info that she spews out!! 🙄🤷🏻♀️😂 And I think her dose is higher already because of her extremely poor eating habits (non-compliance to diet suggestions) and probably the infection too and the evidence of how poorly the previous meds were working, or rather not working so the Dr probably knew the insulin dosing needed to be more aggressive from the start!

Yeah I was thinking this based on what I remember off reviewing Lantus doses. Easily could have an even higher doze but I suspect the kidney issues and liver are put of why it isn't. By body weight I think it could have started even higher mg/kg/day
Everything chantel has done to ppl and animals r happening to her right now. The poor cats , her poor health. Her cheating , salah cheating.her lies, salahs lies.
