Good points! I have a biweekly schedule. I use a white board with two weeks mapped out. Weekly customers just get put on both weeks, and I choose which week to fit the biweekly customers in. Doing all biweekly properties for higher profits makes sense!
@@TheSamGustin I was doing 30 yards a week solo last year. Hoping to SERIOUSLY ramp those numbers up this spring. To at least 50-60 a week, but more is welcome. I’m not too sure what a CRM is!
This will be our first year starting out. I’ve been preaching the same thing! My goal was to push Bi-Weekly as much as possible and fill the schedule with those for better profit. The catch though in my opinion is that it makes more sense if you have a ride-on or stander mower. I could see it being a pain in the butt with 21” or 30” mowers with lots of growth. What’s your experience with that?
