Any domestic reporting company or foreign reporting company created or first registered in 2024 must file the initial BOI report within 90 calendar days of the date on which it receives actual or public notice that its creation has become effective.
Thank you . I received an email from our agent saying we needed this form and they could do it for $25. I never heard of this form. I do our taxes , so I know I didn’t need them to do this. I followed your video step by step and I’m done: I appreciate you.❤️

Luckily the person helping me was so nice and they said that it was easy to do and that I can most likely do it on my own to save the money. I was attempting to start figuring out how to fill it out and then decided to search on UA-cam and found your video. WOW! I am so glad that I came across your page. SUBSCRIBED!!! I filled it out in less than 10 minutes and feel confident that I did it correctly thanks to your video. I filled this out for myself since I just made my business into an LLC. I do have a question? Oh my God thank you so so much!!! I was stressing about this so much and my accountant recommended using minutes and they wanted me to subscribe to a monthly fee as well as a first time charge.... it was A Lot for what I needed which was just to register my Beneficial Ownership. I figured if I could successfully fill out FAFSA I could do this . I got all my original documents out Ha Ha DIDN'T REALLY NEED THEM. YOU ARE AMAZING and I have followed your channel now. Thank you so much, I received on my mail this form and it said I have to file and pay $117. last time I received something similar I paid thinking was a document direct from the government, later on I find out through UA-cam there is out there agencies doing for you and I can do it myself easily, Now before I pay I go to UA-cam first to see if it’s something I can do on my own. Thank you for explaining about the little things like the attachment.png…those little things can difficult the process if you don’t have guidance like you provided. thank you youtube and thanks to you again, please keep doing this type of videos It helps a lot. Lots of blessing in your business and I will check your videos more often I’m sure you have valuable content on your Chanel.

Hi Mariah@@businesswithmariah I've sent my BOIR weeks a go but they sent back the form and said that I couldn't use my LLC agent's address but my company is based outside the US. I want to set up an online business that's why I don't have a US address. Please help, the best practices to handle this situation.

I thought you had to have a FinCen Id number first so I got the number first, then when I completed the BOIR, most of the fields were bypassed or skipped because I entered the field for the FinCen Id number. So the BOIR was even easier to complete.

Thank you for putting this together...If I file and select the option to receive a FINCEN ID - I understand I receive that at the end once I hit submit. But while I'm completing the form, do I leave the beneficial owner ID empty for both myself and the 2nd business owner?
