- CIPC has been mandated in terms of the General Laws Amendment Act, the Companies Act (as amended) and its Regulations to establish a register of Beneficial Owners for all entity types registered in terms of the Companies Act and the Close Corporations Acts.

Having listen to all these mandatory requirements, documentation compliance is the name of the game. Company Partner you are assigned for company documentation compliance.

I have having troubles coming the BO how do I do the beneficial and security register? Is there a form or something and what documents do they require?

Can someone kindly explain why this is required for companies that do not have large assets or turnover rates? Our company only has 3 employees, who are also the only 3 shareholders (natural persons) and their details (address, contact information, IDs) are already submitted to CIPC, our mobile operators, our internet providers and our bank.
Our company is struggling to prevent it from going under, we do not have the funds to "money laundering and financing of Terror activities". We do not understand why we have to pay extra R1000 to duplicate the information we have already submitted. We don't pay to FICA our bank accounts or RICA our phone numbers or internet service.
Is this an once-off fee or is this an annual fee? The company is 7 years old and the shareholder information has only changed once. We don't see this changing in the next few years unless the company is dissolved.
I am genuinely confused here. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I just attempted to do the BO for my company and chose "Affected Company" by mistake, I should have chose Non Affected with No Beneficial Ownership to declare. what do I do now?
