FINCEN BOI Report (Step by Step Instructions Guide)

In this video we provide a step by step instructions guide on how to do the new FINCEN BOI Report for your LLC or Corporation Business. Due to the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), many small businesses in the United States will need to file this new Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOI) to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, or FINCEN. FINCEN is a federal agency of the US Treasury Department, and this new BIO Report is intended to reduce money laundering, fraud, and scams.

The only benefit is cutting down on foreign and shady LLCs. Just a smokescreen to get more data, not for the government, but for those in power. And they are not the same.
