I'd hoped to see something from Pondicheri on this show. That's too bad. I suppose it's because a lot of their cuisine isn't traditional but a hybrid of American and Indian. Nonetheless, it's in central Houston and everything there is astonishing.
I will agree with you, but there are a few versions of the Bindi masala, one with a bit of gravy, and one with out. I haven't tried the one without like the one in this place.
