Actual street foods! There are so many channels promoting their videos as street foods, but actually are restaurant foods. It's nice to see an honest video featuring a real slice of life.
China has totally different culture and lifestyle with western country. I really want to introduce these interesting and different things to the world without political and ideological prejudices.
I once worked in a Chinese area in New York City. Occasionally, if I got to work early I would stop in for breakfast. For a few dollars I would get some sort of fried bread and a huge bowl of congi. And tea of course. It was truly enough to feed 4 people.
Yes, you are right. They are similar but taste totally different because the main difference of these food between Asian and Europen is the kind of sauce. We like to use soybean souce and capsicol which are totally different taste with salad and ketchep.
The food in northern China is like this, but it is very different in the south. A bowl of beef noodles with red oil and raw garlic is a very traditional breakfast in my hometown, but many people in other places find it strange.

I agree. It is all breakfast burritos. In South Texas, USA, we use eggs, bacon or sausage, fried potatoes or beans, shredded cheese, and SALSAS of various types, plus cilantro, etc. It is all the same, just sauces according to the areas.
By far one of the best travel food videos I had seen so far. With the right amount of comments and info, it made me feel like I was there walking among the crowd trying to get my breakfast. I saw opened plastic bags placed inside the bowls and noodle and soup were poured into the plastic bags, the plastic bags were used for to go order or to be used as disposable bowls to save time and water from washing the bowls?
In this video the question is what do Chinese people eat for breakfast, me I'll have some congee,or rice soup with minced pork and duck eggs, Char siu bao, tea, water and whatever I can think of and maybe a quarter of duck with hoisin sauce and hot sauce, that's the answer as I am Chinese Hawaiian 4th generation from Honolulu Hawaii
I'm Mexican/American and I was drooling with pleasure to see the similarities of our culture...ithe puffy pancakes...we call them pupusas(Salvadorean) Style look super appealing and delicious. I liked when the egg was inserted into the bread then flatten. Yummy 😋❤. Then what looked like a tamale...our style...yours looked very tasty 🤤😋. I hope someday I get to visit the North China area. Thank You 🙏
Thank you for sharing. Everything looked fantastic. I would love to try them all. It reminds me that we have so much more in common than we think. It’s fascinating that food can bring different cultures together. ❤
Everything looks so delicious that I got hungry from your video. I would really like to try the rice with dates.. Oh man that look so good😊 Thanks for sharing...Julie in Canada
Very thanks. When you visit China again, you can try some of this street food. If any foreigners can stop by, the vendors will certainly be very happy!
I love Chinese breakfast. There are lots of varieties you can choose from. ❤❤❤❤ They are homemade, fresh and cheap. I want to try them out. Lots of options.
We know only nodules and manchurian, there our knowledge of chineese food ends.See how many varieties are there available in chineese culture.I am purely vegetarian I noticed vegetarian food also that too yummi.Outstanding video.
always feel hungry to see Chinese preparing their food with such efficiency and speed. Very fresh and delicious. The street food vendors are really orderly and clean. With nice wrapping and cheap too.
We are about to travel to China and this is something we will try and experience in our travels. Paratha is what the multilayered flat bread she was cooking a common breakfast item in Pakistan also.
Exactly. Although Chinese media often portrays the U.S. negatively, Chinese people never judge individuals and the government together. I'm not sure if people in democratic countries can understand this. Since China has never experienced an elected government, in our minds, the government never represents the people. Therefore, no matter how the media promotes the idea that the U.S. is bad, even if a small portion of Chinese people believe that the U.S. government is bad, they still remain very friendly towards Americans. Moreover, more and more Chinese people are no longer believing the lies of the media.😂😂
Glad you like it. I guess most of countries don't have this kind of breakfast street 😂because job as breakfast vendors is very hard, they need to get up very early.
Very thanks for your comment and your comment are always encouraging. You should like next episode that will Introduce the most famous fried breakfast--Asian dough stick which perfectly eat together with one tofu food.
I'm sitting in America wishing I could try ALL of those delicious-looking foods.

I see breakfast burritos, “pancakes”, breakfast sandwiches, etc… my theory still holds true; we all doing the same stuff, just in different mediums.
