What is the + and - compared to menstrual cup ?
Some people prefer the Disc over a regular menstrual cup because the Disc rests directly under the cervix and doesn't require any suction to prevent leaking. You can also wear it during intercourse and it catches more menstrual flow than most regular sized cups!

My cervix is too high for these products ive never been able to reach my cervix with my fingers and probably would have to stick my whole fist up there to reach it :(
I use the disc. I sit my disc in the cervix vortex area. It sits comfortably. Does always catch the flow, so I wear pads as well. Just learning how to do this. Has worked better than tampons so far.

It fits comfortably fr. It looks much more intimidating than it is. If you can stand a tampon (which imo is much more uncomfortable) you can stand this lol.
That being said, to each their own use what makes you comfortable
