I would say cut out the alcohol entirely!!! Makes weight loss SO MUCH easier because 1. The drinkable calories add up 2. You can’t miss something you are completely abstaining from because after a while you get used to it 3. Even just one serving of alcohol disrupts sleep and we all know that disrupted sleep can lead to more sugar cravings which is bad for weight loss. So just cut it out!!!
Stop eating junk, added sugars do portion control/ less calories, move daily and atop eating late at night ( 12 h fast until breakfast) That's what she's saying but people here whatever they want to hear. I agree with her 100%.. Intermittent fasting made me fat, My cortisol high because I was adding too much pressure on my body. Since I'm eating again l'm loosing weight daily, but I don't consume any fast food I eat only homemade food l cook. I consume a lot of vegetables lean meats ,eggs ,fish , kombucha. I also make my own homemade bread and I have it in the morning for breakfast with eggs and avocado. Friday night I always get a glass of sangria . I feel like I'm enjoying life again free from water fasting, intermittent fasting, vegan diets, fruitarian , carnivore or keto.Thank you Jillian-30 lbs down in 6 weeks. I forgot to mention that I work daily for 60 minutes sometimes more.
You’re awesome Jillian. However I do think cutting out alcohol weekly makes a massive difference in overall health. I’ve always been a gym rat and more recently decided to not drink every weekend and so glad I did.
Can we just say eat the proper human diet and avoid anything processed? You said it best on Fox today, it’s all about money. Food industry makes us sicker than we are, so the pharmaceutical industry can continue to pump meds into us.
Why can’t this woman admit that some people are past this point…for whatever reason. Tried as I did …it just didn’t work for me anymore. I’m so happy I was able to afford GLP1s and was finally able to lose the weight. It’s been months since I e been off of them and I even lost z4 extra pounds. I swear it reset my body and then my whole life. Thank god for the help!!!!
