Hello guys. I have booked tickets to Alexandra palace in London 20 Feb from ticketmaster. They said that they were going to send the tix to me but now they say I can collect them at a box office. What is that and how do I collect them? Please if anyone can answer ❤

The box office is at the venue somewhere...you normaly just need an ID
