Great gig but some of the people in the crowd were absolute twats. There is a way of getting through the crowd without pushing and shoving people to the point where they're almost falling to the floor and this was not even in the pit area.

Just turn up with credit card and ID. Box office is the ticket office. Take the Ticketmaster letter to show so you can go through any security.
