- This video is about the comic book shop Midtown Comics, located in Times Square, New York City. I often frequent the store, so I thought I would make a video about it. I do a shop tour and give my opinions. I grab some books, look at some posters and observe other collectibles.

Sometime try to get to their Astoria outlet, its where all the true back-issues and dollar bins live.
I was going to do all their stores but wasn't sure. I think I'll take your advice.
The original Record store in the Times Square Subway Station was located right in the area of that payphone before the station was renovated.

I went to this shop during the the summer of 2020, I was the only person shopping in the store and the 3 employees were rude when I asked for help, 2 of them ignored me and the one guy acted like it was a burden to help me. I will never go back there again. Lousy customer service.

@@RockPaperXcissors Unfortunately it wasn't an off day, it was poor customer service. I know the difference. Fortunately there are better comic shops in NYC and the surrounding area.

Yes, they ship internationally.

You really should stop with all those obnoxious sound effects every 5 seconds it's extremely annoying.

I never see that stuff around. I'm not sure if those books are in stores.
@@RockPaperXcissors it is the new age of comics, they made a deal with Walmart and have their own stand-alone displays, red cardboard displays about 5 ft tall normally in the children's section or the Book section

Dude less sound effects and more stabilization of your cam.
I thought it added some humor, but I will tone down the sound effects. I have a different camera for newer videos, stabilization should be better.
I think I like Midtown Comics best too. But I hate the sound effects you have Mr.

Way too many sound effects, it makes me stop watching.
I have another Midtown video coming with no sound effects.
