I remember this as a launch game with Circle of the Moon. Konami made it one of the best handheld launch lineups in history.

The only character and music I recognised when I first played this game was Gray Fox and the Encounter Theme from Metal Gear Solid.

Man I do hope konami krazy kart gets a third game and from that a PC release. Though honestly I knew these characters:
Gray fox
Goemon
Ebisumaru
Dracula
Takosuke
Vic viper
and even that idol head!
They weren't too obscure to me.(god I'm old!) I do hope the next game goes over transforming mechanic. Like Sega all stars transformed. Except Goemon is way better than Sonic. yeah though weirdly enough Goemon is arguably the main character of the kart racer series. Goemon FTW

Does it control the same as Super Circuit? Cause at first, I thought it MK: SC controlled ok, was not mk64 powersliding. Which was a good thing. But when I tried playing it years later, absolutely disliked the way you would powerslide. Or lack there of.
Wait, or does it control like MK SNES? That, I loved! ;)

Sadly, lack of drift puts this game below super circuit. Super circuit is a much more rewarding game for those that know how to play. Krazy Racers was a huge disappointment for me.
