That flight attendant will forever be publicly shamed. Thats the type of person who got away with bullying and never told she was wrong
Im so mad about this one.... I'ma go scream into a pillow bc wtf is wrong with this flight attendant? And the woman (op) my GOD you have such a strength in holding your shit together ❤ I would've lost it on her. 😅
I can't help wondering if the fight attendant was hoping for that very thing. @@ashleyhurt5659
The flight attendant is yet another woman putting down on women. It happens all the time
I am in the firm belief that Tricia is a racist. It’s simply IMO as Tricia is openly hostile towards our victim and is placing all of the blame onto the victim and Tricia openly refusing to direct the blame onto the offender instead of the victim and is actively seeking to have the victim removed due to her own lack of respect as Trish is racist. Now as Tricia is being recorded which is obviously caring as she is being exposed.
@@ashleyhurt5659 this might make you feel better....doesn't Tricia look like she's like 60 years old?? lol

WestJet actually PRAISED Tricia.
Next time I travel to Canada and I have to fly a Canadian airline, I will fly Air Canada. Screw WestJet.

Air Canada isn't any better.
That's craaaaazy 😢

The flight attendants name is Tricia Stunden, the couples name behind Charlet is Rene & Cheryl Bourgouin. All of them took down their socials!

I wonder what business he owns?
So are the couple French? Sounds like it bubthe name, and that would explain so much.

That gaslighting flight intendant is actually insane, and abusive. No where did that woman ever cause any issues
People misuse the word gaslighting a lot, but here it is a textbook case. That flight attendant was way too comfortable bullying that poor passenger, I can not imagine what she gets away with when people aren’t recording.
The last two times I’ve flown the flight attendants have been rude. I think it’s the standard attitude now a days.
Bingo!
@@christytaylor3594 The standards on planes aren't what they used to be. Airlines are cutting costs left right and centre and unfortunately it looks like this airline will hire ppl with no ppl skills and not particularly intelligent . The whole situation shouldn't have happened .
If you read the list of offenses on the sheet they gave to the passenger, she didn't commit ANY of the listed offenses. The closest thing that they could have accused her of was harassment. The passenger wasn't verbally abusive and she moved, which is what the flight attendant told her to do. I've never flown on WestJet. Now I never will. This flight attendant was totally out of control and the other flight who told the passenger that there would be police waiting obviously didn't investigate, or sufficiently investigate, what happened.
In the airplane situation, the lady recording was being profiled. The flight attendant knew what was happening. It was a power play. She would be easier to "handle" than him. These situations are extremely common and not often recorded. I've experienced this and hate that she did, too.
@@vapidculture I am sorry you had to go through that! It is NOT ok!
The yt man is always believed
How was she being profiled? We don't know where she's from, her religion not her race. Being profiled is a SERIOUS problem so don't say it's happening unless you're 100% positive.
Also, the lady filming isn't as innocent as shes acting. I can't believe she fooled everyone with that sickly, over the top sweet voice. I guarantee she was acting like a huge bitch before she began filming.
That airplane thing is TRIGGERING - I’m glad OP got it on recording. That attendant was way too comfortable talking to the man - they gd know each other
I hope she sues
Nope she's a pick me. This is a real pick me with a power trip problem using passive aggression to seem like she's just doing her job. So over this crap.
The first thing I thought of was 'whoa is guy her uncle or a family friend or something?' I mean geez, and also grrrrr. 🙁
@@StarfireFlowyessss omfg the fact that married women over the age of 40 have jobs that put them in a position of power where they then favor the men over the women is mind boggling. It doesn’t end after they’re picked. They continue to support sexist views and feel more powerful when they put down women just like the men in their life do. The Pick Me never stops dancing for men
I think it might be a race thing. Look at the username, then look at the man and the flight attendant (if I'm more specific, my comment gets deleted).
I get the strong feeling that the guy and his wife are frequent fliers and that Dear Tricia knows them. The fact that she went over and kneeled in the seat to talk to them like they were having a little besties get together was ridiculous.
Literally!!
She's their part-time third, maybe
I was thinking that
she was kicking her feet and everything like shes having a besties chat. insane

Just want to say that Mike taking care of her when she was sick made my heart warm. He really cares about her (she cares about him too obviously) so happy for you queen!!!
The smirk from that man said it all. He knew what he was doing and is friends with that flight attendant. She had more patience than me cause I would have gone off on that attendant.
IKR! If I had been that woman I would have asked Tricia if she was related to the guy!
I would’ve saved my coffee from the flight and then when he got his bag, I would’ve put it in there and all over it. Hopefully, he had a fabric type duffel so that it could just permeate everything and it would be ruined and then I would disappear into the night.😂😂😂

Tricia the Flight attendant seems like the type of woman that will always side with the man even when they are in the wrong. The passenger did better than I would have, being blamed for something I didn't do, and not helped when I ask for it, would have triggered my anxiety so bad that I wouldn't have been able to stay as calm as her. I hope Tricia is ashamed of herself.
The flight attendant knew exactly what she was doing. She’s the type of “person with authority” that makes it appear she’s doing her job, but is edging their “target person” to lash out to give them cause to be more aggressive or in enough trouble to cause a major issue. 🤦🏾♀️
LITERALLY
Exactly She really seems like the type where her entire life is absolutely awful and this is the only place where she even has done resemblance of being "in charge" and she goes crazy with it because the rest of her life is so bad she gets pleasure making other people's lives bad 😅😡
I believe it called a bully
I have a feeling she does this a lot and the pilots don't take her seriously.
Yeah but I do not trust the woman filming either. She was acting too sweet and innocent when she was filming. I guarantee she wasnt acting the same way before she was filming. Everyone was acting like lunatics.
As a former flight attendant for Pan-Am, Tricia would have never made the cut. Her attitude, appearance, and the way she handled that situation would have had her ejected from the academy faster than an unexpected fart!
Her appearance? What about her appearance wouldn't have made the cut? Just out of curiosity. She looked more like a starbucks barista imo
@@AndriaTheKobold I think I read something about flight attendants needing to have their hair done up in a bun, good makeup on and look presentable/professional which tbh Tricia just looked like she had just changed from her sweatpants

The voice over actress on the plane was Chihye "Charlet" Takahashi Chung -and she is Asian American. I don't generally jump immediately to racism but if the proverbial shoe fits.... specially with how chatty and charming the flight attendant was with the aggressor and his wife... just saying...
Oh, the flight attendant AND the guy are both racist!😂

Racism🎉🎉
I immediately thought the same bc I’ve experienced it myself as a Black American. Ms. Chung had that very practiced tone you learn to use when you’re the victim but also the one being blamed so it’s unfairly up to you to deescalate a hostile situation.
100%, that's what's up!
That flight attendant must be retrained before she gets offboarded (fired) for lying, making excuses, and being ignorant that the man was wrong. She's being a bully; the man's wife is complicit in his actions, why didn't she say something? If I was that passenger, I would take every inch of footage and send it to whoever needs to see it and something must be done about this.
Oh, and that blocking her from using the restrooms?? No ma'am! If that was me, she would have been cleaning up after me because, at my age, I have to pee a lot, and if she blocked me, I would stand there and pee all over the floor, and she would have to clean it up, and I would watch her.
Yes thank you lol id do the same. @@kellygirlaj
See my dad is a former pilot and still has a lot of friends in the business so I would just let him handle it after the flight
Don't immediately believe one side of the story just because she is video taping. I saw this story before, and I find it weird that the lady recording the video edited the video with so many jump cuts. I can tell because you hear during the whole monologuing the sound of the background noise being interrupted. What's even weirder is that it's made to look like a monolog, as if the flight attendant was saying nothing through all that. You can also tell she was skipping what the flight attendant was going to say.
Also, I want to say this, the flight attendant already said she walked in after the guy said what the lady filming said what he said. Which means she didn't hear what the guy said at all. The lady filming admitted she was repeating a various amount of times what he said. Imagine walking in the middle of a verbal fight and you only hear a woman angrily being loud and saying "you told me to f### off". Since lets be real, you don't say the same thing multiple times in a calm, non-angry voice.
Anyway all I'm saying is it's best to control your anger in public. All she had to do was report the guy or ask for another seat. I honestly never believe someone is fully innocent when they instead of trying disengage from a bad situation, instead just egg it on in the worst ways possible.
@bunnyrabi it doesn't matter what the other side of this video is. We can see the flight attendants terrible attitude, and blocking from someone using the restroom? nah. absolutely not. unacceptable behavior.
At the end of the day if the woman recording the video was in the wrong (i doubt she was as she is a highly credited Voice actor in the gaming community...) if the flight attendant was having issues she could've gotten her removed from the flight. There are protocols to be had in that event, none of which were taken.
The flight attendant was 100% in the wrong here.
That flight attendant had me livid!!!! What a classic bully buddy system the passenger and her had going. It was so triggering to watch!!!
Reminded me so hard of toxic work situations.
That flight attendant made me see RED!!! I don’t know how the lady recording the incident stayed that calm, I would have lost it and I can peel paint from the walls when I start cursing!
Tricia is the worst, that’s not how flight attendants are trained to act. Shame on her- I hope she loses her job. She’s extremely privileged to even have that job in the first place.
Maybe she was a nepo hire because wtf?!
I'm sick and tired of flight attendants making the passive passenger accomidate annoying passengers because they know they'll get less fuss over it.
Not that that's what happened here, but still sucks that is happens.
@a_o011 that's exactly what I was thinking too...the grown man will throw the bigger fit than the younger minority woman so we (they/society) need to accommodate them to avoid a fit. Yuck. Needs to end.
I felt like she was so upset the passenger didn't blow up.
Her bad day should be everyone's bad day, obviously 🙄
That flight attendant video brought back some SERIOUSLY bad memories for me. When i was a kid, I was a victim of bullying for a LONG TIME. The worst thing? The teachers and supervisors at my school only saw my reactions to the bullying, me fighting back, screaming yelling at the bullies. This meant that *I* was the one getting punished, and the bullies got off scott-freaking free. And this went on FOR YEARS. No matter how hard my parents fought against it, it just. never. stopped! i tried ignoring the bullies, but they were relentless. I feel for the OP in this video!
I empathize. It’s unfortunately common for the victims in these situations to be held responsible for their reactions to being mistreated, but the mistreatment goes unpunished 🥺

Dude that flight attendant just escalated a situation that had pretty much already calmed down. Wth?
Yeah, this was not handled well. I understand not knowing the situation when you get there and not knowing who's telling the truth, but you briefly (because time is a huge issue when boarding) get both sides, ask both if they feel things are settled, and if so, you move on. Having to separate them is not the immediate go to unless she said she wasn't comfortable sitting there anymore. Then you offer that as an option. There's nothing wrong with repeating what the man said. I can understand not wanting to have it repeated multiple times for the benefit of other passengers, but it never would have gotten to that point if she hadn't contributed to the escalation. The passenger filming was very clearly calm and not being belligerent. It can get to a point where the situation can become distracting and genuinely needs to stop for security purposes, but none of this should have happened to begin with. If they couldn't act like adults sitting next to each other, then the aggressor (or both parties, if needed) should be removed. But there are so many ways to handle this long before it gets to this point. 🤦
Because the victim “threatened” her control and power…kinda like nothing more frightening than a woman scorned.
THE SWITCH UP IS CRAZY - It’s absolutely hilarious how the flight attendant sat down and actually started listening to her when she realized she had been recording her most of the time😂
What's even crazier is you know she's just mentally checked out COMPLETELY, like, that vacant look on her face while "listening"...... yeah she wasn't hearing a damn thing

@@personal_computers Charlet Chung's incident happened back in November but her update on the situation was only 10 days ago. Meanwhile Charlotte record these videos 2-3 months ahead of time and pre-upload them 1-2 weeks prior to going live. All content in her videos are technically "old news". Why would you expect a reaction UA-camr, or entertainer in general, to go back and check several months old content for updates? She'd have to re-record and add her "new" reaction to her previous reaction, which not only would ruin the flow of the video, but would only add additional strain on both her and her team. It's frankly pointless. Charlotte reacts to content that's been curated by her team, while trying to give us a good laugh in the process - that's all. I think it’s also worth noting that Charlotte Chung is Asian and I believe the flight attendant was showing racial bias. I watched her full video and the poor woman was in tears, and felt very afraid during the whole flight as the flight attendants would not leave her alone.
That Flight Attendant one pissed me off. We had an 8 hour delay due to a mechanical issue where they treated us more like a burden than stranded passengers. After a gate change and them having to find a whole new crew, we finally took off only to land again. My best friend got kicked off the flight for expressing her frustration out loud (not to anyone in particular) that we were going back after reaching the 12 hour mark of being at the Toronto airport. There seriously needs to be a policy that flight attendants can't kick people off flights without at least one other crew member assessing the situation to confirm if it's the right move. It's absolutely ridiculous that pilots (AND escalations teams) just believe the flight attendant over passengers 100% of the time. That's just not fair.
Unfortunately, I have to disagree. Yes, there will be some bad actors and grumpy people that take advantage of this, but this is rare. As a former FA, I can tell you that safety and security are paramount. They come before anything else. If someone is going to be an issue throughout the fight and cause a potential distraction, that's a problem. I never had issues with people, but one of my fellow FAs asked to have someone removed once. She was sitting in the back, and I didn't see what happened. But she was really nice and I trusted her. The captain, however, didn't want to deal with having him removed and intensely pressured us to let him stay. We relented. And that man was rude, aggressive, and threatening the entire flight. I wound up switching positions with her because she was young, and I felt like I could handle him better. The pilot later apologized. FAs and pilots can't be everywhere all at once. We have our own positions and tasks to do. You have to be able to trust the people you work with. (I can't speak for your situation because I wasn't there.)
@@zanzaboonda Of course safety is paramount, but kicking people off flights because you don't like what they said isn't a safety issue. That's just an abuse of power, which often coincides bias. No one is defending a passenger throwing a temper tantrum or refusing to follow instructions. This wasn't a safety issue. If FAs aren't punished for abuse of power, then the problem is systemic. I've seen this abuse too many times based on race/ethnicity. Every profession has a-holes. Don't defend the a-hole behind declarations of fake safety concerns.
Haha the your friend getting kicked off! What a moron for not keeping her mouth shut.. I'm glad they kicked her off!
Btw life's not fair. The quicker you accept that the better we will ALL be..
@ How do you know I haven't moved on? Maybe you need to not be rude to people who had the worst travel day of their entire lives.
@@zanzaboonda I agree there are crazy people who shouldn't be allowed on flights, but this flight attendant also lied to the agent investigating our complaint and said my friend switched seats without permission. I had asked the flight attendant if I could move because there was no point in me sitting next to a stranger on a flight with 20 people and she told the WHOLE plane they could move seats. I pointed this out to the agent and she wouldn't even acknowledge that there was now a hole in the flight attendant's story. I also didn't mention the crew had a last minute change of plans and had to enter AND exit Canada to do this flight instead of going to a hotel. No one was in a good mood that day, including this flight attendant.
Edit: I forgot to add that the flight attendant didn't even have the nerve to kick her off. She made the gate agent take care of it.
Lying here in bed healing after getting my gallbladder out. Pretty sure the best medicine (besides sleep) is a Charlotte video. ❤️
slow movement also, gallbladder can leave disorienting sensations after it comes out
Ohhh don't laugh too hard!! I had mine out in 2009 and I eventually felt so much better! Alternating Advil and Tylenol helped with the pain. Get well soon!!
As long as you don't laugh too much! Happy healing, potato friend. 🥔💗
Been there! Lots of tv while passing out on and off for a couple weeks. take care of you ❤ ps don’t go out to eat for the first while until you learn your new body. Things will run right through you, I’m talking 10 minute digestion lol
@@RosettaAllenOh yeah, I'm not going anywhere quickly, I'll tell you that. 😂
As someone who was bullied up until high school i totally understand how you feel potato Queen! This lady on the plane was so much calmer than i would have been. The frustration alone probably would have had me crying.
When you watch the video of the flight attendant, you can literally SEE Tricia shutdown. She couldn't have cared less about what really happened. She had already decided that Charlet was the enemy. And for the other flight attendant to participate in the bullying is disgusting.
I don't know about the rest of you but when Charlet showed the little boy man, the instigator and reason for the whole debacle, smirking at her, I so badly wanted to wipe it off his face.
That one on the plane reminds me of back in my school days when someone would get bullied, and something would happen, and the one being bullied would get in trouble instead of the bully. Exact same thing here. I know, basically same thing Charlotte said but yanno... PTSD from the schoolyard lol.
Same. So triggering.
Same
I remember the smug look on a 3rd grader's face when I got in trouble.
My first thought was Trisha knew that man! The way she was all cozy chatting with them tells me they’re friends
She should definitely be fired as well because she's being a Petty petulant child and she's literally going and interrupting the pilot the pilot doesn't need to be in your drama because your ego is too big he has to focus on flying the plane. She's a liability he's not there to babysit you because you can't handle yourself
Yup that flight attendant was triggering for me as well. I was a victim of emotional abuse and that is something you can’t prove or do anything about, people who were hired to protect me a union rep didn’t believe me nor did the union and what she did was a form of bullying and in the hiring process they showed us videos on how bullying wasn’t allowed yet strange. I had to leave because it was never going to end. Oh and the kicker after I left then they cared I got a letter about it about a month after I walked away
The woman on the flight is braver than me for sticking up for herself. I’d just be going “I’m being compliant. Please leave me alone,” every time the FA threatened to deboard me.
I'm triggered by the airplane thing too. When I was a kid, my mom dropped me off at an after school activity. When it was over, she wasn't there, but the neighbors were there picking up their kids (our families were pretty close) and they said "come on, we're taking you home." This was not unusual, so I went with them. 30 minutes later my mom comes home to see me playing in our yard with the neighbor kids, and I GOT IN TROUBLE. I had to write "I will not go home with strangers" or some crap like 500 times. Never been able to forgive that one.
When my sister's kids were in school, we had to go into the school together for us to sign papers authorizing me to pick them up in an emergency (when my sister was busy). Even though everybody in the office knew me, I had to go to the office and wait there while they paged my nieces, in order for me to take them home.
Someone should’ve at least given your mother a call. She was probably super worried, but that’s not your fault.
@@kelligustafson30 minutes later doesn’t sound super worried 😬
Errr, I’m with mum on this one. She probably thought you got kidnapped or something , was worried out of her mind and you guys didn’t have an agreement where you’d leave with other people, even if your families are close. Most kids who get taken, get taken by people they know.
But... They're not strangers???? You said yourself that "(our families were pretty close" and that is not unusual... The hell is this not going home with strangers???
15:52 the flight attendant sounds like a cop yelling at someone to stop resisting when they're literally complying.
The woman filming the airplane video is actually a famous video voice actress (she is also a person of color) That flight attendant messed w the wrong person… got embarrassed and doubled down….. cue “you ab to lose ur job”
i could tell even without knowing her that she was probably a person of colour. shocked that the flight attendant apparently never got fired
there is no chance that flight attendant doesn't personally know that man.
they're friends for sure!
Finally someone said that!
Like that wouldn't even be normal behaviour if she herself was misogynistic!
Or maybe she knows overwatch and really hates that specific character but idk
Or she is a racist.
Yup he's probably a frequent flyer and they are buddies for sure
Yup. Either personally knows him (or his wife), or she's backing him up because they belong to the same club, tribe, etc.
People don't engage in psychopathic gaslighting to defend strangers like this for no reason.
12:42 no because when the SMOSH CLIP came on i was SO CONFUSED on who i was watching i had to take out my phone rewind and watching SEVERAL TIMES 😂😂😂😂😂 I knew it was a reason i was a potato as well !!! Both of my favorite channels in one video !! ❤😂
This flight attended is UNHINGED, what in the ACTUAL. I’m so glad this woman recorded this interchange, because Char’s right: without this video very few people would’ve believed the person filming. I would not have this level of restraint
She is unkempt too.
The D.Va voice actress is so sweet! Her Overwatch character in the game is amazing! I am glad she got this on camera. She calmly explained the situation and it just seems like that flight attendant was not listening.
Flight attendant was wilfully ignoring everything she said and just being a witch.
First guy is out here saving lives. Kudos to him. Food poisoning can actually kill you. Ecoli, botulism, and salmonella can kill. I went to culinary school so I learned so much and so many things I wish I didn’t want to know.
The flight attendant is crazy
Needs to be held accountable.
From the partial logo behind Trish and the fact that she spilled water on the woman, it looks as though she works for WETjet.
I still believe that we aren’t getting the whole story.
"Psychopathic" is the word you're looking for.
@@SuzanneManthaI just rewatched that part to find out cuz im never flying them if she's an employee. Westjet sucks but it's low low prices for low low service
I was so mad about what happened to Charlet Chung (a voiceover actress), the woman who filmed Tricia. She’s a very sweet person if you ever meet her and I believe her story.
🤬🤬🤬
*HELL NAH! That flight attendant has me RAGING! I would have taken my video and went all of the way to the top with it!*
*Ole girl would've wished she never met me!*
OH MY GOD THAT FLIGHT ATTENDANT MADE ME SO ANGRY
Oh my god same!!! STRAIGHT TO JAIL for her I swear to gawdddddd
I am IRATE watching this. The Flight attendant is ridiculous.
I could barely handle it. She seemed unhinged. Good thing it wasn’t a longer flight or someone that she would have to interact with later. Can you imagine if you had to live with someone like that? I wonder if the other flight attendants look at the schedule and think, oh no! I’m scheduled with Trish.
SAME!!!
I'm not flying with them ever. Let us know cuz I haven't caught the brand yet. I'll try to rewatch cuz she's awful.
OMG that flight attendant should be fired. She obviously decided she didnt like this lady. What a horrible woman. That poor woman even gets blamed for the attendant spilling the water too. I would be in tears by all this. Totally disgusting.
I would definitely be crying too. The woman filming has nerves of steel, she stayed so calm.
Ya know what the kicker is? The woman being harassed is Charley Chung, a voice actress for Overwatch. Trish just brought the whole damn gamer community down on her head.
People seem to forget get that health inspections are announced to owners/managers, meaning that they can prepare for their arrival and make sure that the place of business is up to standard for that one visit and then not care anymore when they leave until the next visit.
Not really there’s plenty of “surprise” inspections so that the employees don’t have time to cover up stuff so the board can make sure they’re actually doing what they’re supposed to without notice
@ not enough of them, I’ve had enough previous employers that got away with some illegal sh*t
@@galacticwolfcosplays I agree it sucks that people get away with too much crap for too long. I am glad when I do hear about cases that a place gets shut down though due to their negligence
Not true. I worked in a restaurant for 9 years and it was always a surprise visit. Health inspectors would stop at reception and ask for manager or sometimes they would just show their badge and walk straight to the kitchen.
In our state health inspections are routinely surprise inspections. However, when the health inspectors were in the area, they generally booked a room at our hotel, so we would generally know in advance. Additionally, the health inspectors hated interacting with our General Manager, so they would call in advance to see if he would be on premise for the inspection.
that last one triggered me!! growing up, whenever I got in trouble for something my siblings did, I was always told "Well you're the oldest, you should know better! Why didn't you stop it from happening??" I was already in a mood today, but this just brought out a whole other level of trauma!
It doesn't matter if they started it, you shouldn't have finished it! They didn't even touch you or do anything to you! You just need to learn to control your temper. Why can't you just pretend they're not there and control yourself? See? They aren't bothered if you do it to them, so why should you be bothered if they do it to you? (That one especially made no friggin sense.) *tease tease tease tease tease* (slap) Don't hit your sibling! "But they wouldn't leave me alone!" Just don't hit your sibling! I don't care how much they were bothering you! You know that they're going to pester you; why can't you just ignore them? Your anger needs work.
I was the younger sibling, and my older sibling was rarely scolded for pushing my buttons. I never did enough to actually hurt them either, I'd slap their arm or body once, or shove them, and as we grew, I found that I could chase them down and sit on them on the couch. Just pin them down for a few moments while they slapped my back (which of course was justified due to the pinning), or I'd pin them in the corner or against the wall. I didn't squash or hurt them. All I did was nonviolently resist. Guess what? Still got in trouble for it! 🙄 Oh, and since my mother was so absolutely terrified of even anticipated conflict, she made ME make my sibling do things! "Well, I can't make them do anything!" You set that precedent yourself, lady. You be the friggin parent. If they don't listen, it's because you never MADE THEM. You let them grow up knowing that their actions had no consequences, and punishment meant nothing, because wouldn't stop them. Also, you couldn't emotionally manipulate them, but it worked so well on me that the whole family did it.
When you grow up and realize that you shouldn't be putting up with the abuse and you put your foot down, then suddenly you're aggressive, mean, or a bully. No, I just finally stood up to my bullies and refuse to be used and manipulated anymore. It's funny how standing up to abusive family is seen so much worse than perpetually abusing a family member.
(Hugs) I hope you can keep healing. It's hard work, but absolutely worth it. ❤
Oh, as grown-ass adults I called out my sibling for being ableist, exclusionary, and hurtful, and then *I* "burned the bridge." If I did it was because they poured the gasoline and handed me a lit match. I was once again blamed for their bad behavior.
I'm in therapy. I've changed, I'm healing.
No matter how much we heal, there's always a papercut that burns when we see others subjected to the same treatment. The injustice and frustration imprint on you.
Omg the cut scene to the smosh scene with Angela 😂 that clip is one of my absolute favorites lately!
The first sounds like something out of Bar Rescue. Someone needs to call Jon Taffer and have him go berserk on that staff. 😂😂😂
Or at least contact OSHA about the safety hazard going on. 😮
Jon would be LIVID!!!!
Berserk on the owner! Sounds like the staff knew
@@heezypeasy8611 THIS PLACE IS CROSS CONTAMINATED! SHUT IT THE F DOWN! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Someone at my job made me angry. It was a customer who literally pushed the cart right into the part I just mopped for no reason. So I looked to him and said “hey you look like a movie star”, which he looked very ecstatic about and then I told him “you look like the first guy to pass away in a horror movie”
Shoulda said 'Shrek' 😅😂
Flight attendant was hard core flirting with the man. Why else would she be so cozy talking to him. And with his wide right there!
@1:00 as someone who worked F&B for almost a decade and studied for my NYC Health and Food Certification I can tell you with 1000000% certainty that MOST restaurants are disgusting.
CHARLOTTE I FEEL YOUR PAIN. When I was maybe 7, I went to a little Montessori school where we all had to eat the school lunch, and because they're hippies, they made it as healthy as possible, but also lost their chef, so some random ladies were trying to make stuff that's all vegetables and whole grains, no salt or sugar allowed. It was gross. They made us take a portion of each dish and then eat it all. I could not choke down some slimy broccoli one day, try as I might, so I get held back from recess until I finished it. I finally held my nose and pretty much swallowed it whole, and went to find the teacher. She asked me if I really had finished it, and some older boys who had just come into the room for their lunch turned around and said, No, she threw it in the trash, we saw her! I had no idea who these people were or why they would do this. So instead of getting to go out to recess, I spent the next hour in the office getting scolded for lying and wasting food and got notes made to my file, and I had to write an apology letter to the teacher for lying. This was over 30 years ago. TRAUMA IS TRAUMA.
In middle school, I was bullied by a lot of guys that were in my grade's football team, and one time in my 8th grade English class, the intern teacher was allowed to substitute. This one guy, became the BANE of my existence!!! We were told to quietly do our work, and he keeps poking, prodding, WHISPERING right next to me every time the intern sub wasn't looking. I had enough and told him to leave me alone and I GOT IN TROUBLE FOR FINALLY SAYING SOMETHING AND THE TEACHER WOULDN'T EVEN LET ME EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED!!!
@@sailormana6249 It's insane how these things stay with us. To this DAY, the one thing I can't deal with is being accused of something I didn't do. I actually just posted a comment on an unrelated video about the time a supervisor secretly recorded me and then called HR, who then called my manager, who also happened to be my husband, who happened to have had to fly across the country that morning to sign papers to take his dad off life support. He called me and said, WHAT DID YOU DO. WHAT DID YOU SAY?? I completely freaked out. I knew I didn't say anything bad, but I kind of just had a nervous breakdown. HR told us they reviewed the recordings and I did nothing wrong, and the supervisor was fired. That was one of the worst days ever. The trauma stays with you, man.
I’m with you on the Norovirus. My family and I caught it on a vacation in 2013. It was the worst virus we’ve ever had in our lives. Essentially you have to live in your bathroom for days. Other symptoms lasted for at least a week.
16:12 .I honestly think that the flight attendant knows the guy and wife personally, outside of work. And rather than show a back bone and tell her friend/family member to knock it off and would rather embarrass a stranger. Would rather be a bully to a victim than stand up to her bully friend
Getting triggered by the airplane story - SAME, GIRL. Always got in trouble for reacting to my sister’s abuse. Been in therapy for years thanks to her.
The sad thing about the flight attendants behavis that westjet isn't going to fire her. Their statement about the situation is absolutely gut turning for me. Imagine how many people she has done this to and how many more may face similar behavior. Honestly, what will it take? Whoever manages their social media pages has left passive-aggressive comments as well. It's disgusting. Are we not adults???
i really hope she takes it up with a lawyer. then maybe they will be singing a different tune
"I did flirt, I mean um Speak to him" LMFAO. I hope she's fired 10 times over for this level of unprofessionalism!
the flight attendant reminded me of this one elementary teacher. I knew her and her 3 sons, so I was happy i got her as my teacher. Turns out though when a little girl goes for help because a boy is constantly teasing her, she's just being too sensitive and got in trouble. excuse me, but I have 2 older sisters. i grew up in the trenches of psychological and physical warfare. that was not sensitivity that was diplomacy
Oh Char!! I’m a middle school teacher, and for the past three weeks EVERYONE is getting sick! Two weeks ago I had norovirus, this weekend I got strep, and now I’m coughing up blood so I’m out for the rest of this week too!
We have all dealt with someone like that flight attendant. She managed to do both the least and worst at the same time. Now THAT'S dedicating yourself to misery
The flight attendant story hits very close to home. A few months ago I traveled with Delta with my wife and daughter and while I am Puerto Rican I Look very white. The only reason I mentioned this is because the flight attendant was African-American and from the first moment I spoke to her you could see she hated me. After seeing her move no less than 10 people from their seats because the plane has lots of empty seats and they asked if they could I proceeded to ask her it’s my wife could sit beside me and my daughter because the seat was empty. She instantly told me that she needed to stay where she was and there was nothing that could be done and when I just asked how was it then OK to move all those other people she quickly went into if I keep this going she would have me off of the plane. I reported the situation after I landed but I am sure they never did anything and being with my two-year-old daughter I was not in the headspace to be fighting with anyone. And yes everybody that she moved and was joking around with all those other passengers were African-American.
For the first guy, isn't there a protection for whistleblowers when it's a real situation? This is a real question
That flight attendant one, as a bystander I would've been VOCAL towards the stewardess. How dare she. How DARE she
I think people probably wanted to say something but knew they’d be taken off the plane as well-that’s the trump card these FA’s hold and everyone knows it.
Damn the same thing, I couldnt listen to that bs just sitting there

My 21 year old daughter got norovirus 3 years ago with the same symptoms... it gave her gastroparesis and now she lives with this disease for the rest of her life. She's never been the same since and will most likely have this forever. She lives with nausea every moment of every day.
I had norovirus with all three of my kids who were toddlers at the time. My husband was deployed overseas. When I tell you all three of us were hugging a toilet and vomiting at the same time in the same toilet (except for when I tried to back away and finished vomiting in the tub) I AM NOT JOKING. I got so desperate I gave my debit card and pin to my neighbor to get us all Gatorade and then take us all to the ER. Best neighbor ever! I made her wear a mask and even gloves when she dropped us off lol
Sorry, the same happened to me. My ex husband and I both had it. My 4 year old had to watch my 2 year old. Luckily they were both good at that age.
I had it the day David Bowie died. Awful. I was crying, barfing, pooping, my GAWD it was hell. I had been ti a Mexican restaurant for a baby shower the day before. It started at 4:00 am, my stomach growled like the TARDIS. And the kicker was I was anorexic, and lost 10 lbs, 10% of my hard gained weight. My husband went out and got me flowers twice. No fun.
Secret Santa was like "Yes you pe-Can" and OP was "No, I pe-Can't!"
This is an excellent joke 😄
Another take. The coworker that offered to exchange their gift for the pecan pie found out about the person who had OPs name baking a pecan pie, and sent the anonymous email because they wanted the pie.
Nice

Charlotte having a clip of Angela during a Smosh video absolutely made my night. My two favorite channels have come together as one!
Yes Charlotte trigger unlocked. My brother was relentless one time and I finally yelled at the top of my lungs, "Bug Off!" and my mom thought I swore and grounded me. There was no way she was ever going to believe I actually said "Bug" despite my efforts to convince her and my brother wasn't about to vouch for me.
The first guy is covered under the whistle blowers act law. Since he was fired because of him telling people what was going on he could use since you turned him into the health inspector and nothing was done
That Smosh clip was so good and unexpected 😂
The first guy, if I was a restaurant owner, I would WANT people like him on my staff, cause he showed he knows food safety and takes it seriously!
14:05 why does she look like she belongs as a movie villain? Miss Trunchbull from Matilda mixed with Red Queen vibes to the max

Love your work Charlotte, I listen everyday!
I went to HR when I was a cake decorator to report the manager dropped a tray of donuts on the floor, picked them back up onto the rack & then put them out for sale in a case. Another day prior, another woman was doing donuts & dropped a tray she was glazing when it slipped from her hands, clearly she threw them away. The manager forced her to pull them out of the trash & re glaze them to serve. I had another time when I let her know a new tub of pudding I just pulled from the cooler & opened, was covered in mold. She told me to scrape the mold off the top. I just stared at her. When she was not looking, I dumped it out into the garbage, not just throw the tub away, I poured it out so there was no way to get it back out & I would NEVER pull food from a garbage & serve it to a freaking mouse even. After all these events, after telling HR, the HR woman looked at me & sighed. She then said how disappointed she was in me. ME!?? I quit right then & there. They knew someone in the health inspector place so they always knew when they were coming to check things out. She would say to clean this or that & if she wore a hairnet that day, we knew someone was coming. This woman refused to wear a hairnet but if you forgot to put one on in the morning, before you even started doing anything around food, she would yell at you to put one on. She went out for multiple smoke breaks but never washed her hands when she came back & she immediately touched food when she came in, she never wore gloves. But they were disappointed in ME for complaining about her habits. She worked there up until the store closed down then probably transferred to another location.
It is so frustrating to work for people like that. I'm sorry you had to go through that.
Tldr absolutely disgusting what I did read!
You know what the restaurant guy at the start is such a good person he put public safety above his own financial survival

1:29 that’s sad that he can get fired for his job for reporting what’s happening at the business next-door
Business next door was owned by the same person as cafe, if I remember correctly. That's why they shared a walk-in.
Also I'm pretty sure he showed the state of restaurant (fe: food laying on top of gerbage bins) and that cafe used milk after it's "best by" date, which is big food business no-no. However the last part I can confuse with other whisleblower...
Definitly he showed that cafe almost accidentally served bad milk, before he realised that fridge was broken.
He doin the lords 🙏 work!!
Honestly there are whistle-blower laws to protect employees but companies like to work around it by bringing up mistakes made in the past that were previously forgiven.
13:09 this happens to my daughter often.
