Quorn is not half bad. Quorn chicken fajitas are great (have two sitting in my fridge now, yay hangover food!) and quorn ground beef works really well in pasta.
Their chicken stuff tastes exactly like chicken to me it's great
I like it a lot but it is very high in sodium.
Quorn is incredibly bad for the environment though, I am not sure but I think pound for pound it releases more carbon dioxide than any animal.

As for the crickets. The FDA does have to allow a certain percentage of insect parts in one's food. About the amount of one bug leg to about a average amount of is in a candy bar. So a average meal could have about up to one whole insect in it.
Pretty much insects are fat free. Almost pure protein.

the whole milk/meat industry is kinda what's ruining the world, so it makes sense to only eat things that grow from dirt if we wanna keep earth a place for life
according to sources in the next 50 years due to population and a lack of spaces for animals meat won't be a staple of the common humans diet so we'll start with things like meat grown in a lab and thing like this to meet protein needs
