Oh wow! That looks sooo good!! I found your video because I’m trying to find info on how to do a pop up. Can you do a video, if you haven’t already, on steps to do a pop up? Like are contracts needed? Permits? How many days in advance should you set up? How to scout for restaurant to hold the event? How big of a menu? And anything else that could be helpful. I want to plan to do one next year, I’m just not sure how to get started. Thanks if you see this!
